When the level of the water in the upper tank 14 is lower than a threshold value, the water in the lower tank 18 is pumped into the upper tank 14 through the return pipe 7. Meanwhile, in order to save energy, when the temperature of water in the upper water tank 14 is lower than a certain threshold and the temperature difference between the two water tanks is lower than a certain threshold, the controller controls the refrigerator 16 to be turned off, and an automatic circulation process is performed. Because the cold air and the hot air form a vertical convection relationship, the hot air around the upper water tank 14 is cooled and then falls to the lower water tank 18, so as to form a circulation, and achieve a good cooling effect.
