The brush roll body comprises a roll body 2, and brush hair is distributed on the circumferential surface of the roll body; the brush bristles are made of nylon 612 and silicon carbide, the nylon 612 is used as a base body, the silicon carbide is added to serve as an abrasive, and the mass fraction ratio of the nylon 612 to the silicon carbide is 7:3, so that the abrasion resistance of the brush roller body can be better achieved.
In the embodiment, the size of the roller body 2 of the brush roller body is limited, the diameter of the roller body 2 is 80cm, the width of the roller body 2 is 50cm, and because the diameter of the general tension roller 1 is 1m, the linear speed of the roller body is larger when the rotation speed of the brush roller body is kept constant by adopting the roller body 2 with the size, so that the cleaning effect is optimal.
