The working process of the constant-pressure continuous quantitative feeding system for the activating agent of the alkylation device is as follows:
the closed discharger 1 has the function of closed discharging and prevents the direct contact of an active agent with air and an operator, a lower discharge port of a small discharge hopper 1-6 of the closed discharger 1 is connected with an active agent buffering and micro-negative pressure dust removal unit 2, the active agent buffering and micro-negative pressure dust removal unit 2 is opened during discharging, micro-negative pressure is formed in a buffering storage bin 2-2, generated dust-containing gas is filtered and discharged through a high-efficiency dust remover 2-3 of the buffering bin, the active agent enters a closed dense-phase conveying device 3 and is conveyed to an active agent storing and filtering unit 4 through air pressure, the dust-containing gas is discharged after being filtered, in the production process of the device, the active agent in an active agent storage tank 4-2 is conveyed to a temporary storage and dust removal unit 6 after being weighed and measured through a small-sized automatic feeding and metering and conveying device 5, and then is continuously fed through a double-helix continuous quantitative feeding unit 8, the weighing, metering and anti-sticking unit 7 carries out logical operation on the feeding speed, the motor frequency of the double-helix continuous feeding unit 8 is adjusted in real time, the feeding amount in unit time meets the process requirement, the emergency stop cutting unit 9 is automatically started under the abnormal operation condition of the alkylation device, the pneumatic cut-off valve 9-3 is rapidly closed, and the double-helix quantitative feeding unit 8 automatically stops running;
after the ton bag active agent is transported to an alkylation device site from a warehouse, firstly, an electric hoist is used for hoisting the ton bag active agent to the upper part of a closed discharger 1 for closed micro-negative pressure unpacking, the active agent in the ton bag automatically flows into a bottom active agent buffering and buffering storage bin 2-2 in a micro-negative pressure dust removal unit 2 of the closed discharger 1, dust-containing gas is discharged after being filtered and removed by a buffering bin high-efficiency dust remover 2-3 at the top of the buffering storage bin 2-2, and micro-negative pressure is formed in the buffering storage bin 2-2, so that the smooth unloading of the closed discharger 1 is ensured, and no dust overflows; then, after the active agent in the buffer storage bin 2-2 is pressurized and fluidized by a closed dense-phase conveying system 3, the active agent is conveyed to an active agent storage tank 4-2 in an active agent storage and filtration unit in batches for storage, the dust-containing gas is discharged after being filtered, in the production process of the device, the active agent in the active agent storage tank 4-2 is conveyed to a temporary storage and dust removal unit 6 after being weighed and measured by a small automatic feeding and conveying device 5, then the double-helix continuous quantitative feeding unit 8 is used for continuously feeding, the weighing, measuring and anti-sticking unit 7 is used for carrying out logic operation on the feeding speed, the motor frequency of the double-helix continuous feeding unit 8 is adjusted in real time, the feeding amount in unit time is ensured to meet the process requirements, under the abnormal operation condition of the alkylation device, the emergency stop cutting unit 9 is automatically started, the blanking pipe pneumatic cutting valve 9-3 is rapidly closed, the double spiral continuous feeding unit 8 automatically stops running.
FIG. 11 is a schematic flow chart of the operation of an atmospheric continuous dosing system for alkylating agent in an alkylation unit according to example 1 of the present invention; the process operation process comprises a closed discharger 1 (big-bag closed discharger), an active agent buffering and micro-negative pressure dust removal unit 2, closed dense-phase conveying equipment 3, an active agent storage and filtration unit 4, small automatic feeding metering and conveying equipment 5, a temporary storage and dust removal unit 6, a weighing metering and anti-sticking unit 7, a double-helix continuous quantitative feeding unit 8 and an emergency stopping and cutting unit 9, wherein the closed discharger 1 has the function of closed discharging agent and prevents the active agent from directly contacting with air and operators, a discharge hopper outlet of the closed discharger 1 is connected with a buffer hopper feeding port of the active agent buffering and micro-negative pressure dust removal unit 2, when discharging, an efficient dust remover of the active agent buffering and micro-negative pressure dust removal unit 2 is opened to form micro-negative pressure in the buffer hopper, and generated dust-containing gas is filtered and discharged by the efficient dust remover of the buffer hopper, the active agent enters the closed dense-phase conveying 3 device, then is conveyed to the active agent storage and filtering unit 4 through air pressure, the dust-containing gas is discharged after being filtered, in the production process of the device, the active agent in the storage tank is conveyed to the temporary storage and dust removal unit 6 after being weighed and measured by the small-sized automatic feeding and measuring and conveying device 5, then is continuously fed by the weighing, measuring and anti-sticking unit 7 and the double-helix continuous quantitative feeding unit 8, the weighing, measuring and anti-sticking unit 7 performs logic operation on the feeding speed, the motor frequency of the double-helix continuous quantitative feeding unit 8 is adjusted in real time, the feeding amount in unit time is ensured to meet the process requirements, under the abnormal operation condition of the alkylation device, the emergency stop cutting unit 9 is automatically started, the blanking pipe pneumatic cut-off valve 9-3 is rapidly closed, and the quantitative feeding system automatically stops running;
when the closed discharger 1 works, the lower discharge hole of the active agent packaging bag is manually sleeved on the inner pipe of the small discharge hopper 1-6, and the lower discharge hole of the active agent packaging bag is tightly bundled by the automatic lifting bag pressing cylinder 1-5; after the bag mouth is opened manually, the active agent in the bag enters an active agent buffering and micro-negative pressure dust removal unit 2 through the small hopper 1-6 outlets under the action of gravity; after the active agent in the packaging bag is emptied, opening a beating plate 1-1 to beat the active agent packaging bag, so that all the active agent remained on the inner wall of the packaging bag can fall into an active agent buffer hopper and a micro negative pressure dust removal unit 2, and in order to prevent the dust of the residual active agent from scattering when the empty bag is taken out from a closed discharger 1, closing an aperture valve 1-4 of the closed discharger before the bag is taken out and tightly binding the opening of the empty bag, so as to ensure that no leakage exists in the unpacking and discharging processes, and the whole unpacking and discharging processes are closed and no dust overflows;
the active agent buffering and micro-negative pressure dust removal unit 2 is mainly used for buffering storage and micro-negative pressure filtering dust removal 2 of ton bag active agents after the ton bag active agents are discharged in a closed mode through a closed discharger 1, the active agents of the closed discharger 1 flow into a buffering storage bin 2-2 by weight, dust-containing gas in the buffering storage bin 2-2 is discharged after being filtered by a high-efficiency dust remover 2-3 and reaches the standard, a fan of the dust remover is used for exhausting air, and micro-negative pressure is formed in the buffering storage bin 2-2, so that dust is prevented from overflowing;
the closed dense-phase conveying equipment 3 is mainly used for conveying the active agent in the buffer storage hopper to the active agent storage and filtration unit 4 in a closed mode through the closed dense-phase conveying equipment 3, the active agent in the buffer storage bin 2-2 flows into a pressure feed tank of the closed dense-phase conveying equipment 3 by means of gravity, after the material in the pressure feed tank reaches a high material level, a control system automatically closes a feed valve 3-1 and an exhaust valve 3-3, and an air inlet valve 3-9 is opened to charge the pressure in the pressure feed tank; after the set high pressure point is reached in the tank, the conveying valves 3-7 and the discharge valves 3-5 are opened in sequence, and the active agent is hermetically and densely conveyed to the active agent storage and filtration unit 4 through the ejectors 3-6;
the active agent storage and filtration unit 4 is mainly used for on-site storage of active agents so as to facilitate continuous application of an alkylation device, the active agents conveyed by the closed dense-phase conveying equipment 3 are intercepted and filtered by a storage tank high-efficiency dust collector 4-3 arranged at the top of a storage bin, the active agents are stored in a survival agent storage tank 4-2, filtered clean gas is discharged through a uniform discharge pipeline in a plant area, and after each batch of active agents are canned in batches, the storage bin is filled with 0.05-0.3 MPa of nitrogen for protection, so that the active agents in the storage bin are prevented from being wetted and agglomerated;
the small automatic feeding metering and conveying equipment 5 mainly can realize the timing, quantification and balance of the active agent and automatically add the active agent to the temporary storage and dust removal unit 6, and when the equipment works, a feeding exhaust valve 5-3 is opened, a feeding feed valve 5-1 is opened in a delayed mode, and the active agent automatically flows to a feeding conveying tank 5-4 by utilizing the gravity of the material; when the material is at the set weight (or level), the feed charging valve 5-1 and the feed discharging valve 5-3 are closed; then, the feeding air inlet valve 5-9 is opened, the feeding conveying tank 5-4 starts to be pressurized to a set pressure, the feeding blow valve 5-7 and the feeding discharge valve 5-5 are opened in sequence, and the system starts to convey materials; when the pressure of the conveying tank reaches the lower limit, closing the feeding air inlet valve 5-9 and the feeding discharge valve 5-5, and closing the feeding purge valve 5-7 in a delayed manner, so that the whole conveying process is finished, the weighing instrument is automatically reset, and the feeding weight and the feeding interval time can be adjusted according to the process requirements;
the device comprises a temporary storage and dust removal unit 6, wherein the temporary storage and dust removal unit mainly receives an active agent sent by small-sized automatic feeding metering and conveying equipment 5 so as to facilitate the continuous application of an alkylation device, the materials and dust-containing gas conveyed by the small-sized automatic feeding metering and conveying equipment 5 are intercepted and filtered by a high-efficiency dust remover 6-2 arranged at the top of a storage bin, the active agent is stored in the temporary storage bin 6-5, the filtered clean gas is discharged through a uniform discharge pipeline in a plant area, and in order to ensure that the active agent is not affected with damp and not agglomerated, the unit only receives a certain amount of active agent every time, so that the active agent in the temporary storage unit is ensured to be used up in hours;
the weighing, metering and anti-sticking unit 7 is characterized in that a cover plate is sealed at the upper part of a metering bin 7-1, a stirring mechanism is arranged, and a stirring motor 7-5 is used for driving a stirring paddle 7-7 to stir the active agent in the bin, so that the situation of unsmooth blanking of the bin is prevented; the dust-containing gas of a metering bin 7-1 is connected to a gas inlet 6-4 of the metering bin through a 7-6 exhaust control valve, enters a dust remover for filtration and interception, and is discharged after reaching the standard, when a temporary storage bin high-efficiency dust remover 6-2 stops working, a unit automatically closes the exhaust control valve 7-6 on an outlet pipeline of the metering bin 7-1 to prevent the active agent from absorbing moisture and caking, the lower part of the metering bin 7-1 is provided with three temporary storage weighing sensors 7-2 and a display meter head, and the weight, the feeding speed and the like of the active agent in the bin are displayed in real time through weighing and automatic logic operation on the bin;
the double-helix continuous quantitative feeding unit 8 is arranged at the bottom of the metering bin 7-1, and the continuous adjustment of the rotation speed of the double helix is realized by adjusting the frequency of the double-helix variable frequency motor 8-1 and the speed reduction adjustment function of a multi-stage gear reducer; real-time data of the feeding amount is calculated and fed back by a DCS control system, and the motor frequency is adjusted in real time, so that the feeding amount meets the process requirement;
the device comprises an emergency stop cutting unit 9, wherein the emergency stop cutting unit 9 is arranged below a discharge port at the bottom of a double-screw feeder in a flexible connection mode 8-6, when an alkylation device is in an abnormal production working condition, a pneumatic cut-off valve 9-3 on a discharging pipe can be closed in an emergency mode, hydrocarbon gas in a reaction kettle 9-5 is prevented from returning to an active agent inlet pipeline, the hydrocarbon gas is mixed with an active agent and agglomerated to block the discharging pipeline, after a feeding system is cut off in an emergency mode, a nitrogen purging line is started to open a blockage removing pneumatic valve 9-1, the discharging pipe is purged under pressure, residual active agent in the discharging pipe is purged completely, and under the condition that the discharging pipe is seriously blocked, the blockage removing valve 9-2 capable of opening the discharging pipe is manually cleaned.

The invention fundamentally solves the problems that the whole device is operated in a closed state during the processes of unpacking, storing, metering, conveying, dedusting and continuous quantitative feeding of the active agent during agent unloading, no dust is leaked, and the pollution problem generated in the process of adding the active agent is well solved.
The constant-pressure continuous quantitative feeding system for the activating agent of the alkylation device solves the problems of accurate addition and metering of the activating agent, caking and wall hanging of hydrocarbon gas in a reaction kettle after the hydrocarbon gas is contacted with the activating agent and easy blockage of a pipeline, and fundamentally solves the problems of pollution caused by dust leakage of the activating agent during agent loading and occupational hazards to operators.

Claims (10)

1. An atmospheric continuous dosing system for an alkylation unit active agent, comprising: the device comprises a closed discharger, an active agent buffering and micro-negative pressure dust removal unit, closed dense-phase conveying equipment, an active agent storage and filtration unit, small automatic feeding metering and conveying equipment, a temporary storage and dust removal unit, a weighing metering and anti-bonding unit, a double-helix continuous quantitative feeding unit and an emergency stop cutting unit; the closed discharger is connected with the active agent buffer and micro-negative pressure dust removal unit, the active agent buffer and micro-negative pressure dust removal unit is connected with the closed dense-phase conveying equipment, the closed dense-phase conveying equipment is connected with the active agent storage and filtering unit, the active agent storage and filtering unit is connected with the small automatic feeding metering and conveying equipment, the small automatic feeding metering and conveying equipment is connected with the temporary storage and dust removal unit, the temporary storage and dust removal unit is connected with the weighing metering and anti-sticking unit, the weighing metering and anti-sticking unit is connected with the double-helix continuous quantitative feeding unit, and the double-helix continuous quantitative feeding unit is connected with the emergency stopping and cutting unit, so that a complete quantitative feeding process is completed.

The atmospheric continuous dosing system for an alkylation unit active agent according to claim 1, wherein: the closed unloading device comprises a beating plate, a cylinder, a closed unloading frame, an aperture valve, a lifting bag pressing cylinder and a small unloading hopper; the beating plate is connected with the cylinder, the diaphragm valve is arranged in the middle of the closed unloading frame, the lifting bag pressing cylinder is fixed below the inlet of the small blanking hopper, and the small blanking hopper is fixed with the closed unloading frame through a connecting pipe; four groups of cylinders are arranged and are respectively fixed on the periphery of the closed discharging rack.

The atmospheric continuous dosing system for an alkylation unit active agent according to claim 4, wherein: the active agent storage and filtration unit comprises an active agent storage tank feeding port, an active agent storage tank, a high-efficiency storage tank dust remover, an ash discharge pneumatic valve, a storage tank exhaust valve, a storage tank high level indicator, a storage tank low level indicator and a storage tank discharging port; the storage tank pan feeding mouth is located the upper portion one side of active agent storage tank to the export of the sprayer in the closed dense phase conveying equipment links to each other, the high-efficient dust remover of storage tank is located the top of active agent storage tank, connect through pipeline and ash discharge pneumatic valve between the two, active agent storage tank side upper portion is equipped with discharge valve, be connected with the high-efficient dust remover of storage tank through the pipeline, the high charge level indicator of storage tank is located active agent storage tank upper portion, the low charge level indicator of storage tank is close to active agent storage tank lower part pyramis position, the storage tank discharge gate is located the bottom of active agent storage tank.
