Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a crankshaft deburring process 400 is provided, including the steps of:
s1, removing inward flanging burrs 400 of an oblique oil hole 100 by a ball head file 300;
s1.1, installing a ball head file 300 by a pistol drill, extending into an intersection from an inclined oil hole 100, and removing flanging burrs 400;
s1.2, feeding and polishing back and forth uniformly, wherein the polishing times are not less than 3, and the polishing times stay for 5' at the oil hole and the intersection;
s2, removing the burrs 400 of the crossed holes in the main shaft straight oil hole 200 and the connecting rod straight oil hole 200 by the ball head file 300;
s2.1, mounting a first ball head file on a pistol drill, extending into the intersection from the main shaft straight oil hole 200, flexibly rotating for 360 degrees to remove burrs 400 at the intersection and chamfering to form a chamfer 500;
s2.2, mounting a second ball head file on the pistol drill, extending into the intersection from the connecting rod straight oil hole 200, flexibly rotating 360 degrees to remove burrs 400 at the intersection and chamfering;
s2.3, rotating and polishing the intersection back and forth for not less than 3 times;
s3, removing inward flanging burrs 400 of the oblique oil hole 100 by the ball head file 300;
s3.1, installing a ball head file 300 on the pistol drill, extending into the intersection from the inclined oil hole 100, and removing flanging burrs 400;
s3.2, feeding and polishing uniformly back and forth, wherein the polishing times are not less than 3, and the polishing time stays for 5 inches at the oil hole and the intersection;
s4, removing foreign matters in the hole by using the high-pressure air blowing oil hole;
and S5, oil hole inspection, wherein the quality of each oil hole is inspected by 100% by using a light/endoscope, and no intersecting burr 400 exists at the intersection.
The specification of the ball head file 300 in each step is related to the actual crankshaft specification, mainly the specification of 100 oblique oil holes and the specification of 200 straight oil holes. As in S2, the first ball nose file uses 4.5 x 110 ball nose file 300, and the second ball nose file uses 3.5 x 60 ball nose file 300.
The action of flexibly rotating 360 degrees and removing the intersecting hole burrs 400 is almost manually processed in the whole industry, and the flexibility mainly aims at one action requirement of an operator and is also the embodiment of working skills.
Wherein, the reciprocating motion refers to the repeated motion in the oil hole; wherein, the rotation refers to the autorotation motion of the ball head file 300 along with the pistol drill; wherein "feed" refers to movement along the gallery holes.
Wherein, at the concrete grinding of ball head file 300, need the operator to have quite skill, when grinding, the crossing is recessed, and ball head file 300 moves here and has obvious sense of touch. Meanwhile, a corresponding inspection link is provided after the machining is finished.
Further, in step S4, a gas gun is used to perform high-pressure gas blowing to the oil holes, and the gas is blown in the sequence of installing the oblique oil hole 100, the connecting rod straight oil hole 200, the main shaft straight oil hole 200 and the oblique oil hole 100, and stays for 10 ″. The sequence of the two oblique oil holes 100 refers to that the same oblique oil hole 100 needs to be blown back and forth twice in one process. Because the oblique oil hole 100 is communicated with the straight oil hole 200, the oblique oil hole 100 is longer, the straight oil hole 200 is half of the oblique oil hole 100, foreign matters in the hole may slide into the oblique oil hole 100 when blowing straight oil hole 200, and at this time, the oblique oil hole 100 needs to be blown once again.
More, in addition to the above-described operation sequence of S1 to S5, it is also possible to adopt: firstly, the operation sequence of the main shaft straight oil hole 200, the inclined oil hole 100, the high-pressure air blowing and the inspection is carried out, and the corresponding ball head file 300 is polished and chamfered in a consistent manner.
In conclusion, through the crankshaft intersecting hole burr removing 400 process, compared hole burrs 400 and chamfers can be removed at the same time, the whole process is simplified to a certain extent, the oblique oil holes 100 and the straight oil holes 200 sequentially remove burrs 400, the uniform feeding grinding and the rotating grinding are correspondingly carried out back and forth, and the whole deburring 400 effect is good.
The present invention has been described in terms of the preferred embodiment, and it is not intended to be limited to the embodiment. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
