Abstract
本发明公开了一种植物源化妆品防腐剂及其制备方法,具体涉及化妆品领域,以重量百分含量计,该植物源化妆品防腐剂的组分包括连翘精油20~40%、无花果精油10~30%、丁香精油10~20%、迷迭香酸5~10%以及马齿苋水提物3~12%。该植物源化妆品防腐剂的原料均来自天然植提物,且具有超强的抑菌功效,可有效抑制多种微生物的生长。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体为一种植物源化妆品防腐剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
防腐剂作为化妆品不可缺少的组分之一备受广大消费者关注。化妆品防腐剂是指以抑制微生物在化妆品中的生长和繁殖为目的而在化妆品中加入的物质。常见的化妆品防腐剂有尼泊金酯、苯甲醇、苯甲酸以及山梨酸等。
然而,传统的化学防腐剂可能会致使用者出现过敏症状,损害使用者的皮肤组织。因此,寻找一种抑菌效果佳且以天然植物提取物为组分制备的天然防腐剂是技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种植物源化妆品防腐剂及其制备方法,该植物源化妆品防腐剂的原料均来自天然植提物,且具有超强的抑菌功效,可有效抑制多种微生物的生长。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种植物源化妆品防腐剂,以重量百分含量计,该植物源化妆品防腐剂的组分包括连翘精油20~40%、无花果精油10~30%、丁香精油10~20%、迷迭香酸5~10%以及马齿苋水提物3~12%。
作为优选,该植物源化妆品防腐剂的组分中还包括香桂精油、蕺菜水提物、草珊瑚水提物、华鼠尾草水提物、连翘苷水提物、丁香提取物以及银杏黄酮中的一种,或是它们的混合物。
作为优选,该植物源化妆品防腐剂的组分中包括香桂精油、蕺菜水提物以及华鼠尾草水提物。
作为优选,以重量百分含量计,该植物源化妆品防腐剂包括如下组分:连翘精油20~40%、无花果精油10~30%、丁香精油10~20%、迷迭香酸5~10%、马齿苋水提物3~12%、香桂精油1~5%、蕺菜水提物2~4%以及华鼠尾草水提物1~3%。
作为优选,以重量百分含量计,该植物源化妆品防腐剂包括如下组分:连翘精油32%、无花果精油25%、丁香精油18%、迷迭香酸8%、马齿苋水提物8%、香桂精油3%、蕺菜水提物3%以及华鼠尾草水提物3%。
本发明还提供了一种植物源化妆品防腐剂的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下制备步骤:
S01、连翘精油的制备
S01.1、准确称取预设重量份数的连翘,粉碎后过筛,加入无水乙醇超声浸提,离心,得到上清液。
S01.2、上清液经旋蒸浓缩后,得到连翘精油。
S02、无花果精油的制备
S02.1、准确称取预设重量份数的无花果叶,粉碎后过筛,加入无水乙醇超声浸提,得到一次上清液。残渣经煮沸后过滤,得到二次上清液,一次上清液和二次上清液混合。丁香精油、迷迭香酸、马齿苋水提物、香桂精油、蕺菜水提物以及华鼠尾草水提物的制备方法与无花果精油的制备方法相同。
S03、将制备得到的上述组分按照预设重量百分含量混合,即得到所述的植物源化妆品防腐剂。
作为优选,在步骤S01.1中,连翘粉碎后过20目筛,无水乙醇和连翘粉末的料液比为1:50。
作为优选,在步骤S01.1中,超声浸提时间为2h,温度条件为50℃。
作为优选,在步骤S02.1中,无花果叶粉碎后过20目筛,无水乙醇和无花果叶粉末的料液比为1:20。
作为优选,在步骤S02.1中,浸提时间为24h。
本发明的有益效果为:
在本发明中,天然植物提取物以其绿色、安全等特性成为化学防腐剂的最佳替代品。天然植提物能通过有效抑制多种微生物的生长来达到防腐保鲜效果。且植物精油因其超强的抑菌功效成为一种有效的抑菌替代成分。其抑菌机制主要是通过改变细胞膜的通透性来干扰细菌的正常代谢。本发明通过抑菌强弱及广谱性从天然植提物中筛选出多种植提物通过复配得到PPC。通过在化妆品中添加上述天然植物提取物复配而成的防腐剂,可防止敏感肌肤人群使用后造成过敏或者损害使用者皮肤组织的情况发生。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种植物源化妆品防腐剂,以重量百分含量计,包括如下组分:连翘精油32%、无花果精油25%、丁香精油18%、迷迭香酸8%、马齿苋水提物8%、香桂精油3%、蕺菜水提物3%以及华鼠尾草水提物3%。
实施例2
一种植物源化妆品防腐剂,以重量百分含量计,包括如下组分:连翘精油28%、无花果精油29%、丁香精油15%、迷迭香酸10%、马齿苋水提物9%、香桂精油2%、蕺菜水提物4%以及华鼠尾草水提物3%。
实施例3
一种植物源化妆品防腐剂,以重量百分含量计,包括如下组分:连翘精油37%、无花果精油22%、丁香精油16%、迷迭香酸5%、马齿苋水提物9%、香桂精油4%、蕺菜水提物4%以及华鼠尾草水提物3%。
测试例
1、供试菌种
大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;中北大学生物工程实验室提供;白色念珠菌,中国普通微生物菌种保藏管理中心。
2、主要药品及试剂
牛肉膏、蛋白胨、氯化钠、琼脂、二甲基亚砜、无水乙醇、葡萄糖、牛血清蛋白、丙烯酰胺、甲叉双丙烯酰胺、考马斯亮蓝G-250、巯基乙醇、2.5%戊二醛、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾,均为分析纯。
3、主要仪器设备
JH-14-04可见分光光度计,上海菁华科技仪器有限公司;SJP-040超声波清洗机,深圳市洁盟清洗设备有限公司;ME204分析天平,梅特勒-托利多仪器(上海)有限公司;JM-B-2002电子天平,余姚市纪铭称重有限责任公司;SPX-150B-Z生化培养箱,常州诺基仪器有限公司;FLY-200B台式恒温培养摇床,深圳市爱特尔电子科技有限公司;YXQ-LS-50S立式压力蒸汽灭菌器,北京同德创业科技有限公司;VD-1320超净工作台,上海市金鹏分析仪器有限公司;DNM-9602G酶标分析仪,北京普朗新技术有限公司;DDS-11A型电导率仪,杭州奥立龙仪器有限公司;DYY-12电泳仪,北京市六一仪器厂;SU8010扫描电子显微镜,日本日立仪器有限公司。
5、菌悬液的制备
将保藏的菌种转移至LB液体培养基中,37℃(真菌28℃)、120r/min于恒温培养箱中培养,每隔一小时用分光光度计在600nm处测其OD值,用比浊法将菌液浓度调至107CFU/mL备用。
6、细胞膜通透性指细胞膜遭到破坏后,胞内的物质释放到胞外的程度。细胞膜是保护细菌进行正常生长代谢的重要保障,通过测试实施例2提供的植物源化妆品防腐剂添加入菌悬液中,扫描电镜分析结果如图1~4所示。
实验结果肉眼可见大肠杆菌的蛋白质表达发生显著变化,表现为条带由多变少、由清晰变模糊,其原因可能是植物源化妆品防腐剂抑制了大肠杆菌菌体核酸的合成或表达,或者是抑制了相关蛋白酶的活性,也可能是其他原因导致。
图1~图4左侧表示不同处理培养1h后大肠杆菌扫描电镜分析结果图,右侧表示不同处理培养3h后大肠杆菌扫描电镜分析结果图。
结论:与单一植提物相比,经复配后的PPC对细菌的抑制作用更强,抑菌谱更宽。PPC防腐机理为:初步破坏细菌的细胞壁,接触到细胞膜破坏其渗透压,改变细胞膜的通透性,最后进入细菌内部,破坏细菌的遗传物质、蛋白质等结构达到抑菌防腐的目的。
Claims (10)
1.一种植物源化妆品防腐剂,其特征在于,以重量百分含量计,组分包括连翘精油20~40%、无花果精油10~30%、丁香精油10~20%、迷迭香酸5~10%以及马齿苋水提物3~12%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物源化妆品防腐剂,其特征在于,组分中还包括香桂精油、蕺菜水提物、草珊瑚水提物、华鼠尾草水提物、连翘苷水提物、丁香提取物以及银杏黄酮中的一种,或是它们的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种植物源化妆品防腐剂,其特征在于,组分中包括香桂精油、蕺菜水提物以及华鼠尾草水提物。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述的一种植物源化妆品防腐剂,其特征在于,以重量百分含量计,连翘精油20~40%、无花果精油10~30%、丁香精油10~20%、迷迭香酸5~10%、马齿苋水提物3~12%、香桂精油1~5%、蕺菜水提物2~4%以及华鼠尾草水提物1~3%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物源化妆品防腐剂,其特征在于,以重量百分含量计,连翘精油32%、无花果精油25%、丁香精油18%、迷迭香酸8%、马齿苋水提物8%、香桂精油3%、蕺菜水提物3%以及华鼠尾草水提物3%。
6.一种植物源化妆品防腐剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下制备步骤:
S01、连翘精油的制备
S01.1、准确称取预设重量份数的连翘,粉碎后过筛,加入无水乙醇超声浸提,离心,得到上清液;
S01.2、上清液经旋蒸浓缩后,得到连翘精油;
S02、无花果精油的制备
S02.1、准确称取预设重量份数的无花果叶,粉碎后过筛,加入无水乙醇超声浸提,得到一次上清液;
残渣经煮沸后过滤,得到二次上清液,一次上清液和二次上清液混合;
丁香精油、迷迭香酸、马齿苋水提物、香桂精油、蕺菜水提物以及华鼠尾草水提物的制备方法与无花果精油的制备方法相同;
S03、将制备得到的上述组分按照预设重量百分含量混合,即得到所述的植物源化妆品防腐剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种植物源化妆品防腐剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S01.1中,连翘粉碎后过20目筛,无水乙醇和连翘粉末的料液比为1:50。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种植物源化妆品防腐剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S01.1中,超声浸提时间为2h,温度条件为50℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种植物源化妆品防腐剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S02.1中,无花果叶粉碎后过20目筛,无水乙醇和无花果叶粉末的料液比为1:20。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种植物源化妆品防腐剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S02.1中,浸提时间为24h。
