Detailed Description
The core of the application is to provide a network content evidence storing method which can be applied to a block chain node.
The block chain of the Application can be a alliance chain, the alliance chain only aims at members of a certain specific group and limited third parties, a plurality of preselected nodes are designated as bookkeepers inside, generation of each block is determined by all the preselected nodes together, other access nodes can participate in transactions, but the bookkeeping process is not asked, and other third parties can carry out limited query through an Application Programming Interface (API) opened by the block chain.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, an implementation flowchart of a network content authentication method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method may include the following steps:
s110: and acquiring the related information of the content to be issued sent by the first user.
The first user may be any content publisher that can log into the blockchain and communicate with the blockchain nodes. When the first user has network content to be published on the internet, the related information of the content to be published can be sent to the block chain link point first, so as to store the certificate on the block chain.
The related information of the content to be published may include a content title, a creator name, a content hash value, and the like. If the first user is a platform user, the related information of the content to be published may further include a platform type.
After the blockchain node obtains the relevant information of the content to be published sent by the first user, the operation of step S120 may be continuously executed.
S120: and determining the relevant information of the content to be issued as the evidence storing information of the content to be issued, writing the evidence storing information into the block chain, and generating a first evidence storing and recording address.
After the block chain node obtains the relevant information of the content to be published sent by the first user, the relevant information of the content to be published can be determined as the evidence storage information of the content to be published and written into the block chain. Meanwhile, a deposit transaction number and a first deposit record address can be generated. The evidence transaction number corresponds to an event that the relevant information of the content to be issued is determined as the evidence information of the content to be issued and written into the block chain. The first authentication record address is a unique address of the authentication information written into the block chain.
S130: and returning the first certificate storing and recording address to the first user, so that the first user attaches the first certificate storing and recording address to the content to be issued, issues the content to be issued with the first certificate storing and recording address attached to the internet, and returns a content issuing network address to the block link point.
And the block chain link point determines the relevant information of the content to be issued as the evidence storing information of the content to be issued and writes the evidence storing information into the block chain, and after a first evidence storing and recording address is generated, the first evidence storing and recording address can be returned to the first user.
After obtaining the first certificate storing and recording address, the first user can attach the first certificate storing and recording address to the content to be issued, and then issue the content to be issued with the first certificate storing and recording address attached to the content to be issued on the internet, so that the corresponding public network content is attached with the first certificate storing and recording address, and meanwhile, the corresponding content issuing network address can be obtained. After obtaining the content distribution network address, the first user may return the content distribution network address to the blockchain node.
S140: and updating the certificate storing information corresponding to the first certificate storing and recording address based on the received content issuing network address returned by the first user.
After receiving the content distribution network address returned by the first user, the block link node may update the certificate storage information corresponding to the first certificate storage address based on the content distribution network address. Corresponding deposit transaction numbers may be generated for the event of the deposit information update. I.e., different credentialing events generated on the blockchain correspond to different credentialing transaction numbers.
Thus, the certification information may include the content distribution network address in addition to the related information of the content to be distributed, such as the content title, the creator name, the content hash value, and the like.
After other users check the network content on the internet, because the first authentication record address is added in the network content, the corresponding authentication information can be searched on the block chain through the first authentication record address, so that the authenticity of the network content can be identified.
After the deposit certificate information is linked, the block time can be generated, or the generated deposit certificate transaction number can contain the block time, and the block time can be used as a copyright statement.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the application, after obtaining the relevant information of the content to be issued sent by the first user, the block chain node determines the relevant information of the content to be issued as the certificate storing information of the content to be issued and writes the certificate storing information into the block chain, generates the first certificate storing and recording address, and returns the first certificate storing and recording address to the first user. The first user adds the first deposit certificate recording address to the content to be issued, issues the content to be issued with the first deposit certificate recording address on the internet, and returns the content issuing network address to the block link point. And updating the certificate storing information corresponding to the first certificate storing record address by the block chain node based on the content issuing network address. Therefore, the relatively complete certificate storing information of the network content published on the Internet is stored in the block chain, the network content is effectively stored, and the authenticity of the network content is conveniently identified.
In an embodiment of the application, the related information of the content to be published may include a content backup network address, where the content backup network address is obtained after the first user uploads the content to be published to the third-party object storage platform.
In the embodiment of the application, before sending the relevant information of the content to be published to the block link point, the first user may upload the content to be published to a third-party object storage platform for backup, and obtain a corresponding content backup network address. In this way, the information about the content to be distributed, which is sent to the blockchain node by the first user, may include the content backup network address. Correspondingly, after the relevant information of the content to be issued is obtained by the block link nodes, the information is determined as the evidence storing information of the content to be issued, and the evidence storing information also comprises the content backup network address.
Therefore, when other users identify the authenticity of the network content on the Internet, the backup content of the corresponding network content can be searched through the content backup network address so as to further verify the authenticity of the network content.
In one embodiment of the application, the content to be published includes the reference content, the certificate information of the reference content is written into the blockchain, and the certificate record of the reference content is attached to the content to be published.
In practical applications, the web content published by the creator on the internet may refer to the web content published by other creators on the internet, that is, one web content may have the reference content. In the prior art, if reference content exists in a piece of web content, the reference content is mainly referred by a web link, the reference content is displayed in a web page displaying the web content, the web link of the reference content is added, and the web link of the reference content can jump to a corresponding web page on the internet to view a referred article.
On one hand, the webpage content is easy to lose effectiveness, a user cannot find an original place and cannot form a reference relation which depends in sequence, and on the other hand, the webpage content corresponding to the network link referring to the content is possibly modified, so that the reliability of reference is reduced, and the information source of the content cannot be judged.
That is to say, the network content in the internet has the problems that it is inconvenient to trace the reference origin, the reference relationship is unreliable, the reference link is easy to fail, and the like, so that the information source cannot be verified.
In the embodiment of the application, the content to be published may include a citation content, the license storage information of the citation content is written into the blockchain, and a license storage record of the citation content is appended to the content to be published. The credentialing record for the referencing content can include a credentialing transaction number generated when the referencing content is credited on the blockchain and/or a second credentialing record address generated. Therefore, the network content, the citation relation and the like can be stored in the block chain, the problem of link failure caused by the change of the citation content is solved, the reliability of the citation relation is guaranteed, the citation content can be quickly found according to the evidence storage relation on the block chain, the authenticity of the network content can be identified, whether the citation content has a credible place or not can be identified, and whether the source is an unknown rumor or can be distinguished.
In one embodiment of the present application, the method may further comprise the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: receiving an inquiry request sent by a second user, wherein the inquiry request is sent by the second user under the condition that whether the target network content checked on the internet is true or not is verified, and carries a third verification record address of the target network content;
step two: searching for certificate storing information corresponding to the third certificate storing record address on the block chain;
step three: and returning the found certificate storing information corresponding to the third certificate storing record address to the second user so that the second user can determine the authenticity of the target network content based on the certificate storing information corresponding to the third certificate storing record address.
For convenience of description, the above three steps are combined for illustration.
The second user may be any content consumer that may log into the blockchain and may communicate with the blockchain nodes. When the second user checks the target network content on the internet, if the target network content is to be verified to be true, a corresponding query request can be sent to the block link node, and the query request can carry a third verification record address of the target network content. And if the target network content is already certified on the blockchain, a corresponding third certification recording address is attached to the target network content.
After receiving the query request sent by the second user, the block chain link point may search for the certificate-storing information corresponding to the third certificate-storing recording address on the block chain, and then return the certificate-storing information to the second user. The deposit information may include a content title, a creator name, a content hash value, a content distribution network address, a content backup network address, and the like.
The second user can determine the authenticity of the target network content based on the certificate information corresponding to the third certificate-storing record address. Specifically, the corresponding network content can be found through the content publishing network address and the content backup network address, comparison is performed, if the network content is consistent with the content publishing network address, the target network content can be determined to be real, and if the network content is inconsistent with the content publishing network address, the authenticity of the target network content can be considered to be questioned. Or after the corresponding network content is found through the content publishing network address and the content backup network address, the hash value of the found network content can be calculated and compared with the content hash value contained in the evidence storage information, if the hash value is consistent, the target network content can be determined to be real, and if the hash value is not consistent, the authenticity of the target network content can be considered to be doubtful, and a user needs to make further judgment according to the target network content.
In an embodiment of the present application, before determining the information related to the content to be published as the certification information of the content to be published and writing the certification information into the block chain, the method may further include the following steps:
carrying out validity verification according to a pre-established contract for storing the certificate; and if the verification is passed, determining the relevant information of the content to be issued as the evidence storage information of the content to be issued and writing the evidence storage information into the block chain.
In the embodiment of the present application, a storage and certification contract may be established in advance. The deposit contract refers to a type of intelligent contract written according to business logic and used for creating deposit records. Smart contracts are event-driven, stateful, multi-party aware, running on a blockchain, and capable of automatically processing assets according to preset conditions. Smart contracts allow trusted transactions to be conducted without third parties, which transactions are traceable and irreversible.
The author or platform, etc. can apply for identity on the blockchain, and after the audit, the blockchain link points can create identity for the author or platform, etc.
After the block link point obtains the relevant information of the content to be issued sent by the first user, validity verification can be performed according to a pre-established contract for storage and certification. Specifically, whether the identity of the first user is legal or not can be determined according to a pre-established contract for storing certificates, if so, whether the data format of the relevant information of the content to be issued is correct or not is further determined, and if so, the verification is determined to be passed. Correspondingly, if the identity of the first user is determined to be illegal, the operation of other steps in the method can be omitted, and prompt information with illegal identity can be returned to the first user, so that the first user can perform corresponding adjustment. If the identity of the first user is determined to be legal, but the data format of the related information of the content to be issued sent by the first user is incorrect, the operation of other steps in the method can be omitted, and prompt information with the incorrect data format can be returned to the first user, so that the first user can perform corresponding adjustment.
And after the verification is passed, the step of determining the relevant information of the content to be issued as the evidence storing information of the content to be issued and writing the information into the block chain can be continuously executed so as to store the evidence of the content to be issued in the block chain and conveniently identify the authenticity of the network content.
For ease of understanding, the embodiments of the present application are described with specific examples.
(1) The creator A issues the network content A on the Internet, firstly, relevant information of the network content A, such as a content title, a creator name, a content hash value, a content backup address and the like, is sent to a block chain node, and the content backup address is obtained after the creator A uploads the network content A to a third-party object storage platform;
(2) the block chain node verifies the identity of the first author and the data format of the related information of the network content A according to the certificate-depositing contract, determines the related information of the network content A as the certificate-depositing information A of the network content A after forming consensus, writes the certificate-depositing information A into the block chain, completes certificate-depositing, generates a certificate-depositing transaction number A and a certificate-depositing record address A, and returns the certificate-depositing transaction number A and the certificate-depositing record address A to the author A;
(3) the creator A attaches the deposit certificate recording address A to the network content A, issues the network content A attached with the deposit certificate recording address A on the Internet to obtain a content issuing network address A, and returns the content issuing network address A to the block chain node;
(4) updating the content issuing network address A into the evidence storing information A by the block chain node in an evidence storing and updating mode of the intelligent contract to generate an evidence storing transaction number A', wherein the evidence storing record address A is unchanged;
at this point, the evidence of the network content a on the blockchain is completed. The consumer of the network content A sees the network content on the Internet and is added with a certificate storing and recording address A, the certificate storing information of the creator A on the block chain can be checked on the block chain according to the certificate storing and recording address A, and the content backup can be checked, so that the authenticity of the network content A on the Internet is verified;
(5) when the author B creates the network content B, if the content already stored in the blockchain is referred to, such as the network content a, the author B needs to add a storage record of the network content a in the blockchain, such as a storage transaction number a' and/or a storage record address a, to the network content B, and then sends the relevant information of the network content B to which the storage record of the network content a is added to the blockchain node;
(6) the block link point performs evidence storage processing on the network content B to generate an evidence storage transaction number B' and an evidence storage record address B, and the specific process refers to the operations in the steps (2) to (4) and is not repeated;
(7) similarly, when the creator C creates the web content C, if the web content B is referred to, the evidence record of the referred content is continuously added in the manner of the creator B, and so on if more creators exist.
Therefore, the step-by-step reference relationship of 1 to N contents is finally formed and stored in the block chain, and a content consumer can sequentially inquire and verify the referenced contents on the block chain according to the evidence storage record address.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the block chain is used for storing the network content and the related information on the Internet step by step, the reliable association relation and the non-tampering property of the block chain are used for protecting the reference relation of the network content, and the step by step associated reference relation is reserved on the block chain. When the network content added with the verification record of the reference content is published on the internet, the reference relation of the content can be verified through a specific blockchain browser, the original provenance of the network content can be conveniently and quickly found, and the information source can be verified, so that the reliability of the network content can be judged, the reliability of a large amount of network content on the internet can be enhanced, and various rumor contents of the internet can be reduced.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the present application further provides a network content authentication device, which is applied to a block chain node, and the network content authentication device described below and the network content authentication method described above may be referred to in a corresponding manner.

and the license storage information updating module 240 is configured to update the license storage information corresponding to the first license storage record address based on the received content distribution network address returned by the first user.
By applying the device provided by the embodiment of the application, after obtaining the relevant information of the content to be issued sent by the first user, the block chain node determines the relevant information of the content to be issued as the certificate storing information of the content to be issued and writes the certificate storing information into the block chain, generates the first certificate storing and recording address, and returns the first certificate storing and recording address to the first user. The first user adds the first deposit certificate recording address to the content to be issued, issues the content to be issued with the first deposit certificate recording address on the internet, and returns the content issuing network address to the block link point.
