Technical Field

Background
In recent years, clean paddles have been widely used in many applications to achieve momentum transfer, heat transfer, mass transfer, and reaction processes. The stirring system adopts a stirring motor to drive a stirring shaft, and drives the stirring shaft and a stirring paddle to synchronously rotate.
The traditional stirring paddles are mainly fixed on the stirring shaft by the following four methods:
1) Welding method: the manufacturing is convenient, but the strength is not great, the disassembly is difficult, and the container is commonly used in containers with small diameters.
2) Screw connection method: the screw fixes the blade on the shaft with a spacer in between. When the shaft is circular, the blades are mainly rotated by friction force between the blades and the shaft, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient, but when the power is high, the sliding is easy to generate, so that the device is only suitable for occasions with low power.
3) The square shaft and the screw are connected, so that the sliding of the blade and the shaft is overcome, but the square shaft is inconvenient to process, and the blade and the shaft are also troublesome to connect.
4) The key fixing method comprises the following steps: the blade is welded on the shaft sleeve, and the shaft sleeve and the shaft are fixed by a pin through a key, so that the defects can be overcome, and the blade is widely used. However, a certain gap is reserved between the shaft sleeve and the shaft in the method, and materials are always accumulated in the gap after long-time use, so that dead angles are reserved for cleaning and sterilizing.
All four methods have disadvantages, and therefore, optimization improvement is required.

The locking piece is scientific and reasonable in structural design, and the horn-shaped tightening sleeve is adopted to convert axial force into radial force, so that the stirring paddle is fixed on the stirring shaft; the tightening sleeve has good tightening effect, is not easy to slide, and can be suitable for high-power stirring.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the present embodiment is a clean stirring paddle, which includes a stirring shaft 1, a fixing base 2 and a protective shell 3 are disposed on the outer side of the stirring shaft 1, and paddles 5 are supported on the outer side of the fixing base 2 through a plurality of fixing plates 4. The inner wall of the central through hole of the fixing seat 2 is internally provided with a first sealing groove, and a first sealing ring 6 is arranged in the first sealing groove. The inner wall of the central through hole of the protective shell 3 is internally provided with a second sealing groove, and a second sealing ring 7 is arranged in the second sealing groove. The outer end of the butt joint surface between the fixing seat 2 and the protective shell 3 is provided with a third sealing groove, and a third sealing ring 8 is arranged at the third sealing groove. The fixing seat 2 is located in the third sealing ring 8 and extends upwards to form an annular protruding block 13, and a space for installing the locking piece 10 is reserved between the annular protruding block 13 and the stirring shaft 1.
In this embodiment, the inner wall of the protective housing 3 is provided with an annular cover plate 14 capable of supporting the annular projection 13, and the upper side of the locking member 10 is supported by an annular pressing plate 11 for limiting the locking member. The annular pressing plate 11 is positioned at the periphery of the stirring shaft 1 and is fixedly connected with an annular protruding block 13 of the fixed seat through a plurality of locking screws 12, and the space above the annular pressing plate 11 is used as an operation area 9 for screwing the locking screws. The annular projection 13 is provided with a threaded hole which is matched with the locking screw 12. The annular pressing plate 11 and the annular cover plate 14 are respectively provided with perforations matched with the locking screws 12, and the positions of the perforations and the threaded holes are in one-to-one correspondence.
In this embodiment, the first sealing ring 6, the second sealing ring 7 and the third sealing ring 8 are all O-rings.
In this embodiment, the locking member 10 is formed by combining a first locking member 101 and a second locking member 102, where the first locking member 101 is a frustum-shaped structure with a wider upper part and a narrower lower part, and the second locking member 102 is a T-shaped structure with a wider upper part and a narrower lower part, and through holes matched with the stirring shaft 1 are formed in the first locking member 101 and the second locking member 102 respectively. The inner walls of the first locking piece 101 and the second locking piece 102, which are respectively positioned in the through holes, are uniformly provided with a plurality of grooves 103, and the cross sections of the grooves 103 are isosceles triangles with pointed ends facing outwards. The first locking member 101 and the second locking member 102 are each rubber members made of rubber material, and can be deformed after being pressed.
In this embodiment, the space between the annular cover plate 14 and the annular pressing plate 11 is adjusted by the locking screw 12, so as to adjust the friction resistance between the locking member 10 and the stirring shaft 1, and the fixing seat 2 uses the friction resistance between the locking member 10 and the stirring shaft 1 to adjust and fix the position of the stirring shaft 1.
One specific application of this embodiment is: the sealing structure of this embodiment designs scientific and reasonable, is equipped with the sealing washer between fixing base 2 and the protective housing 3 each and (mixing) shaft 1, and the butt joint department between fixing base 2 and the protective housing 3 also is equipped with the sealing washer, can prevent effectively that the material from getting into the clearance between axle sleeve and the axle, and the material is kept apart outside the clearance by the sealing washer, has guaranteed no dead angle when wasing the sterilization to the stirring rake. The locking piece 10 of the embodiment has scientific and reasonable structural design, adopts a horn-shaped tightening sleeve to convert axial force into radial force, and ensures that the stirring paddle is fixed on the stirring shaft; the tightening sleeve has good tightening effect, is not easy to slide, and can be suitable for high-power stirring.
