and a filling module 703, configured to fill the processing result in a corresponding position of the corresponding first information item to be filled in the report note until the information item to be filled in the report note is completely filled in.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the application, the information items to be filled in the report notes include table columns of the predetermined items to be filled in the report notes, one item of the report notes corresponds to one or more tables, and the tables include the columns of the information to be filled in;
the derivation module 701 is specifically configured to:
and according to the corresponding relation between the form column of the predetermined item to be filled in the information and the related source data of the report form, deriving the required target source data from the accounting system.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the derivation module 701 is specifically configured to:
according to a pre-configured data template comprising corresponding template parameters, required target source data are derived from the accounting system; the template parameters are configured based on organization structure information of a subject corresponding to the source data.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the data correspondence includes a correspondence between a form field to be filled in a report and a field in corresponding target source data;
the filling module 703 is specifically configured to:
filling the processing result into a corresponding table column needing to be filled in the report remark so as to realize the filling of the report remark; the form column to be filled in the report notes is written with column information of the corresponding column of the form column in the corresponding target source data in advance to form the data corresponding relation.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, referring to another schematic structural diagram of the fiscal robot shown in fig. 8, the fiscal robot may further include:
a triggering module 704 configured to:
sending notification information to a pre-generated financial robot or setting timing operation for the financial robot; and the financial robot receives a notification instruction triggered based on the notification information or an operation instruction triggered based on the timing operation, starts an operation flow based on the received instruction, and fills in the statement remark information based on the operation behavior rule corresponding to the operation flow.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, referring to another schematic structural diagram of the fiscal robot shown in fig. 9, the fiscal robot may further include:
a notification module 705 configured to:
after the completion of the filling of the report notes, loading the filled report notes to the mails in a file form, and filling designated recipients in the mails to form mails to be sent; and sending the mail to be sent to the designated receiver.
For the financial robot disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, since it corresponds to the filling method of the report remark information disclosed in the corresponding embodiment above, the description is relatively simple, and for the relevant similar points, please refer to the description of the filling method part of the report remark information in the corresponding embodiment above, and detailed description is omitted here.
To sum up, the method for filling in the statement remark information and the financial robot have the following advantages:
1) the tedious financial staff and the repetitive labor of machinery are reduced, and the financial robot can be used for replacing the financial staff to automatically execute the operation behaviors of system login (such as financial system login), data export, data filling and the like;
2) the quality of data filled by the report remarks is improved, and through programmed operation, data entry errors of manual line skipping and line error are effectively avoided, and the workload of manual rechecking is further reduced;
3) the input of labor cost is reduced, and the workload required by the existing manual mode to be finished in 1.5 personal days is reduced to 15 minutes by verification, so that 426 personal days of input can be saved in the whole province and the whole year.
4) The data can be captured across the systems, the required automatic processing flow can be carried out among different systems, the fusion and the communication of the data are realized, and the working quality and the efficiency are improved.
It should be noted that, in the present specification, the embodiments are all described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other.
For convenience of description, the above system or apparatus is described as being divided into various modules or units by function, respectively. Of course, the functionality of the units may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Claims (12)

1. A method for filling in report remark information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
according to the corresponding relation between the preset report notes and the source data, required target source data are exported;
acquiring second information item data of corresponding target source data according to a data corresponding relation between a first information item to be filled in a predetermined report and a second information item in the corresponding target source data, and processing the acquired second information item data according to a predetermined rule to obtain a processing result;
and filling the processing result to the corresponding position of the corresponding first information item required to be filled in the report note until the information item required to be filled in the report note is completely filled.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the information items to be filled in the report notes include form fields to be filled in the predetermined items of the report notes, and one item of the report notes corresponds to one or more form fields;
the exporting of the required target source data according to the corresponding relation between the predefined report notes and the source data comprises:
and according to the corresponding relation between the form column of the predetermined item to be filled in the information and the related source data of the report form, exporting the required source target data from the accounting system.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the deriving the desired target source data comprises:
deriving required source target data from the accounting system according to a pre-configured data template comprising corresponding template parameters; the template parameters are configured based on organization structure information of a subject corresponding to the source data.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the data correspondence comprises correspondence between a form field to be filled in a report and a field in the corresponding target source data;
the step of filling the processing result into the corresponding first information item to be filled in the report note comprises the following steps:
filling the processing result into a corresponding table column needing to be filled in the report remark so as to realize the filling of the report remark; the table columns to be filled in the report notes are written with column information of columns corresponding to the table columns in the corresponding target source data in advance to form the data corresponding relation.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending notification information to a pre-generated financial robot or setting timing operation for the financial robot;
and the financial robot receives a notification instruction triggered based on the notification information or an operation instruction triggered based on the timing operation, starts an operation flow based on the received instruction, and fills in the statement remark information based on an operation behavior rule corresponding to the operation flow.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after the report form remarks are filled, triggering a mail filling and sending process, and executing the following processing based on the process:
loading the filled report notes to the mails in a file form, and filling the appointed addressees in the mails to form mails to be sent;
and sending the mail to be sent to the designated receiver.
7. A financial robot, comprising:
the export module is used for exporting the required target source data according to the corresponding relation between the predetermined report notes and the source data;
the processing module is used for acquiring second information item data of the corresponding target source data according to the data corresponding relation between the first information item to be filled in the predetermined report and the second information item in the corresponding target source data, and processing the acquired second information item data according to a predetermined rule to obtain a processing result;
and the filling module is used for filling the processing result to the corresponding position of the corresponding first information item required to be filled in the report form remark until the information item required to be filled in the report form remark is completely filled.
8. The financial robot of claim 7 wherein the information items to be filled in the statement include form fields to be filled in for predefined items of the statement, one item of the statement corresponding to one or more forms, the forms including fields to be filled in;
the export module is specifically configured to:
and according to the corresponding relation between the form column of the predetermined item to be filled in the information and the related source data of the report form, deriving the required target source data from the accounting system.
9. A financial robot as claimed in claim 7, wherein said derivation module is configured to:
according to a pre-configured data template comprising corresponding template parameters, required target source data are derived from the accounting system; the template parameters are configured based on organization structure information of a subject corresponding to the source data.
10. The financial robot of claim 8 wherein the data correspondence includes correspondence between form fields to be filled in a statement and fields in corresponding target source data;
the filling module is specifically configured to:
filling the processing result into a corresponding table column needing to be filled in the report remark so as to realize the filling of the report remark; the form column to be filled in the report notes is written with column information of the corresponding column of the form column in the corresponding target source data in advance to form the data corresponding relation.
11. A financial robot as claimed in claim 7, further comprising:
a trigger module to:
sending notification information to a pre-generated financial robot or setting timing operation for the financial robot; and the financial robot receives a notification instruction triggered based on the notification information or an operation instruction triggered based on the timing operation, starts an operation flow based on the received instruction, and fills in the statement remark information based on the operation behavior rule corresponding to the operation flow.
12. A financial robot as claimed in claim 7, further comprising:
a notification module to:
after the completion of the filling of the report notes, loading the filled report notes to the mails in a file form, and filling designated recipients in the mails to form mails to be sent; and sending the mail to be sent to the designated receiver.
