In this embodiment, a blockchain corresponding to the client of the job seeker and the client running the preset type application is established, the blockchain includes two nodes, one node corresponds to the client of the job seeker, the other node corresponds to the client running the preset type application, job seeking information, target recruitment information, evaluation information and the like are transmitted through each node on the blockchain, so that information transmission is traceable, and information reliability is improved.
In the above data processing method, the data processing method further includes: sending an enterprise information auditing request to an enterprise information monitoring node, wherein the enterprise information auditing request carries enterprise information; and receiving an audit response sent by the enterprise information monitoring node, wherein the audit response is used for indicating whether the enterprise information is valid or not so as to generate a company portrait under the condition that the enterprise information is valid.
The enterprise information monitoring node can be, but is not limited to, a node located in departments such as industry and commerce, tax and the like, so that the enterprise information is checked through supervision of industry and commerce, tax and the like, the accuracy of the enterprise information is ensured, and the legal interests of job seekers can be really ensured. But recruitment information issued by the company is not limited by the enterprise information monitoring node, so that information leakage is prevented. The enterprise information monitoring node can also correspond to one node in the block chain, and the information is transmitted through the node in the block chain, so that the purpose of traceability of information transmission is achieved.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a data processing apparatus, where the structure of the data processing apparatus is shown in fig. 4, and the data processing apparatus may include: an acquisition unit 10, a matching unit 20, and an output unit 30.
The acquiring unit 10 is configured to acquire job seeker's job seeker information through a preset type application, where the preset type application can acquire recruitment information issued by a company and enterprise information for characterizing the strength of the company under the condition of authorization of the company.
For example, the preset type of application may be, but is not limited to, a mobile banking application, where the mobile banking application corresponds to a bank, and the bank is used as a mechanism for capital circulation of each company, and can monitor each company, so that the bank can acquire enterprise information representing the strength of the company through own internal data or through interaction with other banks, and the enterprise information is convenient to acquire. If the recruitment module is integrated on the mobile banking application, responding to the instruction aiming at the recruitment model (such as generation when the recruitment module is clicked is monitored) so as to acquire the job seeker's job seeker information. The enterprise information for characterizing the company strength includes, but is not limited to, information such as registering funds, running funds, deposit, liability, payroll timeliness, employee wages, etc., and the detailed description of the above embodiments is omitted here.
And a matching unit 20 for determining target recruitment information matched with the job hunting information from the recruitment information acquired by the preset type application according to the job hunting information and the company portrait, wherein the company portrait is obtained according to the enterprise information for representing the company strength.
According to the company image obtained according to the enterprise information representing the company strength, in the process of combining job hunting information and company image matching target recruitment information, the company with low reliability and authenticity (such as reliability and authenticity are respectively smaller than corresponding threshold values and the threshold values are not limited) can be excluded, so that recruitment information issued by the company with low reliability and authenticity is automatically excluded in the recruitment information retrieval process, and the target recruitment information can be found out from recruitment information issued by the company with high reliability and authenticity, so that the authenticity and reliability of the target recruitment information are improved.
In this embodiment, one way to determine the target recruitment information is: the job hunting information and the company portrait are input into an information matching model, a target company matched with the job hunting information is determined through the information matching model, and target recruitment information matched with the job hunting information is determined from recruitment information issued by the target company.
The information matching model is obtained through training according to the successfully matched historical job hunting information, the historical job hunting information and the historical company portrait in the historical recruitment process, so that the corresponding relation between the historical job hunting information and the historical company portrait is obtained, enterprise information matched with the job hunting information in the successful matched recruitment process is determined, and therefore a target company corresponding to the current job hunting information can be screened based on the information matching model.
One way in which the corporate representation is derived from enterprise information that characterizes the strength of the company is to invoke a corporate representation intelligent model that is derived from training a pre-set neural network model based on the enterprise information that characterizes the strength of the company to construct a corporate representation corresponding to the enterprise information.
Training of the preset neural network model may be: according to the historical enterprise information and the historical company portraits, a test sample and a training sample are obtained, the training sample is used for training the preset neural network model, the trained preset neural network model is tested by the test sample, so that the prediction accuracy of the trained preset neural network model is verified, and the specific process is not described in detail. The preset neural network model may be generated by, but is not limited to, the following:
Obtaining a model framework of a preset neural network model, wherein the model framework comprises an input layer, a hidden layer and an output layer; determining the number of initial nodes of the hidden layer, the input layer and initial weights corresponding to parameters in the hidden layer; determining the number of weights to be optimized in a preset neural network model according to input parameters and output parameters of the preset neural network model, wherein the input parameters are enterprise information, and the output parameters are company portraits; testing a preset neural network model constructed by using the initial node number and the initial weight by using an evaluation function to obtain a test result; if the test result does not meet the preset requirement, the number of the initial nodes and the initial weight indicated by the number of the weights to be optimized are adjusted; if the test result meets the preset requirement, a preset neural network model for generating the intelligent model of the company portrait is obtained, and the description of the generating process of the preset neural network model is referred to the above embodiment, which is not repeated here.
In addition, in the process of issuing the recruitment information by using the preset type application, the recruitment information further comprises limiting recommendation conditions, the limiting recommendation conditions are used for indicating that the recruitment information is refused to be recommended to the job seeker with preset qualification, the preset qualification can be limiting on own conditions of the job seeker, such as limiting information of academic, age, working experience and the like, and if the limiting recommendation conditions are determined from the resume corresponding to the job seeker, the recruitment information with the limiting recommendation conditions is not recommended to the job seeker.
And an output unit 30 for outputting the target recruitment information. In the process of outputting the target recruitment information, basic information of the company to which the target recruitment information points, such as a company person, average salary, and the like, can also be output. The output basic information can be designated by company personnel, and the basic information designated by different companies can be the same or different, so that the basic information of the company is displayed simultaneously in the process of displaying the target recruitment information, and the employee can know the company pointed by the target recruitment information presumably.
According to the technical scheme, job seeker job seeking information is acquired through the preset type application, and the preset type application can acquire recruitment information issued by a company and enterprise information used for representing the strength of the company under the condition of company authorization; determining target recruitment information matched with the job hunting information from recruitment information acquired by a preset type application according to the job hunting information and the company portrait, wherein the company portrait is obtained according to the enterprise information for representing the company strength; and outputting target recruitment information, realizing recruitment information retrieval through a preset type application capable of acquiring enterprise information, combining a company portrait with job seeking information in the process of determining the target recruitment information, wherein the company portrait is obtained according to the enterprise information for representing the company strength, and the company strength for issuing the recruitment information is consulted in the process of determining the target recruitment information, so that the authenticity and reliability of the company for issuing the recruitment information are improved, and further the authenticity and reliability of the target recruitment information are improved.
Referring to fig. 5, an optional structure of another data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application may further include: a monitoring unit 40, a display unit 50, a creation unit 60 and a transmission unit 70.
The monitoring unit 40 is configured to obtain an operation of the job seeker on the delivery portal, so as to obtain a resume delivery instruction. The delivery portal may be, but is not limited to, a delivery control displayed in an interface of a preset type of application, the delivery portal binds resume delivery instructions, and resume delivery instructions are obtained when an operation triggering the delivery portal is monitored.
And a display unit 50 for displaying a resume creation interface by using the preset type application if it is determined that there is no resume of the job seeker in the preset type application when responding to the resume delivery instruction. The resume delivery instruction is used for sending the resume of the job seeker to the company pointed by the target recruitment information corresponding to the delivery entrance, so that if the resume of the job seeker is not available, a resume creation interface needs to be displayed by using a preset type application, the resume creation interface is not limited in the form of the resume creation interface, and the resume can be generated by modes of inputting and selecting some options provided in the resume creation interface by the job seeker.
A creation unit 60, configured to obtain data input by the job seeker in the resume creation interface, so as to obtain a resume of the job seeker; the embodiment is not limited to the form of the resume creation interface, and the resume may be generated by the manner of inputting and selecting some options provided in the resume creation interface by the job seeker. For example, personnel can input personal basic information, and for the proving material, the proving material is acquired and stored in a server in a mobile phone scanning mode, so that a company which issues recruitment information can conveniently verify the information of the personnel. In addition, job requirements of the job seeker, such as company properties, company operation range, job positions, job salary, job conditions and the like, can be input, and can be matched in the process of recommending target recruitment information.
A transmitting unit 70 for transmitting the resume of the job applicant to the company to which the target recruitment information corresponding to the delivery entrance is directed in the case that the creating unit 60 generates the resume of the job applicant, and for transmitting the resume of the job applicant to the company to which the target recruitment information corresponding to the delivery entrance is directed if it is determined that the resume of the job applicant is present in the preset type application in response to the resume delivery instruction.

Referring to fig. 6, an optional structure of a further data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application may further include: an information acquisition unit 80 and an adjustment unit 90.
The information acquisition unit 80 is configured to acquire evaluation information of a company to which the job seeker points with respect to the target recruitment information, and acquire target evaluation information from the evaluation information. The target evaluation information is evaluation information capable of correcting the company image, for example, similar evaluation information is obtained from the evaluation information to serve as the target evaluation information, and the similar evaluation information indicates that the impression of the job seeker on the company is uniform, so that the method has popularity.
An adjustment unit 90 for adjusting the company image of the company to which the target recruitment information is directed by using the target evaluation information. For example, the enterprise information and the target evaluation information can be input into the portrait correction model, and the portrait correction model is utilized to adjust the portrait of the company so as to ensure the reality and effectiveness of the portrait of the company, wherein the portrait correction model can be constructed by utilizing, but is not limited to, a model based on a decision tree, and the embodiment is not described.
The company image of the company pointed by the target recruitment information is adjusted through the target evaluation information, so that the company image is more real and effective, and the authenticity and the effectiveness of the target recruitment information can be provided in the recruitment information retrieval process.
The embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment, which comprises: a processor; a memory for storing computer program code; the processor runs the computer program code to implement the data processing method described above.
The embodiment of the application also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores program codes, and the program codes realize the data processing method when running.
It should be noted that, in the present specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, features described in each embodiment may be replaced or combined with each other, and each embodiment mainly describes differences from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are only required to be referred to each other. 1. A method of data processing, the method comprising:
acquiring job hunting information of a job seeker through a preset type application, wherein the preset type application can acquire recruitment information issued by a company and enterprise information used for representing the strength of the company under the condition of company authorization;
determining target recruitment information matched with the job hunting information from recruitment information acquired by a preset type application according to the job hunting information and a company portrait, wherein the company portrait is obtained according to enterprise information for representing the company strength, and the process for obtaining the company portrait according to the enterprise information for representing the company strength comprises the following steps: calling a company portrait intelligent model to construct a company portrait corresponding to the enterprise information based on the enterprise information for representing the company strength, wherein the company portrait intelligent model is obtained by training a preset neural network model through historical enterprise information and historical company portraits;
Outputting the target recruitment information;
the determining the target recruitment information matched with the job hunting information from the recruitment information acquired by the preset application according to the job hunting information and the company portrait comprises the following steps:
the job hunting information and the company portrait are input into an information matching model, a target company matched with the job hunting information is determined through the information matching model, target recruitment information matched with the job hunting information is determined from recruitment information issued by the target company, and the information matching model is obtained according to the history job hunting information, the history recruitment information and the history company portrait which are successfully matched in the history recruitment process.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring the operation of a job seeker on a delivery entrance to obtain a resume delivery instruction;
if the resume of the job seeker is not determined to be in the preset type application when the resume delivery instruction is responded, displaying a resume creation interface by using the preset type application;
acquiring data input by a job seeker in the resume creation interface to obtain a resume of the job seeker, and transmitting the resume of the job seeker to a company pointed by target recruitment information corresponding to the delivery entrance;
And if the resume of the job seeker is determined to exist in the preset type application in response to the resume delivery instruction, sending the resume of the job seeker to a company pointed by the target recruitment information corresponding to the delivery entrance.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the sending the resume of the job applicant to the company to which the target recruitment information corresponding to the delivery portal is directed comprises:
and under the condition that the resume of the job seeker to be sent in the preset type application meets resume sending conditions, sending the resume of the job seeker to a company pointed by the target recruitment information corresponding to the delivery entrance, wherein the resume sending conditions correspond to the company pointed by the target recruitment information corresponding to the delivery entrance.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the generating of the predetermined neural network model includes:
obtaining a model framework of a preset neural network model, wherein the model framework comprises an input layer, a hidden layer and an output layer;
determining the number of initial nodes of the hidden layer, the input layer and initial weights corresponding to parameters in the hidden layer;
determining the number of weights to be optimized in a preset neural network model according to input parameters and output parameters of the preset neural network model, wherein the input parameters are enterprise information, and the output parameters are company portraits;
Testing a preset neural network model constructed by the number of the initial nodes and the initial weights by using an evaluation function to obtain a test result;
if the test result does not meet the preset requirement, the initial node number and the initial weight indicated by the weight number to be optimized are adjusted;
and if the test result meets the preset requirement, obtaining a preset neural network model for generating the intelligent model of the company portrait.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring evaluation information of a company pointed by the job seeker aiming at the target recruitment information;
acquiring target evaluation information from the evaluation information;
and adjusting the company image of the company pointed by the target recruitment information by utilizing the target evaluation information.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
sending an enterprise information auditing request to an enterprise information monitoring node, wherein the enterprise information auditing request carries enterprise information;
and receiving an audit response sent by the enterprise information monitoring node, wherein the audit response is used for indicating whether the enterprise information is valid or not so as to generate a company portrait under the condition that the enterprise information is valid.
7. A data processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a judgment unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring job hunting information of a job seeker through a preset type application, and the preset type application can acquire recruitment information issued by a company and enterprise information used for representing the strength of the company under the condition of company authorization;
the matching unit is used for determining target recruitment information matched with the job seeking information from recruitment information acquired by a preset type application according to the job seeking information and a company portrait, the company portrait is obtained according to enterprise information for representing the strength of a company, and the process for obtaining the company portrait according to the enterprise information for representing the strength of the company comprises the following steps: calling a company portrait intelligent model to construct a company portrait corresponding to the enterprise information based on the enterprise information for representing the company strength, wherein the company portrait intelligent model is obtained by training a preset neural network model through historical enterprise information and historical company portraits;
the output unit is used for outputting the target recruitment information;
the matching unit determines target recruitment information matched with the job hunting information from recruitment information acquired by a preset type application according to the job hunting information and the company portrait, wherein the target recruitment information comprises:
