Abstract
An automatic water adding method of a full-automatic water adding kungfu tea machine and the tea machine. The tea machine comprises a computer controller, a display, a control keyboard, a kettle with an anti-dry heating low water level sensor and a temperature sensor, and an anti-boiling overflow high water level sensor. The tea machine is automatically controlled according to the following steps: a. presetting the longest control time T for adding water each time in a computer memory; b. manually selecting water temperature control parameters for boiling water on a keyboard; c. keying in an automatic water adding/water boiling one-key instruction; d. the computer controls the water nozzle to open a water pump or an electromagnetic valve to supply water at the water adding position of the water boiling kettle and starts to count time t cumulatively; e. the computer judges whether the accumulated water adding time T reaches the longest control time T in real time Turning to step g; if not, turning to the step f; f. is the computer detect whether the water level in the kettle reaches the maximum limit water level H Turning to step g; if not, turning to the step e; g. the computer controls the water pump or the electromagnetic valve to stop adding water. The tea machine adopting the method can automatically control the water adding/boiling of the kettle under the instruction of one key when the kettle is not water, the water pump does not dry pump, the kettle does not dry, the water does not overflow, and the tea machine is reliable, practical, labor-saving and intelligent.

Technical Field

Background
The kungfu tea machine in the prior art comprises a kettle (or a kettle) which is only provided with an anti-dry heating temperature relay at the bottom of the kettle or an electrode type low water level sensor based on the water conduction principle due to the special structure of the kettle, and the high water level of water is controlled by software timing through the water adding time instead of a high full water level sensor. The computer controller is connected with a water storage container water level sensor, and a water level indicating unit, a real-time water boiling and set temperature display unit are arranged on the display; and a manual water adding key is also arranged on the control keyboard.
And the computer controller is connected with an alarm prompting buzzer.
The computer controller is connected with a semiconductor beverage refrigerator, a refrigeration temperature sensor is arranged on the semiconductor beverage refrigerator, and a refrigeration temperature display and setting unit is arranged on the display.
The method and the tea machine are reliable, practical, low in cost, intelligent, labor-saving and interesting and full high-tech, and are certainly popular in the market.

A full-automatic water adding kungfu tea machine is shown in figures 1 and 2. In fig. 1, an electrode type multi-stage water level sensor 9 and a water suction pipe 14 are arranged in a water barrel 10, and a water pump 15 and a water nozzle 16 (an electric rotating locating water faucet) are connected with the water suction pipe 14.
The computer controller 3 is connected with an alarm prompting buzzer 11. The computer controller 3 is connected with a semiconductor beverage refrigerator 12, a refrigeration temperature sensor 13 is arranged on the semiconductor beverage refrigerator, and a refrigeration temperature display and setting unit is arranged on the display 4. Various cups and other containers are placed on the conductor beverage refrigerator, so that beverages such as tea, fruit juice, wine and the like can be refrigerated, summer heat is relieved in hot summer, and the conductor beverage refrigerator is interesting for life.
