With the rapid development of internet technology, more and more internet financial products appear in people's lives, and because of the diversity and uncontrollable nature of internet products, how to perform risk management on the financial products becomes a difficult problem.
Generally, the related upstream and downstream information of the financial products on sale or to be sold can be reviewed and checked manually, and then the risk condition of the financial products on sale or to be sold currently can be confirmed according to the manually collected information and the individual or collective temporary risk judgment.
However, on one hand, the information obtained by adopting a manual monitoring mode is not high in efficiency, wastes time and labor and may not be comprehensive, and meanwhile, when a plurality of people decide a plurality of product risks, phenomena of unstable standards, non-uniformity and the like easily occur, so that the accuracy of the financial product risk judgment is influenced; on the other hand, the timeliness is poor, the time from the relevant information disclosure to the evaluation has influence on products sold or sold on the platform, the time is long, early warning and relevant early warning operations are easily missed, and therefore the loss of the benefit of the platform or the user caused by the risky products is caused.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides a method for risk management of a financial product, which is applied to a process framework of risk management of a financial product shown in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 2, for a process framework of risk management of a financial product provided in an embodiment of the present application, the process framework is developed mainly based on a rule engine, that is, a change condition of data is determined through a change notification of external data, and a judgment based on an early warning rule is performed on the changed data, so as to generate a corresponding early warning result; in addition, the rule engine can also respond to the timing rule to perform change event processing, wherein the process of changing the event can be derived from change operation performed in the monitoring management background, and a corresponding change record is generated based on the change operation, so that the rule table is modified, namely, the process of manually adjusting the judgment logic of the rule engine is completed.
It can be understood that the method provided by the present application may be a program written as a processing logic in a hardware system, or may be a risk management device for a financial product, and the processing logic is implemented in an integrated or external manner. As one implementation, the risk management apparatus of a financial product monitors an acquisition process for financial product data in real time, the financial product data including at least one of product information or management information; then responding to the trigger of the acquisition process, comparing the financial product data with an early warning rule to obtain an early warning result, wherein the early warning rule is set based on at least one information dimension in the product information or the management information; and generating a corresponding risk response based on the early warning result, wherein the risk response is used for indicating the risk avoiding operation aiming at the financial product data. Therefore, the financial product data are acquired in real time in the intelligent risk management process of the financial product, early warning judgment based on the relevant early warning rules is carried out after the financial product data are acquired, the risk management efficiency of the financial product and the comprehensiveness of information collection are improved, and the judgment standards corresponding to the early warning rules are unified, so that the risk management accuracy of the financial product is further improved.
With reference to the above flow architecture, the following describes a risk management method for a financial product in the present application, please refer to fig. 3, where fig. 3 is a flow chart of a risk management method for a financial product according to an embodiment of the present application, where the management method may be executed by a terminal device, or by a server, or by both the terminal device and the server, and the following describes an example of execution of the terminal device. The embodiment of the application at least comprises the following steps:
301. the acquisition process for the financial product data is monitored in real time.
In this embodiment, the financial product data includes at least one of product information or management information; the product information comprises bottom asset information, product type information or network evaluation information corresponding to the financial product, for example, the fund scale corresponding to the financial product A is billion, and the network evaluation is good; the management information includes financial institution information, manager information and management age information corresponding to the financial product, for example, the financial product B is managed by the institution C, the management age of the product is three years, the specific information form depends on the actual scene, and is not limited herein.
It can be understood that a plurality of different information sources can be set for monitoring the acquisition process of the financial product data; specifically, at least one information source corresponding to the financial product data is determined firstly; then setting a data acquisition mode based on the information source; and then monitoring the acquisition process in real time based on the data acquisition mode.
In one possible scenario, the information source may include a network, a database, and the like, and the specific data acquisition manner includes web crawler acquisition, database purchase, and the like, and the specific manner depends on the actual scenario.
302. And responding to the trigger of the acquisition process, and comparing the financial product data with the early warning rule to obtain an early warning result.
In this embodiment, the early warning rule is set based on at least one information dimension in the product information or the management information; namely, the early warning rule can be set only based on product information, for example, if the product fund scale reaches two billion, the early warning is sent out; the early warning rule can also be set only based on management information, for example, if the working years of managers of products are less than 1 year, early warning is given out; the early warning rule can also be set based on the management information and the product information, for example, if the product fund scale reaches 10 hundred million and the working years of managers of the product are less than 2 years, the early warning is given out; the specific early warning rules are determined by actual scenes.
In addition, the trigger of the acquisition process may be triggered based on the comparison between the financial product data and the local product data, that is, the data items contained in the financial product data also exist in the local product data, but the corresponding numerical values are different. Specifically, firstly, the financial product data is compared with the local product data to obtain comparison information; and if the comparison information indicates that the acquired data has difference information, triggering an acquisition process. For example, after external new data is crawled regularly or data purchased by a third party is updated, the data change processing module sequentially pulls and compares whether the data exists in the current system, if so, the comparison with the externally acquired data is changed, if the data exists and the comparison is consistent, the data is updated repeatedly, no early warning is needed, the data record is skipped, no processing is performed, namely, the acquisition process is not triggered, and therefore system resources are saved.
Specifically, the data comparison process may be performed based on the data item and the data value, specifically, first, a corresponding relationship between the data item and the data value in the data table corresponding to the financial product data is determined; and then comparing the local product data with the data table to obtain comparison information. For example, a newly added product corresponding to the data item is determined, or a product variation value corresponding to the data value is determined, so that the accuracy of the comparison information is ensured.
Optionally, in order to improve the efficiency of comparing the financial product data with the early warning rule, the financial product data may be converted into target format data based on a format rule, and the format rule is set based on the early warning rule; and then comparing the target format data with the early warning rule to obtain an early warning result. That is, if the data is newly added or updated, the data record is formatted into a format required by the rule engine, and then the data record is transmitted to the rule engine shown in fig. 2 to perform matching and judgment of the configured early warning rule, so that the rule comparison efficiency is improved.
Optionally, after the financial product information is compared, the local product data may be updated, that is, a difference item corresponding to the difference information in the local product data is determined; the local product data is updated based on the difference item. Therefore, timeliness of the local product data is guaranteed, namely the local product data is updated to the latest data state, and accuracy of risk management is improved.
In a possible scenario, based on the architecture shown in fig. 2, after the rule engine returns the early warning result, a message processing event corresponding to the data may be called to process the message processing event; if the early warning exists, recording the early warning result into various early warning tables, and modifying the monitoring financial data table; if no early warning exists, only modifying the monitoring financial data table; the early warning table and the monitoring financial data table are both in the display form of local product data.
Correspondingly, in a possible interface presentation, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a scene schematic diagram of another method for risk management of a financial product according to an embodiment of the present application. The terminal device obtains real-time information (financial product data) and performs early warning judgment on a plurality of financial products, so that corresponding judgment results are displayed on an interface, a user can click detail A1 to check specific judgment basis, namely, which product is sent out early warning, and response of the corresponding early warning results is performed.
303. And generating a corresponding risk response based on the early warning result.
In this embodiment, the risk response is used to indicate a risk avoiding operation for the financial product data, where the specific risk avoiding operation includes risk early warning response processing of different levels such as off-shelf, non-recommended, and the like.
In a possible scenario, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a scenario of a risk management method for a financial product according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The figure shows a situation where a risk is detected for the product 2. Reminding is carried out in the interface, and a user can select whether to off-shelf the risk product or not, so that the risk avoiding operation is realized.
It is understood that the risk avoiding operation may be performed not only based on the product but also with respect to a manager, for example, a financial product managed by the off-shelf user 2, and specifically, for this process, the product information or the management information in the financial product information may be first extracted when the warning result indicates that the financial product information is at risk; a corresponding risk response is then generated based on the product information or the management information. Therefore, the latest real-time data of financial institutions, investment managers, products, bottom assets, public opinions and the like in the financial industry are obtained through a method of automatically crawling or purchasing third-party data through a webpage, the latest real-time data of the financial industry obtained latest is analyzed to be compared with early warning rules configured manually by a system, if early warning is triggered, events are recorded in an early warning pool table, a risk early warning response center is informed to perform related operations of risks, if products related to the early warning rules are avoided, risk early warning response processing of different levels such as off-shelf products and unrecommendable products can be initiated, if the products are not on shelf, risk interception before the products are on shelf is performed, and early warning event information is reminded to be concerned.
Furthermore, the risk management object may be defined as a product contained in the local product data, so that the risk item corresponding to the product information or the management information may be determined first; traversing local product data based on the risk items to obtain early warning items; and generating corresponding risk response according to the early warning item. For example, the risk item includes product 1, product 2 and product 3, and the local product data includes only product 2, so that only the risk response for product 2 can be generated, thereby improving the pertinence of the risk response.
With reference to the above embodiments, by monitoring the acquisition process for financial product data in real time, the financial product data includes at least one of product information or management information; then responding to the trigger of the acquisition process, comparing the financial product data with an early warning rule to obtain an early warning result, wherein the early warning rule is set based on at least one information dimension in the product information or the management information; and generating a corresponding risk response based on the early warning result, wherein the risk response is used for indicating the risk avoiding operation aiming at the financial product data.
The above embodiment introduces a risk response process, and the warning rule for judgment may be changed in the risk response process, which is described below. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of a risk management method for a financial product according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the embodiment of the present disclosure at least includes the following steps:
601. and monitoring the change information of the early warning rule.
In this embodiment, the change information of the warning rule may be manually input by the user, or may be automatically modified by the system, for example, when a fund manager indicating the product 3 in the collected financial product data is captured, the product 3 is automatically released.
It can be understood that since the early warning rules are modifiable, and the modification of the rules involves acquiring a large number of monitoring financial data tables and recalling the data one by one to the rules engine for judgment, the whole process is time-consuming. If the user synchronously carries out the rule re-judgment process of all related data when modifying the rule, the process consumes a great deal of time; if the user continuously repeats the operation, a large number of meaningless repeated operations may exist, so that the data re-rule judgment related to the early warning rule change can be started in a timing script manner, for example, the early warning rule with change in a plurality of time period pulling time periods is preset every day, then the corresponding data is pulled to perform the rule judgment again, and a specific implementation process can firstly obtain a timing detection script; then, detecting the early warning rule based on a time period corresponding to the timing detection script to acquire change information of the early warning rule; and then the early warning rule is updated based on the change information, so that the updating efficiency of the early warning rule is improved, and omission is avoided.
In one possible scenario, in combination with the framework shown in fig. 2, the timing detection script corresponds to a timing time point, that is, when the timing time point is reached, the timing rule is started to change the batch processing event, and all the changed rules from the last batch processing event to the current time point in the rule table are pulled; pulling all related records of the monitoring financial data table related to the rule one by one according to the changed rule, and then transmitting the data records one by one to a rule engine for early warning judgment; the rule engine further judges the early warning results of the data records item by item, if the early warning is triggered, the corresponding event processing engine is called, and the data are recorded into an early warning pool table; otherwise, neglect and do not do any operation.
602. And adjusting the structured data corresponding to the early warning rule based on the change information.
In this embodiment, the early warning rule is a series of condition determination processes, and different conditions may have a logical relationship therebetween, so that the corresponding structured data may be generated based on the early warning rule. Correspondingly, the updating process of the early warning rule can firstly respond to the editing operation in the target interface to determine the editing information aiming at the early warning rule; then determining the structured data corresponding to the early warning rule; and then adjusting the structured data based on the editing information so as to update the early warning rule. For example, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a scene schematic diagram of a risk management method for a financial product according to an embodiment of the present application. The structured data shown in the figure is an abstract syntax tree generated based on Drools, and the meaning of translation into natural language is as follows: the product type of the product is classified into one of medium-short bond fund, financing bond fund and currency fund in a third grade, and the period of the investment manager's job is less than 1 year; for products classified three-level for other product types, the investment manager has a working age of less than 2 years.
Further, since the syntax (Java-like syntax) used by Drools to describe the conditions is not easy to edit from the front-end page, it is necessary to design an intermediate representation for the pre-warning rules that can be easily edited from the front end and easily converted into the syntax used by Drools. Therefore, the filling process of the target interactive form can be carried out in a front-end interface (target interface), namely, the target interactive form can be generated according to the structured data; then, interactive items in the target interactive table are determined in response to editing operation in the target interface; and further determining editing information aiming at the early warning rule based on the interactive item. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a scene schematic diagram of a risk management method for a financial product according to an embodiment of the present application. The figure shows that when a user needs to edit an early warning rule, the user can click an edit button B1 in a front-end interface to enter a target interface containing multiple associated conditions, and the user can generate the early warning rule by setting a logical relationship for different conditions and setting a judgment condition.
In a possible scenario, a front-end page editing form corresponding to the abstract syntax tree shown in fig. 7 is shown in fig. 9, and fig. 9 is a scene diagram of a risk management method for a financial product according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Namely, the condition in the early warning rule is extracted individually, and the table association is carried out based on the logic in the abstract syntax tree.

Corresponding to the example in fig. 9, the conversion of the content indicated by the table into syntax corresponding to Drools may be: ((product _ category in ("medium short bond fund", "financial bond fund", "money fund")) & (manager _ exp <1)) | (product _ category in ("medium short bond fund", "financial bond fund", "money fund")) & (manager _ exp < 2)). Therefore, the early warning rule can be updated based on the grammar expression, and the updating accuracy of the early warning rule is ensured.
604. And carrying out risk management according to the updated early warning rule.
In this embodiment, after the early warning is triggered, the early warning event is immediately notified to the risk early warning response center, and the risk early warning response center performs a corresponding risk avoidance action, for example, notifies a product responsible person, and initiates a process of taking off, stopping selling, stopping recommending, and the like of a related financial platform selling goods, and if the goods to be sold are to be stopped in an emergency, the subsequent process of taking on shelf is stopped, so that loss is stopped in time, and the benefit of the platform and the user is protected from being continuously damaged.
