Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of metallurgical continuous casting, and particularly relates to a tundish submerged nozzle using method capable of prolonging service life.
Background
Compared with the traditional die casting method, the continuous casting technology has the obvious advantages of greatly improving the metal yield, saving energy and the like.
The process flow of continuous casting is as follows: pouring ladle molten steel into a tundish through a ladle nozzle, distributing the molten steel into each crystallizer through the nozzle by the crystallizer, cooling the molten steel by the crystallizer to enable the molten steel to be rapidly in a fixed shape, then drawing out a casting blank in the crystallizer under the combined action of protective slag lubrication, a withdrawal and straightening machine and a crystallization vibration device, and performing forced uniform cooling on the casting blank in a length interval from an outlet of the crystallizer to the withdrawal and straightening machine, namely continuous casting secondary cooling (for short, continuous casting secondary cooling), so that the casting blank is solidified in a short time, and finally cutting into a continuous casting blank with a certain length.
Continuous casting is widely applied to modern steel production, refractory materials of a tundish of a continuous casting machine are mainly refractory materials, such as an immersion nozzle, a stopper rod, a dry vibrating material, a slag wall, a tundish cover and the like, the price is high, the cost of per ton of steel refractory materials is over 30 yuan, and the cost of the refractory materials can be effectively reduced by increasing the number of continuous casting furnaces of the continuous casting machine. The limiting link of the continuous casting furnace number is the service life of an immersion nozzle, the immersion nozzle is made of aluminum-carbon nozzles, and the slag line part of the immersion nozzle is quickly eroded under severe environments such as high temperature, high oxygen, casting powder and the like, so that the limiting link becomes the low service life of the nozzle. In order to ensure that the quality of the produced continuous casting billet is first-class, the immersion depth of the submerged nozzle is required to be controlled between 90 and 140 mm. Each steel mill generally adopts a semi-portal tundish car, and the immersion depth of the submerged nozzle can be controlled by increasing the height of the tundish car. In the depth range required by the submerged nozzle, steel mills adjust the erosion position of the submerged nozzle by sequentially increasing the ladle car position of 20-25mm, so that 3 slag lines appear at the nozzle, the service life is prolonged, and the cost is reduced. In the actual production process, the tundish car is improved by 20-25mm, and two adjacent slag lines of the submerged nozzle cannot be completely staggered. The outer wall of the submerged nozzle is provided with an anti-oxidation layer, two slag lines cannot be completely staggered, the anti-oxidation layer at the position of the 1 st slag line is damaged, the molten steel can use the 1 st slag line as a breakthrough, the erosion speed is accelerated, and the service life of the submerged nozzle is shortened.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for lifting a car to prolong the service life of a tundish submerged nozzle, and prolong the service life of the submerged nozzle.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the submerged nozzle comprises three slag lines, wherein the 1 st slag line, the 2 nd slag line and the 3 rd slag line are sequentially arranged from top to bottom along the length direction, and the submerged nozzle is characterized in that the 2 nd slag line is reused after the 1 st slag line and the 3 rd slag line are used.
The submerged nozzle is immersed below the molten steel level in the mold, and a portion in contact with mold flux is easily eroded, which is called a slag line. When the submerged nozzle is used, the upper end of the submerged nozzle is connected with the tundish, the lower end of the submerged nozzle extends into the position below the liquid level of the crystallizer, and the 1 st slag line, the 2 nd slag line and the 3 rd slag line are sequentially arranged from top to bottom along the length direction. In the immersion nozzle use, slag line position is corroded gradually, and mouth of a river diameter is more and more littleer, and the mouth of a river wall is more and more thin, for avoiding the mouth of a river to follow the fracture of slag line position and become two sections, the slag line need be changed or the mouth of a river is changed when the slag line position mouth of a river wall reaches certain thickness, and this slag line finishes using promptly.
Preferably, the 1 st slag line and the 3 rd slag line are used firstly and then the 3 rd slag line is used in the using process; or the 3 rd slag line is used firstly, and then the 1 st slag line is used.
Preferably, the 1 st slag line, the 2 nd slag line and the 3 rd slag line are respectively positioned at the positions where the immersion depth of the immersion nozzle is 135-.
The immersion depth of the submerged nozzle is the length of the submerged nozzle immersed below the liquid level of the molten steel in the crystallizer.
Preferably, in the using process of the submerged nozzle, the slag line is changed by lifting or lowering a tundish car.
According to the invention, the immersion depth of the submerged nozzle is changed by lifting or lowering the tundish car, so that the slag line is changed.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the method for using the tundish submerged nozzle with the prolonged service life comprises the following steps:
(1) the immersion depth of the immersion nozzle is 135-;
(2) after the 1 st slag line is used, lifting the tundish car upwards to ensure that the immersion depth of the immersion nozzle is 85-95mm, and using the 3 rd slag line;
(3) after the 3 rd slag line is used, the tundish car is descended to ensure that the immersion depth of the immersion nozzle is 110-.
As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a method for using a tundish submerged nozzle with an improved service life comprises the following steps:
(1) making the immersion depth of the immersion nozzle be 85-95mm, and using a 3 rd slag line;
(2) after the 3 rd slag line is used, the tundish car is descended to ensure that the immersion depth of the immersion nozzle is 135-140mm, and the 1 st slag line is used;
(3) after the 1 st slag line is used, the tundish car is lifted upwards, the immersion depth of the immersion nozzle is 110-.
Adopt the produced beneficial effect of above-mentioned technical scheme to lie in: the method for using the tundish submerged nozzle with the service life prolonged can obviously prolong the service life of the submerged nozzle, so that the service life of the submerged nozzle is prolonged to more than 17.5 hours from the conventional 13 hours.
