Further, in the present embodiment, the thickness (width in the axial direction) of the upper hinge plate 112 and the lower hinge plate 122 after joining is the same as that of the upper and lower support arms 113 and 123. In the vertical direction, the bracket assembly 100 forms substantially flush inner and outer sides, resulting in a reduced volume and better space utilization. Further, the outer side of the upper arm 113 is provided with a curved upper elbow portion 117, the inner side of the lower arm 123 is provided with a curved lower elbow portion 127, the upper elbow portion 117 abuts against the upper portion of the lower hinge plate 122, and the lower elbow portion 127 abuts against the lower portion of the upper hinge plate 112. Support is provided for relative rotation of the upper and lower brackets 110, 120 by the upper and lower elbows 117, 127.
A protruding shaft 324 for rotationally connecting with the lamp body assembly 200 is arranged at one end of the linkage plate 323 away from the lower bracket 120. The protruding shafts 324 of the rotating bodies 320 at both sides are inserted into the interfaces 240 at both sides of the lamp body assembly 200, respectively, and are clamped between the upper pad 242 and the lower pad 243.
Further, in order to ensure the connection stability of the lamp body assembly 200, the outer wall of the protruding shaft 324 is provided with an outward extending flange 325, and the housing portion at the interface 240 is provided with a groove 245 matched with the flange 325. Both sides of the flange 325 in the axial direction abut against the resilient pad 241 and the inner wall of the housing portion, respectively, and the protruding shaft 324 is restricted from coming out of the hub 240.
Further, the flange 325 surrounds the outer peripheral wall of the protruding shaft 324, and the groove 245 is formed by the engagement of two semi-arc grooves of the upper shell 210 and the lower shell 220, respectively, to further ensure the stability of the connection.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, in one embodiment, the holding end of the upper bracket 110 is provided with a rotatable upper rotating member 130, the holding end of the lower bracket 120 is provided with a rotatable lower rotating member 140, and the upper rotating member 130 and the lower rotating member 140 are oppositely arranged and form holding end surfaces on oppositely arranged surfaces. The upper and lower clamping end faces are used for clamping the external equipment. The rotatable arrangement of upper rotating member 130 and lower rotating member 140 makes can make this product can be the centre gripping to having the object of different inclinations, is applicable to multiple environmental condition, and the range of application is wider.
Further, in one embodiment, the upper bracket 110 and the lower bracket 120 are both provided with a rotation limiting portion 150, the upper rotating member 130 and the lower rotating member 140 are mirror-symmetrical and both have a contact surface contacting the corresponding rotation limiting portion 150 during rotation, and the rotation limiting portion 150 is rotatably engaged with the contact surface, so that the corresponding upper rotating member 130 or the corresponding lower rotating member 140 is limited to rotate inward.
Specifically, the above-described bracket 110 and the upper rotating member 130 are explained as an example. The upper rotating member 130 is substantially L-shaped, and a side surface thereof adjacent to the upper bracket 110 forms a contact surface, which includes a vertical section 131 and a curved section 132 connected to a lower end of the vertical section 131. A convex connecting block 133 is arranged on the contact surface, a rotating rod 134 penetrates through the connecting block 133, and two ends of the rotating rod 134 penetrate through the connecting block 133. The outer side surface of the rotation limiting part 150 of the upper bracket 110 close to the upper rotating member 130 is matched with the contour of the contact surface. And is provided with a slot 151, the connecting block 133 is embedded in the slot 151, and both ends of the rotating rod 134 penetrate through the slot walls of both sides of the slot 151, so that the connecting block 133 is rotatably fixed in the slot 151. The design of the contact surface lower curved section 132 enables the upper rotating member 130 to rotate downward and inward; the design of the contact surface upper vertical section 131 is such that the upper rotating member 130 cannot be flipped up.
Suitably, the contact surface of the lower rotating member 140 includes a curved section 132 disposed at an upper portion and a vertical section 131 disposed below the curved section 132, so that the lower rotating member 140 can be turned upward and inward, but cannot be turned downward.
In one embodiment, soft backing plates 160 are disposed on the clamping end surfaces of the upper bracket 110 and the lower bracket 120, which are disposed opposite to each other, and the surface of the backing plate 160 is provided with insections 161. The backing plate 160 provides protection between the clamping end face and the clamped article.
Further, the outer side surfaces of the upper rotating member 130 and the lower rotating member 140 are provided with magnetic attracting members 170. The magnetic attraction piece 170 is used for fixing the working lamp on magnetic objects such as iron, nickel, iron alloy, nickel alloy and the like in an adsorption manner, and further expands the application environment of the working lamp.
Further, the upper rotating member 130 and the side surfaces far away from the upper bracket 110 are respectively provided with a notch 180, and the notches 180 facilitate the turning of the upper bracket 110 or the lower bracket 120 towards two sides.

Claims (6)

1. A work light with a clamping function, comprising:
the bracket assembly comprises an upper bracket and a lower bracket, wherein one end of the upper bracket is pivotally hinged to one end of the lower bracket to form a hinged end, the other end of the upper bracket is provided with an upper clamping part, the other end of the lower bracket is provided with a lower clamping part opposite to the upper clamping part to form a clamping end, and a containing part is formed between the hinged end and the clamping end; the lamp body assembly is arranged in the accommodating part, is hinged to the hinged end of the bracket assembly and can rotate out of the accommodating part around the hinged end;
the bracket component is constructed into a U-shaped frame, two ends of the opening side of the U-shaped frame are oppositely arranged, a rotating shaft piece is arranged at each end, and the upper bracket and the lower bracket are hinged through the rotating shaft pieces;
the pivot spare includes: the shaft lever is fixed with the lower bracket and is provided with a penetrating part penetrating out of the lower bracket; the rotating body is rotatably sleeved outside the penetrating part and is provided with a linkage plate extending along the radial direction, one end of the linkage plate, far away from the lower support, is provided with a convex shaft which is used for being rotatably connected with the lamp body assembly, the side wall of the upper support, facing the lamp body assembly, is provided with a linkage groove matched with the linkage plate, and the linkage plate and the linkage groove are matched for rotation; the resetting piece is arranged between the rotating body and the lower bracket and is used for providing mutually close acting force for the upper bracket and the lower bracket;
the clamping end of the upper bracket is provided with a rotatable upper rotating part, the clamping end of the lower bracket is provided with a rotatable lower rotating part, the upper rotating part and the lower rotating part form clamping end surfaces on oppositely arranged surfaces, the upper bracket and the lower bracket are both provided with rotation limiting parts, the upper rotating part and the lower rotating part are in mirror symmetry and are both provided with contact surfaces which are in contact with the corresponding rotation limiting parts in the rotating process; the contact surface comprises a vertical section and a curved surface section connected to the lower end of the vertical section, a convex connecting block is arranged on the contact surface, a rotating rod penetrates through the connecting block, two ends of the rotating rod penetrate through the connecting block, a rotation limiting part of the upper support is close to the outer side surface of the upper rotating part and is matched with the outline of the contact surface, a groove is formed in the upper support, the connecting block is embedded in the groove, two ends of the rotating rod penetrate through groove walls on two sides of the groove, so that the connecting block can be rotatably fixed in the groove, and the upper rotating part can rotate downwards and inwards due to the design of the curved surface section on the lower part of the contact surface; the design of the vertical section in contact surface upper portion makes the unable upset that makes progress of last revolving part, suitably, the contact surface of lower revolving part is including setting up the curved surface section on upper portion and setting up the vertical section in curved surface section below for lower revolving part can upwards inwards rotate, and unable upset downwards, promptly, rotate spacing portion with the contact surface normal running fit, so that the last revolving part that corresponds or lower revolving part is restricted to inwards rotating.

The worklight with the clamping function as recited in claim 1, wherein the reset member is a torsion spring, one end of the reset member is accommodated in a first accommodating cavity formed in the rotating body, the other end of the reset member is accommodated in a second accommodating cavity formed in the lower bracket, and two torsion arms at two ends of the torsion spring respectively abut against the cavity walls of the corresponding accommodating cavities.

The worklight with a clamping function as claimed in claim 2, wherein a first positioning portion is provided on a side of the upper bracket close to the lower bracket, a second positioning portion is provided at a position of the lower bracket corresponding to the first positioning portion, one of the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion is a convex guide ring, the other is a concave guide groove, and the guide ring is engaged in the guide groove and can rotate in the guide groove.
4. The worklight with clamping function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer wall of the guide ring is provided with a stopper, the guide groove is provided with an arc-shaped concave section, and the rotation path of the stopper is limited in the arc-shaped concave section.
5. The work lamp with the clamping function as claimed in claim 1, wherein soft backing plates are arranged on the clamping end faces of the upper support and the lower support which are arranged oppositely, and insections are arranged on the surfaces of the backing plates.
6. The worklight with the clamping function as recited in claim 1, wherein the light body assembly comprises an upper shell and a lower shell which are butted with each other, an interface for rotatably connecting with the support assembly is arranged at the butt joint of the two sides, and an elastic cushion block is arranged at the interface.
