Description

Sealing hydrophobic and moisture-proof method for heating non-combustion cigarette product
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of production of heating cigarette products, which prevents water in the external environment from diffusing into cigarettes by sealing the end of a cigarette core end of each cigarette by adopting a thermoplastic material, is beneficial to realizing the drainage and moisture prevention of the cigarettes and belongs to the field of production and processing of heating leaf-rolled products.
Background
The reconstituted tobacco used in the heating non-combustion cigarette products in China mainly adopts five types of preparation processes of a paper-making method, a paper-making thick pulp compounding method, a thick pulp method, a rolling method and a dry paper-making method. Different from the traditional cigarette products, the glycerin is added into the heated cigarette as a smoke agent, and the heated cigarette is heated by the heat source temperature between 200 ℃ and 400 ℃ so that the effective components in the tobacco materials are volatilized. The addition of the glycerin causes the reconstituted tobacco to be extremely easy to absorb moisture, and the increase of the moisture in the reconstituted tobacco is easily caused by the high relative humidity in the production or storage environment, thereby seriously influencing the quality stability and sensory evaluation performance of the heated cigarette product.
The regulation and control of the moisture absorption performance of the reconstituted tobacco become a great challenge for restricting the improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry heating cigarette products. Compared with the moisture absorption risk of the reconstituted tobacco special for the heating cigarette developed by international tobacco companies, the moisture absorption risk of the reconstituted tobacco is obviously improved in the domestic industry, and the product stability is high; the research on the field of regulating and controlling the moisture of the reconstituted tobacco special for the heated cigarette is still in the initial stage, so that the research on the moisture absorption performance regulating and controlling technology of the reconstituted tobacco special for the heated non-burning cigarette has strong urgency for the domestic tobacco industry.
At present, a method for achieving moisture resistance by sealing the end part of a cigarette core section of a heated non-burning cigarette is rarely reported.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a method for heating the end of the core section of a non-combustible smoking article to render it hydrophobic and moisture-proof, based on the above mentioned background of application and the state of the art.
The invention adopts the working mechanism that the edible biodegradable film is used as the sealing medium at the end part of the cigarette core section of the cigarette, and adopts the non-polar low surface energy material to modify the surface of the medium according to the similar compatibility principle, so as to increase the contact angle of the surface of the medium, improve the hydrophobicity of the medium, delay the migration and diffusion of moisture, glycerol and other components in the heated cigarette product, and prevent the moisture in the environment from diffusing to the interior of the cigarette through the end part of the cigarette core section, thereby realizing the purpose of hydrophobic and damp-proof of the heated cigarette.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a method for sealing, dewatering and preventing damp of a non-burning cigarette product comprises the steps of sealing the end of a cigarette core section by an edible biodegradable film, preventing and delaying migration and diffusion of moisture, glycerin and other components in the non-burning cigarette product, and diffusing the moisture in a blocking environment into a cigarette through the end of the cigarette core section, so that the aim of dewatering and preventing damp of the non-burning cigarette is fulfilled.
The method comprises the following specific steps:
1) preparing an edible biodegradable film: the edible biodegradable film is prepared by the steps of screening, emulsifying, size mixing, film making and drying the raw materials of plant starch, edible cellulose, protein matrix, release agent and gelatin. 2) And (3) hydrophobic treatment: the heating dip-coating or the high-pressure spraying at 2.0-10 atmospheric pressure is adopted, the nonpolar long-chain fatty alcohol is uniformly applied to the surface of the edible biodegradable film, and a storage tank provided with a heating device can be adopted in the process to ensure that the long-chain fatty alcohol has better fluidity, so that the implementation of the spraying process is facilitated.
3) Packaging the end part of the cigarette core: the end part of the cigarette core section of the heating non-combustion cigarette product is sealed by the edible biodegradable film subjected to hydrophobic treatment by adopting a hot air gun and a sealing machine, and pressure is applied to the end part of the cigarette core section to ensure that the edible biodegradable film is tightly attached to the end part of the cigarette core section.
In the step 1), the plant starch includes but is not limited to one or more of sweet potato powder, corn powder, wheat flour and the like. Edible celluloses include, but are not limited to, methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose. The protein matrix includes but is not limited to one or more of soy protein isolate, wheat gluten protein extract, whey protein, etc. The release agent includes but is not limited to talc, glycerin, polytetrafluoroethylene, paraffin and the like.
In the step 2), the long-chain fatty alcohol refers to one or more of aliphatic alcohols with 12-22 carbon atom chains.
In the step 3), the pressure applied to the end part of the cigarette core section refers to 1.5-3.5 atmospheric pressures.
The invention has the advantages that: the end part of the core section of the heating non-combustion cigarette product is sealed by adopting the edible biodegradable film subjected to hydrophobic treatment, so that moisture in the environment is prevented from diffusing to the inside of the core section through the end part of the core section, and the moisture, glycerol and other components in the heating cigarette product are delayed from migrating and diffusing to the outside; on the other hand, the hydrophobic agent adopted by the edible biodegradable film is nonpolar long-chain fatty alcohol, has certain antibacterial activity, improves hydrophobicity and can delay bacterial breeding of cigarette products. The sealing film has no toxic and harmful substance escaping in the using process, and the cigarette can be placed in the heating smoking set for use after being automatically removed before the cigarette consumption. The method provides an operable method for optimizing the moisture resistance of the heated non-combustion cigarette product and stabilizing the product quality.
Detailed Description
The invention adopts the method for preventing the moisture absorption of the cigarette by adopting the edible biodegradable film sealing to seal the end part of the core section of the heating non-combustion cigarette, and the following description is further provided by combining the embodiment:
example 1
0.12g of wheat starch is sieved by a 100-mesh sieve and then dissolved in 15mL of deionized water, and the mixture is stirred uniformly at the temperature of 30 ℃; dissolving 5g of whey protein in 1.5mL of deionized water, and stirring at 45 ℃ for 15 min; mixing the prepared starch solution and protein solution according to the volume ratio of 10:1, stirring for 20min at 65 ℃, sequentially adding 0.5-1.5g of methyl cellulose and 0.02-0.5g of gelatin, continuously stirring for 15min at 70 ℃, performing ultrasonic oscillation on the obtained composite solution for 45min, performing degassing treatment for 1.5h in a vacuum environment, and drying in a mold with a surface wiped by talcum powder. And after film formation, coating the eicosanol heated to 70 ℃ on the surface of the composite film in a dipping way, drying the composite film for 3 hours at 75 ℃, and removing the film after cooling to obtain the edible biodegradable film subjected to hydrophobic treatment. The temperature of the hot air gun is adjusted to 2 grades, the air quantity is adjusted to 2 grades, and a sealing machine is adopted to apply 2.4 atmospheric pressures to the end part of the cigarette core section for end part sealing.
