Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a control method for defrosting an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a control method for defrosting an air conditioner, including:
s101, acquiring an indoor environment temperature, an indoor set temperature and a water temperature in a water storage device when an air conditioner operates in a heating mode;
generally, the problem of frost formation of an indoor unit of an air conditioner mainly occurs in cold weather in winter, and at the moment, a user generally sets the air conditioner to operate in a heating mode so as to heat and raise the temperature of an indoor environment by using the air conditioner; therefore, the control method for defrosting an air conditioner of the embodiment of the present disclosure is a related control flow executed in the case of the air conditioner operating in the heating mode.
Optionally, a temperature sensor is arranged at a coil pipe position of an indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the temperature sensor can be used for detecting the real-time temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit; step S101, acquiring the real-time temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit detected by the temperature sensor, and taking the real-time temperature as the temperature of the indoor coil pipe;
optionally, the water storage device further comprises a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor can be used for detecting the real-time temperature of the water stored in the water storage device; step S101, acquiring the real-time temperature of the water detected by the temperature sensor and using the real-time temperature as the water temperature of the water storage device;
here, the indoor set temperature is a temperature value input by a user through a remote controller, a control panel of an indoor unit, an application installed on a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, and the like; when the air conditioner operates in a heating mode, the indoor set temperature is the heating temperature set by a user;
or, under the condition that the user does not set the temperature, the indoor set temperature is the default heating temperature when the air conditioner is started in the heating mode;
and S102, controlling the flow opening of the control valve according to the indoor environment temperature, the indoor set temperature and the water temperature in the water storage device so as to enable the water temperature in the water storage device to meet the defrosting water temperature condition.
Optionally, the execution process of step S102 includes: calculating a first temperature difference value between the indoor set temperature and the indoor environment temperature; calculating a second temperature difference value between the maximum indoor temperature and the indoor environment temperature, wherein the maximum indoor temperature is the maximum indoor environment temperature obtained after the air conditioner is started up at this time; and controlling the flow opening of the control valve according to the first temperature difference value, the second temperature difference value and the water temperature in the water storage device.
Here, the first temperature difference value may reflect a magnitude of a temperature difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the indoor set temperature under the influence of the outdoor ambient temperature, and the second temperature difference value may reflect a decrease fluctuation condition of the indoor ambient temperature under the influence of the outdoor ambient temperature; the larger the value of the first temperature difference and the second temperature difference is, the larger the influence of the outdoor environment on the indoor environment temperature is, the worse the outdoor environment condition is, the more easily the outdoor unit of the air conditioner has a frosting problem under the condition, the higher the possibility that the air conditioner triggers the defrosting mode is, and therefore, the water temperature in the water storage device needs to be controlled by controlling the flow opening of the control valve to meet the requirement of the defrosting water temperature.
Optionally, the defrosting water temperature condition in step S102 includes: the water temperature in the water storage device is larger than or equal to a set water temperature threshold value.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the defrosting mode comprises that the spraying device is started to spray and defrost the outdoor heat exchanger.
Here, the water temperature threshold is set to be a preset water temperature threshold for indicating that a good defrosting effect can be achieved. Therefore, when the spraying device sprays water with the water temperature which is greater than or equal to the set water temperature threshold value onto the outdoor heat exchanger, the water temperature is higher at the moment, so that the heat carried by the sprayed water can melt frost condensed on the outdoor heat exchanger, and a higher defrosting and deicing effect is achieved.
Optionally, the value of the set water temperature threshold is a temperature value greater than or equal to 5 ℃, such as 5 ℃, 8 ℃, and the like.
According to the control method for defrosting of the air conditioner, the heating device is controlled according to the indoor environment temperature, the indoor set temperature and the water temperature of the water storage device, so that the water temperature in the water storage device can meet the preset defrosting water temperature condition, the spraying water of the air conditioner in the process of executing the defrosting mode can always meet the water temperature requirement for achieving a better defrosting effect, and the problem that the defrosting effect is influenced due to the fact that the water temperature is uncontrollable due to the influence of the outdoor environment in the related technology is effectively solved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method for defrosting an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a control method for defrosting an air conditioner, which includes the steps of:
s201, when an air conditioner operates in a heating mode, acquiring indoor environment temperature, indoor set temperature and water temperature in a water storage device;
in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the specific implementation manner of step S201 is referred to the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again.
S202, calling the maximum indoor temperature value in the historical data;
in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the air conditioner stores one or more indoor environments detected by the temperature sensor as history data, so that the history data may be called in step S202, and the maximum value of the indoor environment temperature is determined as the maximum value of the indoor temperature by comparing the values;
s203, calculating a first temperature difference value between the indoor set temperature and the indoor environment temperature, and calculating a second temperature difference value between the maximum indoor temperature and the indoor environment temperature;
s204, judging whether the water temperature in the water storage device meets a first water temperature condition, if so, executing a step S207, and if not, executing a step S205;
optionally, the first water temperature condition comprises: the water temperature in the water storage device is larger than or equal to a first set water temperature.
Optionally, the value range of the first set water temperature is 13-17 ℃;
s205, judging whether the first temperature difference meets a first difference condition and whether the second temperature difference meets a second difference condition, if so, executing a step S206, and if not, ending the process;
optionally, the first difference condition includes: the first temperature difference value is greater than a first temperature difference threshold value; here, the first temperature difference threshold value ranges from 5 ℃ to 6 ℃;
optionally, the second difference condition includes: the second temperature difference value is greater than a second temperature difference threshold value; here, the second temperature difference threshold value ranges from 4 ℃ to 5 ℃;
s206, controlling the second control valve to be opened at a first flow opening degree smaller than or equal to the maximum opening degree; the flow is finished;
s207, controlling to close the second control valve; the flow ends.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the two temperature difference values respectively satisfy the corresponding temperature difference conditions, the temperature of the indoor coil pipe satisfies the preset temperature condition, and the water temperature in the water storage device does not satisfy the first water temperature condition, because the outdoor environment condition has a large influence on the indoor environment temperature, the air conditioner may trigger the execution of the defrosting mode, and therefore the second control valve is controlled to be opened to heat the water in the water storage device, so that the water temperature requirement required by the defrosting mode can be satisfied; and under the condition that the water temperature in the water storage device meets the first water temperature condition, the second control valve is closed at the moment, so that all refrigerants flow along the exhaust pipeline on the premise that the water temperature in the water storage device meets the defrosting water temperature requirement, and the heating performance of the air conditioner in cold weather in winter is ensured.
In an alternative embodiment, the second control valve is controlled to be closed when the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode.
Here, when the air conditioner operates in the defrosting mode, since the defrosting target is the outdoor heat exchanger, the influence of temperature disturbance on normal heating operation of the air conditioner may be caused, and therefore, when the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode, the embodiment of the present disclosure controls to close the second control valve, so that all high-temperature refrigerants discharged by the compressor flow through the exhaust pipe and flow to the indoor heat exchanger along with the refrigerant flow defined by the cooling mode, compared with a case where a part of the refrigerants flow when the second control valve is opened, the refrigerant flow rate delivered to the indoor heat exchanger after the second control valve is closed is increased, and the heating efficiency is increased, so that the adverse influence of temperature disturbance on an indoor environment caused by the defrosting mode can be effectively reduced.
In an optional embodiment, the control method for defrosting an air conditioner of the present application further includes: and when the water quantity in the water storage device does not meet the preset water quantity condition, controlling to supplement water to the water storage device.
In the implementation of the disclosure, a water level detector is further arranged in the water storage device, the water level detector can detect the water level data of the water stored in the water storage cavity, and thus the air conditioner can calculate the real-time water amount in the water storage cavity according to the height change of the stored water level data.
Here, in the case where the water amount in the water storage device does not satisfy the water amount condition, when the air conditioner starts the defrosting mode next time, the process of spraying and defrosting may occur due to the insufficient water amount, and thus the water amount in the water storage device of the air conditioner needs to satisfy the water amount condition.
Optionally, the water amount conditions include: the water quantity in the water storage device is larger than or equal to the set water quantity threshold value.
Here, the set water amount threshold may be a fixed value such as 1/2, 1/3, etc. of the total water amount.
Alternatively, the set water volume threshold may be dynamically set according to an estimated degree of frosting of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
In an optional embodiment, the estimation of the frosting degree of the outdoor unit can be implemented according to the current outdoor environment temperature, for example, when the outdoor environment temperature is lower, the outdoor environment is worse, the estimated frosting degree of the air conditioner is higher, and at this time, the spraying device needs more water to achieve a better defrosting effect, so that the set water threshold value can be set to a higher value, such as 1/2,2/3 and the like of the total water amount; when the outdoor environment temperature is high, the outdoor environment is good, the estimated frosting degree of the air conditioner is low, and at the moment, the water quantity required by the spraying device for realizing a good defrosting effect is small, so that the set water quantity threshold value can be set to be a low value, such as 1/4,1/3 and the like of the total water quantity.
Here, since the source of the water supplement is a domestic water source, the temperature thereof is generally low; if water is supplemented in the process of the air conditioner running in the defrosting mode, the water temperature of the water mixed in the water storage cavity is suddenly reduced, so that the air conditioner is easily interrupted and the defrosting mode is easily exited; therefore, the water replenishing operation of the water storage device in the embodiment of the disclosure is performed on the premise that the air conditioner does not enter the defrosting mode, so as to ensure the normal operation of the defrosting mode of the air conditioner.
