Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a housing 100. The housing 100 is used to house a brush plate of a cleaning apparatus. The casing 100 includes: a first half casing 110, a second half casing 120, a fixing bracket 130, a first hinge assembly, and a second hinge assembly.
The cleaning device is, for example, a floor washing robot and the brush plate is, for example, a brush plate of the floor washing robot. The housing 100 may be used to house a brush plate of a floor washing robot.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the housing 100 can also be used to house brush plates of other cleaning devices, such as a sweeping robot.
Referring to fig. 3, the second half casing 120 and the first half casing 110 can enclose a receiving cavity 102 having a first opening 101. The first half casing 110 and the second half casing 120 are arranged in order in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first opening 101 faces.
Note that, in the present application, the orientations described below are all such that the forward direction of the cleaning apparatus is the forward direction, the orientation of the first opening 101 is the downward direction, and the direction perpendicular to both the orientation of the first opening 101 and the forward-backward direction is the left-right direction.
Specifically, the first half casing 110 and the second half casing 120 enclose the receiving cavity 102, and the brush plate can enter the receiving cavity 102 through the first opening 101, so that the brush plate is covered on the casing 100. When the housing 100 is used to house a brush tray of a cleaning apparatus, the first opening 101 is generally placed downward, in this case, perpendicular to the direction in which the first opening 101 faces, i.e., horizontal direction. The first half casing 110 and the second half casing 120 are sequentially arranged along the front-rear direction of the horizontal direction, that is, the first half casing 110 is a front casing, and the second half casing 120 is a rear casing.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the first half casing 110 and the second half casing 120 may be arranged in sequence in the left-right direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction.
The fixing bracket 130 is located at a junction of one end of the first half case 110 and one end of the second half case 120. The fixing bracket 130 is used to be fixedly connected with the main body of the cleaning apparatus. One end of the first half cover 110 is rotatably coupled to the fixing bracket 130 by a first hinge assembly, wherein the first half cover 110 can be rotated to be opened or closed with respect to the second half cover 120 when the one end of the first half cover 110 is rotated with respect to the fixing bracket 130. One end of the second half cover 120 is rotatably coupled to the fixing bracket 130 by a second hinge assembly, wherein the second half cover 120 can be rotated to be opened or closed with respect to the first half cover 110 when the one end of the second half cover 120 is rotated with respect to the fixing bracket 130.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the left and right ends of the first half cover 110 are correspondingly connected to the left and right ends of the second half cover 120, respectively. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the fixing bracket 130 is located at a connection position between the left end of the first half cover 110 and the left end of the second half cover 120. One end of a carriage (not shown) of the main body of the cleaning apparatus may be extended below the housing 100 to a position where the fixing bracket 130 is located, and fixedly connected to the fixing bracket 130. The left end of the first half casing 110 is rotatably coupled to the fixing bracket 130 by a first hinge assembly. The left end of the second half cover 120 is rotatably coupled to the fixing bracket 130 by a second hinge assembly. The right end of the first half cover 110 is detachably connected to the right end of the second half cover 120.
When the brush tray needs to be repaired, the main body of the cleaning apparatus is stopped, and the fixing bracket 130 remains stationary. The first half shell 110 can be opened manually when maintenance of the portion of the brush tray below the first half shell 110 is required. Specifically, please refer to fig. 4 and 5, the left end of the first half housing 110 can rotate around a vertical axis relative to the fixed bracket 130 through the first hinge assembly, and the right end of the first half housing 110 and the right end of the second half housing 120 are detached, so that the right end of the first half housing 110 can rotate in a direction away from the right end of the second half housing 120, and the first half housing 110 can be opened relative to the second half housing 120, and the opening space is large, so that a maintenance person can conveniently maintain the brush disk part below the first half housing 110. When the maintenance of the brush tray portion under the first half casing 110 is completed, the first half casing 110 may be closed with respect to the second half casing 120, and the right end of the first half casing 110 may be connected to the right end of the second half casing 120. It is understood that the first half casing 110 is closed and moves in a reverse manner to the opening process, and therefore, the movement process of the first half casing 110 when closed will not be described in detail herein.
Similarly, when the portion of the brush tray below the second half-case 120 needs to be repaired, the second half-case 120 can be manually opened. Specifically, the left end of the second half cover 120 may be rotated about a vertical axis with respect to the fixing bracket 130 by the second hinge assembly, so that the second half cover 120 may be opened with respect to the first half cover 110, and the opening space is large, and thus a serviceman may perform maintenance on the brush tray portion under the second half cover 120. When the maintenance of the brush tray portion under the second half casing 120 is completed, the second half casing 120 may be closed with respect to the first half casing 110. The opening or closing movement of the second half-shell 120 is similar to the opening or closing movement of the first half-shell 110 and will not be described in detail herein.
The housing 100 is used to cover a brush plate of a cleaning apparatus. When the brush part under the first half cover 110 needs to be repaired, one end of the first half cover 110 may be rotated with respect to the fixing bracket 130 by the first hinge assembly, so that the first half cover 110 may be moved to be opened with respect to the second half cover 120 to open the first half cover 110, and the first half cover 110 may be opened to a large space. When the portion of the brush plate under the second half cover 120 needs to be repaired, one end of the second half cover 120 may be rotated with respect to the fixing bracket 130 by the second hinge assembly, so that the second half cover 120 may be moved to be opened with respect to the first half cover 110 to open the second half cover 120, and the open space of the second half cover 120 is large. Since the first half cover 110 and the second half cover 120 can rotate independently relative to the fixing bracket 130, the first half cover 110 and the second half cover 120 can be opened or closed independently without interference, thereby facilitating partial maintenance of the brush tray portion under each of the first half cover 110 and the second half cover 120 and saving space.
Compared with the housing in the prior art, when the brush disc part below the housing needs to be maintained, the housing 100 does not need to be completely disassembled, only the first half housing 110 or the second half housing 120 needs to be opened independently, and the respective opening space of the first half housing 110 or the second half housing 120 is larger when the first half housing 110 or the second half housing 120 is opened, so that the brush disc part below the first half housing 110 and the second half housing 120 can be maintained locally and the space is saved.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, the first hinge assembly includes a first connector 141 and a second connector 142. The first connecting member 141 is provided with an arc-shaped sliding groove 103. The second connecting member 142 has a guiding member 1421, and the guiding member 1421 is engaged with the arc-shaped sliding slot 103 and can rotate along the arc-shaped sliding slot 103 relative to the first connecting member 141. One of the first connecting member 141 and the second connecting member 142 is fixedly connected to the fixing bracket 130, and the other of the first connecting member 141 and the second connecting member 142 is fixedly connected to the first half casing 110.
Specifically, the fixing bracket 130 includes a bracket main body 131 and two opposite sidewalls 132. The two side walls 132 are fixedly connected to two ends of the bracket main body 131 respectively. The fixing bracket 130 may be fixedly connected with a frame of the cleaning apparatus through a bracket main body 131. Referring to fig. 8, the two sidewalls 132 are disposed in the vertical direction, so that the two sidewalls 132 and the bracket main body 131 define an accommodating space 106, and a third connecting member 151, which will be described later, can be disposed in the accommodating space 106. The second connecting member 142 may be fixedly connected to one of the sidewalls 132 of the fixing bracket 130 by a bolt connection, and the second connecting member 142 is located at a side of the sidewall 132 facing away from the other sidewall 132. The first connector 141 may be fixedly connected to the first half casing 110 by a bolt connector or the like.
In the present embodiment, the first connecting member 141 and the second connecting member 142 are semi-annular as a whole. The second link 142 and the first link 141 are arranged in a stacked manner in the axial direction. The second connector 142 includes a body 1422 and a guide 1421 protruding from a surface of the body 1422. The guide 1421 may be a guide post or a guide pin, etc. The guide 1421 is inserted into the arc chute 103 and engaged with the arc chute 103. When the first half housing 110 rotates relative to the fixing bracket 130, the first connecting member 141 is driven to rotate synchronously, at this time, the guide member 1421 is fixed, the arc-shaped chute 103 on the first connecting member 141 rotates, and the guide member 1421 rotates relative to the first connecting member 141 along the arc-shaped chute 103, so that the guide member 1421 can guide the rotation direction of the first connecting member 141.
Because the arc-shaped sliding groove 103 has a certain length, the rotating angle range of the first connecting piece 141 can be determined according to the length of the arc-shaped sliding groove 103, so that the rotating angle range when the first half cover casing 110 is opened or closed can be determined, and the maximum opening degree of the first half cover casing 110 can be determined. Therefore, the maximum opening degree of the first half cover 110 can be determined by designing the length of the arc-shaped sliding groove 103, so that the first half cover 110 can provide a sufficient size of maintenance space for maintaining the brush disk portion therebelow at the maximum opening degree.
In this embodiment, the first hinge assemblies are two assemblies disposed in parallel, and the two first hinge assemblies are respectively disposed at two sides of the fixed bracket 130, and the fixed bracket 130 and the first half housing 110 are simultaneously connected by the two first hinge assemblies disposed in parallel, which is beneficial to ensuring the smooth rotation of the first half housing 110. And, because one connecting piece in each first hinge assembly is fixedly connected with a corresponding side wall 132, two first hinge assemblies can be arranged close to two sides of the fixed bracket 130, the structure is compact, and the space is saved.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, in an embodiment, the second hinge assembly includes a third link 151 and a hinge 152. One end of the third connecting member 151 is fixedly connected to the second half cover 120. The other end of the third link 151 is connected to the fixing bracket 130 by a hinge 152.
Specifically, the third connection member 151 may be a sheet metal member. One end of the third connector 151 and the second half casing 120 may be connected by a bolt. Hinge hinges 152 are respectively connected to bracket main body 131 of fixing bracket 130 and the other end of third link 151. When the second half cover 120 rotates relative to the fixing bracket 130, the third connecting member 151 may be driven to rotate synchronously, and the other end of the third connecting member 151 may rotate relative to the fixing bracket 130 through the hinge 152.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the third connection member 151 includes a connection main body 1513, a bent portion 1514, and an inclined portion 1512. The inclined portion 1512, the connecting main body 1513, and the bent portion 1514 are connected in this order. The bent portion 1514 extends in substantially the same direction as the side wall 132 of the stand main body 130, and extends in the left-right direction. The extending direction of the connecting body 1513 is substantially the same as the extending direction of the holder body 131, and both extend in the front-rear direction. The overall shape of the third connection member 151 thus formed is substantially similar to that of the fixing bracket 130.
The third link 151 is fixedly connected to the second half cover 120 by one end of the bent portion 1514 and connected to the hinge 152 by one end of the inclined portion 1512, and the third link 151 may be generally similar in shape to the holder main body 130, so that the second half cover 120 and the hinge 152 are indirectly connected by the third link 151. Therefore, third link 151 increases the length of connection between second half cover 120 and hinge 152, thereby increasing the radius of rotation of second half cover 120 when rotating with respect to fixing bracket 130, making the space allowance of second half cover 120 when opening with respect to first half cover 110 greater, and thus enabling the brush tray portion under second half cover 120 to have a larger maintenance space. When second half case 120 and hinge 152 are indirectly connected to each other by third connection element 151, the space allowance for opening second half case 120 with respect to first half case 110 can be increased, and closing of second half case 120 is not affected. As shown in fig. 6, when the second half casing 120 is closed relative to the first half casing 110, the second half casing 120 and the first half casing 110 can still be tightly combined, and a good combination degree is provided between the two.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, in an embodiment, the third connecting member 151 has a first avoiding space 104. The first evacuation space 104 is used to evacuate the first half shell 110 when the second half shell 120 is pivoted open relative to the first half shell 110.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the connecting main body 1513, the bent portion 1514, and the inclined portion 1512 enclose a first avoidance space 104. The connecting body 1513, the bending portion 1514 and the inclined portion 1512 may be integrally formed.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the third connecting member 151 may be a whole segment of an arc-shaped connecting member, and need not be formed by a plurality of connecting portions, and the whole segment of the arc-shaped connecting member may also surround the first avoidance space 104.
Referring to fig. 6, the first avoiding space 104 has a second opening 105. When the second half casing 120 and the first half casing 110 are closed with each other, the second opening 105 faces a junction between the left end of the second half casing 120 and the left end of the first half casing 110. Referring to fig. 8, when the second half-case 120 rotates relative to the first half-case 110 in an opening manner, the third connecting member 151 rotates synchronously with the second half-case 120, the first half-case 110 does not move, and an inner wall of the first avoidance space 104 surrounded by the third connecting member 151 moves toward the left end of the first half-case 110, so that the first half-case 110 is moved from the second opening 105 into the first avoidance space 104, and thus, in a process that the third connecting member 151 rotates along with the second half-case 120, the first avoidance space 104 can avoid the first half-case 110. Therefore, due to the avoidance of the first avoidance space 104 to the first half casing 110, the third connecting member 151 can have a larger rotation angle range, so that the second half casing 120 can be opened to a larger degree relative to the first half casing 110, and a brush plate portion below the second half casing 120 can have a larger maintenance space.
Referring to fig. 8, the holder main body 131 and the two sidewalls 132 form an accommodating space 106. When the second half cover 120 and the first half cover 110 are closed with each other, the third connection member 151 is located in the receiving space 106. The receiving space 106 is used to avoid the third link 151. The third connecting member 151 may enter or leave the accommodating space 106 from between the two sidewalls 132 when rotated.
As described above, the third connection member 151 includes the connection main body 1513, the bent portion 1514, and the inclined portion 1512. The overall shape of the third connecting member 151 formed by sequentially connecting the inclined portion 1512, the connecting body 1513, and the bent portion 1514 is substantially similar to that of the fixing bracket 130, so that the third connecting member 151 can be just placed in the accommodating space 106, the structure between the third connecting member 151 and the fixing bracket 130 can be compact, and the space below the housing 100 can be greatly saved.
In one embodiment, the other end of the first half shell 110 is capable of separating from the second half shell 120 when subjected to an external force directed away from the other end of the second half shell 120. The other end of the second half case 120 is separated from the first half case 110 by an external force in a direction away from the other end of the first half case 110.
For example, the right end of the first half case 110 and the right end of the second half case 120 may be connected by magnetic attraction or by insertion, so that the right end of the first half case 110 may be released from the attraction or insertion with the second half case 120 when receiving an external force in a direction away from the right end of the second half case 120, and the right end of the first half case 110 and the right end of the second half case 120 may be separated from each other.
When the portion of the brush disc below the first half cover case 110 needs to be repaired, an external force can be manually applied to rotate the left end of the first half cover case 110 relative to the fixed bracket 130, and at this time, the right end of the first half cover case 110 is subjected to the external force far away from the right end of the second half cover case 120, so that the right end of the first half cover case 110 can be separated from the right end of the second half cover case 120. Therefore, the first half cover 110 can be opened without excessive operation to release the connection between the right end of the first half cover 110 and the right end of the second half cover 120, thereby facilitating quick opening of the first half cover 110.
Similarly, the right end of the second half cover 120 can be separated from the first half cover 110 when receiving an external force in a direction away from the right end of the first half cover 110.
