Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a rainwater filter and a filtering method thereof.
Background
The urban water consumption is continuously increased, so that the urban water problem is more and more emphasized. Particularly, in southern cities, much rainfall exists, the rainfall is large, and rainwater is used as an available natural resource, so that the problem of shortage of urban water resources is greatly reduced by proper collection and storage. In order to alleviate urban traffic, in road construction, overpasses are generally used. When raining, rainwater on the viaduct usually flows into urban drainage pipelines directly, and waste of water resources is caused. Greenbelts are generally planted under viaducts, the greenbelts need a large amount of water for maintenance, and the greenbelts are located under the viaducts, rainwater cannot be irrigated even in rainy days, so that the greenbelts are irrigated by manpower, manpower and financial resources are consumed, and traffic is influenced.
China is one of the countries with serious water shortage all over the world, and after floods which are difficult to utilize and underground water resources which are scattered in remote areas are removed, the water resources available in China are fewer. Therefore, the recycling of rainwater is very important for China, and relevant data shows that more than 400 cities in our country have the problem of insufficient water supply, and many places have very sharp water resource supply and demand problems.

the rainwater outlet is arranged on the shell and positioned on one side of the bottom cavity wall of the rainwater filtering cavity;
the sewage draining outlet is arranged at the bottom of the sewage draining cavity;
the filter screen component is an oval cambered surface filter screen component, the oval cambered surface filter screen component comprises two arc sections which are respectively a first arc section part and a second arc section part, wherein,
the first arc section part is a filter screen part with a filtering function and is arranged right below the water inlet;
the second arc section part is a water-impermeable part and is positioned at the bottom of the rainwater filtering chamber and used for guiding rainwater into the rainwater outlet.
The housing includes:
the upper part and the bottom of the rectangular shell are both arranged in an open manner, and the filter screen assembly is arranged in the rectangular shell;
the top cover is detachably connected to the open end of the upper part of the rectangular shell, and the top cover is provided with the rainwater inlet;
the base, detachable connects the lower part open end of rectangle casing is equipped with in the base the drain.
And the upper end and the lower end of the cavity wall at one side of the rectangular shell are provided with filter screen clamping pieces for clamping and connecting the upper end and the lower end of the filter screen component.
The filter screen clamping and fixing piece is a cylindrical connecting piece.
The elliptic radian of the elliptic cambered surface filter screen component is 15-45 degrees.
The caliber of the drain outlet is larger than that of the rainwater inlet.
A filtering method based on the rainwater filter,
when rainwater flows into the rainwater filter from the rainwater inlet, the rainwater flows into the rainwater filtering chamber through the first arc section with the filtering function in the filter screen assembly, and the second arc section part, close to the drain outlet, on the filter screen assembly is watertight, so that the rainwater entering the rainwater filtering chamber can be guided by the second arc section part and is collected and stored through the rainwater outlet;
sundries in the rainwater can not slide down from the first arc section with the filtering function into the sewage discharging cavity due to the fact that the sundries cannot penetrate through the first arc section with the filtering function, and are finally discharged through the sewage discharging port at the bottom of the sewage discharging cavity.
Has the advantages that:
1. according to the rainwater filter, each part of the whole device is detachable, the installation is simple, and the filter element is easy to maintain.
2. The rainwater filter can recover more than 90% of rainwater, and has small volume and no space occupation.
3. The filter screen assembly in the rainwater filter is an elliptical cambered surface filter screen assembly, the rainwater filter has a self-cleaning function, the aperture of the drain outlet is larger than that of the rainwater inlet, sludge accumulation and sundry blockage are not easy to cause, the cleaning period is long, and the rainwater filter is convenient to use.

Detailed Description
The structure of the rain water filter of the present invention is schematically shown in fig. 1. Mainly comprises a water inlet, a top cover, a shell, an oval cambered surface filter screen assembly, a filter screen fastener, a rainwater outlet and a sewage outlet.
According to the rainwater filter, when rainwater flows into the rainwater filter from the rainwater inlet, the rainwater flows into the rainwater filtering chamber through the first arc section with the filtering function in the filter screen assembly, and the second arc section part, close to the drain outlet, on the filter screen assembly is watertight, so that the rainwater entering the rainwater filtering chamber can be guided by the second arc section part and is collected and stored through the rainwater outlet;
sundries in the rainwater can not slide down from the first arc section with the filtering function into the sewage discharging cavity due to the fact that the sundries cannot penetrate through the first arc section with the filtering function, and are finally discharged through the sewage discharging port at the bottom of the sewage discharging cavity.
In order to better ensure the filtering effect of rainwater and timely discharge of sundries, the radian of the elliptic cylindrical filter screen is 27 degrees, and as shown in fig. 6, the filter screen is 120 meshes.
The top cap of filter, rectangle casing, filter screen subassembly and base all can be dismantled, place the convenience, and can in time carry out cleaning after the use, keep good treatment.
Disassembly of the entire filter as can be seen in fig. 2 and 4, the lower half of the top cover can be inserted into the rectangular housing and the upper half of the base can also be inserted from below upwards into the rectangular housing, thereby assembling the entire device.
The fixing and removal of the screen assembly can be seen in fig. 3, the screen needs to be cleaned in time in view of the maintenance of the filtering effect, the upper and lower ends of the screen assembly are fixed by four protruding cylindrical connectors, which are part of a rectangular housing.
When the filter screen needs to be disassembled, the filter screen can be pulled out along the horizontal direction.
