All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in the examples of the present invention and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items. The character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship.
The first embodiment is as follows:
based on the above inventive principle, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for recording a television program, which specifically includes, as shown in fig. 1:
and S101, acquiring a recording task to be set.
The recording task to be set is used for controlling the television to record the television program in a preset time period.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, an interface schematic diagram for adding a recording task to a user is provided in an embodiment of the present invention. After the user sequentially fills or selects the 'recording program name', 'recording channel', 'recording date', 'recording starting time', 'setting recording duration' and 'repeating mode', and clicks the 'confirm' key, a corresponding recording task to be set is generated.
In the embodiment of the invention, aiming at the use habit of a television user, the repeated mode is divided into three types: a non-repetitive mode, namely, executing a recording task once only within a set recording date according to the recording start time and the set recording duration; a daily repeating mode, namely, executing a recording task according to the recording starting time and the set recording duration within the set recording date and every day thereafter; the weekly repeating mode is that the recording task is executed according to the recording starting time and the set recording duration within the set recording date and the day of the week.
Furthermore, after the user inputs the information shown in fig. 2, a piece of task data is generated according to the information, as shown in table 1 below:
Figure BDA0002085521970000041
TABLE 1
In order to realize repeatable program conflict control, a repeat _ type field for recording needs to be added, and when a task is added, the value of the field needs to be dynamically changed according to the setting of a user. And the values of the other fields, namely the recording start time (start _ time), are the pre-recording date + the recording start time selected by the user, and the corresponding system time seconds are obtained by calculation, the recording duration (duration) is the second number converted from the set recording duration selected by the user, and the other fields are all read by the system.
In an implementation manner, in order to facilitate recording and identifying a repeat pattern of a recording task, in an embodiment of the present invention, a to-be-set recording task corresponds to an identifier of a 7-bit binary number, which is used to indicate the repeat pattern of the to-be-set recording task. For example, in table 1 above, a (repeat _ type) field is used to store the identification of the 7-bit binary number. Wherein each bit of the 7-bit binary number represents a day of the week. For example, corresponding to the number of weeks per week, in the format shown in table 2 below:
saturday Friday of week Thursday Wednesday Tuesday Monday Sunday
TABLE 2
For example, when the user sets the recording mode to be the non-repeat mode, the 7-bit binary number corresponding to the recording task is: 0000000. when the user sets the recording mode to be the daily mode, the 7-bit binary number corresponding to the recording task is: 1111111. when the user sets the recording mode to be the weekly mode, the DAY _ OF _ WEEK value needs to be calculated according to the pre-recording date set by the user, and the repeated mode value is 1< < DAY _ OF _ WEEK. As shown in table 3 below:

S102, judging whether the recording task to be set and the stored historical recording task have time conflict.
And S103, if no conflict exists, saving the recording task to be set. So that the television can record the television program according to the recording task to be set.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the recording task to be set is obtained, the recording task to be set is not directly stored, but the recording task to be set is compared with the stored historical recording task, and whether there is a time conflict between the recording task to be set and the stored historical recording task is determined. And then whether the recording task with conflict exists is detected in time. And if no conflict exists, storing the recording task to be set so as to record.
In one implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, when it is detected that a time conflict exists between a recording task to be set and a stored historical recording task, the method further includes;
s104, if the time conflict exists between the recording task to be set and the stored historical recording task, outputting prompt information; and responding to an operation instruction of a user for the prompt message, selecting to store the recording task to be set and delete the historical recording task with time conflict with the recording task to be set, or selecting to abandon the recording task to be set.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, when there is a time conflict between the recording task to be set and the historical recording task that has been stored, a dialog box shown in the figure pops up. When the user selects 'cancel', abandoning the recording task to be set; when the user selects 'record new program', the record task to be set is saved and the history record task with time conflict with the record task to be set is deleted.
In one implementation manner, in order to quickly detect whether there is a recording task with a time conflict with a recording task to be set in the stored historical recording tasks, as shown in fig. 4, step S102 in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
s102, 102a, determining the repetitive patterns of the recording task to be set and the first historical recording task respectively.
The first history recording task is one of the saved history recording tasks.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first history recording task is taken as an example, so as to clearly describe the implementation process of step S102 in the present invention. It is to be understood that the determination process provided by the present invention can also be used for determining other saved history recording tasks, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Wherein, the repetitive pattern comprises: non-repeating patterns, repeating patterns per day, and repeating patterns per week. In the specific implementation process, those skilled in the art may rename the three modes as needed, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the recording task to be set is obtained, the task information of all the stored historical recording tasks stored in the storage space is read. For example, the start time (start _ time), recording duration (duration), repeat _ type, and information to be presented are stored in the target list (target _ list). Then, the end time (end _ time) is calculated according to the start time (start _ time) + recording duration (duration) in the saved task information of the history recording task.
And then, sequentially comparing the recording tasks to be set with the historical recording tasks in the target list respectively, and judging whether conflicts exist. In this embodiment, a first history recording task is taken as an example for description.
S102b, if the recording task to be set and the first history recording task are both in the non-repetitive mode, judging whether the recording time of the recording task to be set and the recording time of the first history recording task have intersection.
Specifically, if the repeat _ type field of the to-be-set recording task and the repeat _ type field of the first history recording task are both 0, it is determined whether the recording time of the to-be-set recording task and the recording time of the first history recording task intersect.
S102c, if the recording time of the to-be-set recording task and the recording time of the first history recording task are not intersected, determining that the to-be-set recording task and the first history recording task are not in conflict; otherwise, determining that the recording task to be set conflicts with the first historical recording task.
Specifically, whether the start time and the end time of the two tasks overlap or not is compared, that is, it is determined that: start _ time < other end _ time & & end _ time > other start _ time; as shown in fig. 5, the time of the recording task to be set coincides with the time of the first history recording task, and it is determined that the recording task to be set conflicts with the first history recording task.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the situation that the two tasks are repeatedly recorded does not exist, whether the actual recording time of the two tasks has intersection or not is judged only according to the data in the task information. Furthermore, in the embodiment of the invention, the situation that the two tasks do not have repeated recording is separated from other situations for processing and judging, so that the judging efficiency is improved.
And S102d, if the task to be set and the first historical recording task comprise repeatedly recorded recording tasks, judging whether the recording time of the task to be set and the recording time of the first historical recording task on the current program recording day intersect with each other.
S102e, if the recording time of the task to be set for recording on the current day of recording the program does not intersect with the recording time of the first historical recording task on the current day of recording the program, determining that the task to be set for recording does not conflict with the first historical recording task.
Illustratively, the task information of the recording task to be set includes, for example: recording date: 4, month and 22 days; recording time: 08:20-09: 00; repeating the mode: repeated weekly.
The task information of the first history recording task comprises: recording date: 4, 19 months; recording time: 17:20-19: 00; repeating the mode: this was repeated every day.
It can be seen that since the recording time (08:20-09:00) of the recording task to be set does not intersect the recording time (17:20-19:00) of the first history recording task, no collision is possible regardless of how the two tasks are repeated.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the two recording tasks have the repeated recording task, if the two tasks do not intersect in the recording time of the recording day, no conflict is possible no matter how the two tasks repeat, so that the invention can separate the situation from other situations to judge so as to improve the judging efficiency.
In addition, if the recording time of the recording task to be set on the current day of recording the program intersects with the recording time of the first historical recording task on the current day of recording the program, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises the following steps:
s102f, judging whether the recording date of the task to be set and the recording date of the first history recording task have intersection.
S102, 102g, if the recording date of the task to be set and the recording date of the first history recording task intersect, determining that the task to be set and the first history recording task conflict.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the task to be set and the first historical recording task have repeated recording tasks and the recording time in the day has intersection, the two tasks are necessarily in conflict if the recording dates of the two tasks have intersection.
Illustratively, the task information of the recording task to be set includes, for example: recording date: 4, month and 22 days; recording time: 08:20-09: 00; repeating the mode: repeated weekly.
The task information of the first history recording task comprises: recording date: 4 months and 29 days; recording time: 08:30-10: 00; repeating the mode: and is not repeated.
It can be seen that when there is a repeatedly recorded task in the two tasks; and the recording times of the two tasks have intersection (in the above example, 08:20-09:00 and 08:30-10:00, and in the time zone of 08:30-09:00, there is intersection); and, the recording date of the recording task to be set is 4 months 22 days, 4 months 29 days, 5 months 6 days, etc., and the recording date of the first history recording task is 4 months 29 days. Thus, there is a conflict between the two tasks.
Specifically, in an implementation manner, the determining whether the recording date of the to-be-set recording task and the recording date of the first history recording task have an intersection specifically includes:
and judging whether the 7-bit binary number identifier corresponding to the to-be-set recording task and the 7-bit binary number identifier corresponding to the first historical recording task exist in the same day and are all 1.
Specifically, the value of the 7-bit binary number identifier repeat _ type1 corresponding to the recording task to be set and the value of the 7-bit binary number identifier repeat _ type2 corresponding to the first history recording task may be subjected to and operation, and if (repeat _ type1& repeat _ type2) >0, it is determined whether the recording date of the recording task to be set and the recording date of the first history recording task have an intersection.
S102h, if the recording date of the task to be set and the recording date of the first history recording task are not intersected, whether the task to be set and the first history recording task are overranging is judged.
In particular, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is considered that a user generally does not record program content for more than 24 hours when recording a television program (in addition, generally, a television does not support a recording function for such a long recording time). Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, determining whether the recording task to be set and the first history recording task are across days specifically includes:
judging whether the recording ending time of the to-be-set recording task is greater than the recording starting time or not, judging whether the recording ending time of the first historical recording task is greater than the recording starting time or not, and further judging whether the to-be-set recording task and the first historical recording task are across the sky or not.
S102i, if the recording task to be set and the first history recording task do not cross the day, determining that the recording task to be set and the first history recording task do not conflict.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the cross-day recording task exists, the recording date stored in the task information corresponding to the recording task is different from the actual recording date, so that the conflicting tasks may be omitted.
For example, the task information of the recording task to be set includes: recording date: 4, month and 22 days; recording time: 23: 20-day 01: 00; repeating the mode: repeated weekly. In this case, if only recording tasks within the dates of 4-month 22, 4-month 27, 5-month 6, etc. are compared, omission may occur.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the recording task across the days is judged separately from other recording tasks, so that the accuracy of the judgment result is ensured. And when the recording time in the task information of the two tasks is determined to have intersection, the recording date does not have intersection, and the two tasks do not have the condition of day crossing, determining that the two tasks do not have the condition of conflict.
S102j, if the recording task to be set and the first historical recording task have a cross-day, judging whether the recording date of the cross-day recording task is intersected with the recording date of another recording task on the next day.
Specifically, the inter-day start time ano _ day _ start _ time of the inter-day recording task is calculated to be 0, the inter-day end time ano _ day _ end _ time is day _ end _ time-24 hours of seconds, and 1-6 bits of the repeat _ type value of the inter-day repeat pattern ano _ repeat _ type of the task, which is a 7-bit binary number field, are all moved to the left by 1 bit and the 7 th bit is moved to the 1 st bit, as shown in fig. 6. And then, comparing the modified task information with the task information of another recording task, and judging whether an intersection exists. And further determining whether the recording date of the cross-day recording task is intersected with the recording date of another recording task on the next day.
S102k, if the day after the recording date of the cross-day recording task intersects with the recording date of another recording task, determining that the recording task to be set conflicts with the first historical recording task.
S102l, if the recording date of the cross-day recording task is not intersected with the recording date of another recording task, determining that the recording task to be set does not conflict with the first historical recording task.
S102m, if the recording task to be set and the first historical recording task are all over the day, sequentially judging the following conditions I, II, III and IV:
the first condition is as follows: the recording date of the recording task to be set is intersected with the recording date of the first historical recording task; the condition II is that the recording time of the recording task to be set after the day crossing is intersected with the recording time of the first historical recording task; and (3) carrying out a third condition: the recording date of the first historical recording task is intersected with the recording date of the recording task to be set; and fourthly, intersecting the recording time of the first historical recording task after the cross-day with the recording time of the recording task to be set.
Specifically, in an implementation manner, the task information of the recording task to be set and the task information of the first historical recording task may be modified respectively in the manner of S102j, and then compared in the step of S102j to determine whether there is an intersection of the recording date and the recording time.
And S102n, if the condition I and the condition II are simultaneously met, or the condition III and the condition IV are simultaneously met, determining that the recording task to be set conflicts with the first history recording task.
S102o, otherwise, determining that the recording task to be set does not conflict with the first history recording task.
The television program recording method and the device provided by the embodiment of the invention can detect whether the time conflict exists between the task to be recorded and the stored historical recording task in time after the task to be set, which is required by a user, to be recorded is obtained, and then the task to be set is stored after the conflict does not exist, thereby avoiding the situation that the recording task cannot be completed according to the requirement of the user due to the conflict between the program recording tasks.
The following describes, with reference to an example, the content of determining whether there is a time conflict between the recording task to be set and the stored history recording task in S102 of the present invention:
example one: the recording task to be set and the first history recording task are repeatedly recorded.
The first history recording task is reserved for 3 months and 22 days, and 7: 00-8: 00, repeat mode is daily (then repeatType is 11111111); setting recording task reservation for 3 months and 23 days, 7: 30-8: 30, repeat weekly (3 months 23 for saturday, then the repeatype is 1000000).
The two are not overlapped only by judging from time; then judging date + time of day without overlapping; then, the date is removed, and the time of day is taken as 7: 00-8: 00 and 7: 30-8: 30, judging that the two times of the day are overlapped, continuing to compare the two repeat types, and finding that 1111111 and 1000000 exist in the first left position and both are 1; it is determined that both are in conflict in the future.
Example two: one of the recording task to be set and the first history recording task is repeatedly recorded.
The first history recording task is reserved for 3 months and 23 days, and 7: 30-8: 30, weekly (saturday 3 month 23, 1000000 for repattype); setting recording task reservation No. 3, month No. 30, 7: 00-8: 00, repeat mode is once (then repeatType is 0).
The two are not overlapped only by judging from time; then judging date + date of the day without overlapping; then judging whether the two weeks are the same, namely saturday, and continuing the same; respectively taking the start time of the day, namely 7: 30-8: 30 and 7: 00-8: 00, there is an overlap; it is determined that there is a conflict between the two in the future.
Example three: the recording task to be set and the first history recording task are repeated, and the existence of the tasks is overranging.
The first history recording task is reserved for 3 months 23 days 23: 30-3 month, 23 day 00: 30, repeated weekly (3 months, 23 days, saturday, then repeatType 1000000); setting recording task 3 month and 31 days 00: 01-00: 51, repeat for each week (3 months, 31 days for sundays, then repeatype 0000001).
It is only decided from the time that there is no overlap of the two; then judging date + time of day without overlapping; date was then removed, time of day was removed, and was 23: 30-00: 30, and 00: 01-00: 51, since the first start time is greater than the end time, the end time +24 hours is 23: 30-24: 30, firstly, determining 00: 01-00: 51 and 23: 30-24: 30, of a nitrogen-containing gas; judging that the two times of the day do not overlap, and continuing due to the existence of a cross-day condition; and (3) mixing 23: 30-24: 30 the time of day of the next day, i.e. 00: 00-00: 30, shifting 1000000 of the repeatType to the right by one bit and shifting the seventh bit to the first bit to become 0000001, and comparing with the other one; since the ratio of 00: 00-00: 30 and 00: 01-00: 51, judging the changed repattype of the two if the time is overlapped; if the rightmost bit of 0000001 and 0000001 obtained after the shift is 1, it is determined that there is a conflict between the two tasks.
Example two:
the embodiment of the invention provides a television program recording device, which is used for executing the television program recording method provided by the embodiment. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a possible structure of a television program recording device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the television program recording apparatus 20 includes: an acquisition unit 201, a judgment unit 202, and a storage unit 203. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
