1) calculating the turnover rate of the sales inventory of the finished air conditioner:
the stock turnover rate is 100% of the stock in/out of the stock;
2) setting the class with high turnover rate and the corresponding area and storage position as high-speed circulation area;
3) setting a high-speed circulation area and a general area and corresponding to different machine types;
4) popping up a prompt when the scanned storage position of the air conditioner bar code stored on site is inconsistent with the set storage position;
5) when no storable library position exists on the site, the system supports dispatching and manual editing of the library position, confirms the new storage library position and transmits the new storage library position.

The automatic distribution method for the air-conditioning warehouse entry according to claim 1, wherein in the production and warehouse entry condition, the billboard system displays the production and warehouse entry condition in real time, wherein the production and warehouse entry condition comprises production, production orders, material codes, order planning quantity, warehoused, not warehoused, warehouse location transfer, transferred quantity, current inventory and residual storage capacity information;
warehousing and not warehousing are the number of finished production; the transferred storage position and the transferred number are stored in an appointed storage position by scanning the bar code of the air conditioner finished product by using a PDA scanner;
the current inventory is the current actual storage capacity of a certain inventory position;
remaining stock capacity-stock currently;
the method for monitoring the abnormal information in real time by the billboard system comprises the following steps:
displaying the data planned to be put in storage;
automatically calculating the unscanned number according to the data updating of the warehousing scanning, wherein the unscanned number is the order plan number-the warehousing scanned number;
when the number of the non-scanning exceeds 1 hour, the updating is not carried out, the operation is missed, and the abnormality is caused.

the PDA scanner is used for acquiring warehousing data information of the air-conditioning finished product in specified production by utilizing a PDA warehousing program for scanning the bar code of the air-conditioning finished product, wherein the warehousing data information of the air-conditioning finished product comprises the type, the target warehouse location, the bar code, the placing mode and the detail information of the bar code;
and the billboard system is used for displaying the production and storage conditions in real time and monitoring abnormal information in real time.
9. A computer arrangement, characterized in that the computer arrangement comprises a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to carry out the method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A program storage medium for receiving user input, the stored computer program causing an electronic device to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
