Breast cancer is the first malignant tumor in women, and the domestic breast cancer is increased at the rate of 6-8% per year. Radical treatment of breast cancer is an essential part in the comprehensive treatment of early breast cancer, and can cause upper limb lymphatic return disorder while radical treatment of tumors, and about 15-20% of breast cancer patients can suffer from upper limb lymphedema after operation. Lymphedema after breast cancer operation is a continuously progressive disease, and if the lymphedema after breast cancer operation is not interfered, the condition of the disease is continuously worsened, the life quality of a patient is seriously influenced, and a heavy psychological and physiological burden is brought to the patient. Some patients may stop the progression of lymphedema if they can be diagnosed early and intervene in time. The clinical treatment effect of the dominant early lymphedema is far better than that of patients with late lymphedema, but the prevention and treatment of the dominant lymphedema after breast cancer operation become a world problem because simple and convenient early lymphedema monitoring equipment is clinically lacked at present.
