The tooth-dividing type hard alloy saw blade mainly comprises a three-chip standard type and a multi-chip type from the viewpoint of tooth shape design, wherein the multi-chip type also comprises a 7-chip type and an 11-chip type. From the cutting force perspective, the cutting force of the multi-chip type hard alloy in the sawing process is obviously lower than that of the three-chip standard type, the cutting force is smaller when the chips are more divided, and the production cost and the quality of the band saw blade are more difficult to control.
At present, the domestic sawing machines are greatly improved compared with the prior sawing machines, but the simple sawing machines belong to old equipment in general, and the simple sawing machines do not have back pressure, so that the hard alloy band saw blades are easy to vibrate greatly in the process of using the hard alloy band saw blades, and the sawing sound is sharp and harsh. Particularly, the three-chip standard type hard alloy band saw blade is adopted, and because the number of teeth in each group is the minimum, the natural frequency is very low, the phenomenon of resonance is easily generated, so that the vibration is large, and the premature failure of the saw blade is easily caused by the resonance.
For a multi-chip type cemented carbide saw blade, although the resonance problem and the cutting force problem are greatly improved, because each group of the saw blade has a large number of teeth, the utilization degree of the cutting edge of a single tooth in each group of the teeth is not high, namely, the cutting edge of each single tooth which actually plays a cutting role is short, and therefore, for a single tooth, the shorter the cutting edge which plays a cutting role is, the larger the stress of the stressed cutting edge is, the more easily the cutting edge is worn, and the situations of saw immobility, low efficiency and the like occur.
Therefore, the problem to be solved is how to increase the utilization rate of the single-tooth edge on the basis of reducing the cutting force, and the multi-chip type hard alloy band saw blade is formed.

As shown in fig. 2, after tooth division (tooth division processing is performed after the sawteeth of the band saw blade are processed), the first sawteeth 1, the second sawteeth 2 and the fifth sawteeth 5 are not tooth divided, the third sawteeth 3 and the sixth sawteeth 6 are tooth divided to the right, the fourth sawteeth 4 and the seventh sawteeth 7 are tooth divided to the left, wherein the tooth dividing amounts of the third sawteeth 3 and the fourth sawteeth 4 are the same, the tooth dividing amounts of the sixth sawteeth 6 and the seventh sawteeth 7 are the same, and the tooth dividing amount of the third sawteeth 3 is less than the tooth dividing amount of the sixth sawteeth 6; the top middle flush part of the fifth tooth 5 is higher than the middle part of the first tooth 1 and higher than the middle part of the second tooth 2, seen in the extension direction of the saw blade body 8 (see fig. 2). The saw tooth rake angle α (see fig. 1) is mainly the plunge into the workpiece during cutting, and generally the larger the rake angle, the better the plunge; the size of the rake angle can improve the cutting force, and the larger the rake angle is, the smaller the cutting force is applied to the sawteeth in the cutting process. The range of alpha is generally-5-20 degrees, in the embodiment, because the sawing workpiece is a relatively general material, the front angle alpha is 10-20 degrees, preferably 10 degrees;
the tooth clearance angle β (see fig. 1) is mainly vibration resistance and cutting force in the feed direction during cutting. Generally, the larger the back angle, the poorer the anti-vibration capability, and the smaller the cutting force applied to the feeding direction; in addition, the larger the clearance angle is, the smaller the friction between the rear cutter face and the workpiece is, the better the cutting fluid can enter into between the tooth point and the workpiece during sawing, the better heat dissipation effect is achieved, the temperature of the tooth point can be better reduced, and the abrasion of the tooth point cutting edge is slowed down. The range of the clearance angle β is generally 10 ° to 30 °, and in the present embodiment, since the cutting force in the feed direction is not large, the clearance angle β is 10 ° to 30 °, preferably 20 °;
the chips generated by the 1-7 # sawteeth are shown in FIG. 4. The thicknesses of the chips generated by the 1# and 2# teeth are the same, and the thicknesses of the chips generated by the 3# and 4# teeth are the same; the thicknesses of the chips generated by the No. 6 and No. 7 teeth are the same; the 5# tooth produced a thicker and narrower cut thickness.
The cutting edges of the tooth tips are shown in fig. 5-6. In the sawing process, 1# to 7# teeth sequentially enter a workpiece, the cutting edge of the 1# teeth is composed of L1 to L4, the cutting edge of the 2# teeth is composed of L5 to L8, and the cutting edge of the 5# teeth is L9. After 1#, 2# entered the work piece, because the 1# tooth saw cuts the part and has already covered L7, L8 of 2# tooth, the saw cuts the part and has already covered L3, L4 of 1# tooth in 2# tooth, so it is the cutting edge of L1, L2 and L5, L6 that it really plays the effect of sawing, and when L1, L2 and L5, L6 appear wearing and tearing too much, L7, L8 and L3, L4 will compensate it, thus reach the effect of lengthening the life-span of saw blade. Similarly, the edge portions L2, L3, L6 and L7 of the 1# and 2# teeth compensate for the excessive wear of the edge L9 of the 5# teeth. On one hand, the abrasion of the cutting edge (L10, L11) can be compensated, and on the other hand, the cutting force of the teeth 3#, 4#, 6#, and 7#, namely the left eccentric tooth and the right eccentric tooth, is reduced, so that a smoother sawing section is obtained.

According to the relation between the cutting force and the thickness of the cutting chips, the cutting force of the common tooth form of the hard alloy is calculated, and the cutting force of each tooth form is obtained, and is shown in the following table 1:

As can be seen from the above table, the cutting force of the tooth form design in this embodiment is the lowest, and from the perspective of the overall tooth form design, the cutting force of the present invention is reduced by 17.85% compared with the three-chip universal product, and the cutting force of the present invention is not obviously superior to that of Bacho 3881THQ series, but the production efficiency is high.
