Preferably, the axes of the water inlet 101 and the water outlet 102 are the same, as shown in fig. 1 to 5.
The axis of water inlet 101 is the same with delivery port 102 to can improve the fluid and flow in from water inlet 101, and from the smoothness nature that delivery port 102 flows out, and overall structure is comparatively regular, helps simplifying manufacturing procedure, does benefit to the production and processing.

The water heater provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes any one of the valve bodies in the embodiments of the first aspect, so that all the advantages of any one of the embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.
The specific structure of the valve body and the working principle thereof provided by the present application are described in detail below with reference to a specific embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the valve body provided by the present application is composed of the following components: support (filtering piece promptly), filter material, rivers passageway, magnet, internal thread interface, stainless steel filter screen, pressure release functional unit, coupling assembling (being the connector).
The structure of the bracket (i.e. the filter element) is shown in fig. 2, and the material of the bracket (i.e. the filter element) can be metal or plastic. When the plastic material is selected, color master batch, powder and the like with the functions of sterilization and bacteriostasis, represented by silver ions, can be introduced into the raw materials, and the plastic bracket (i.e. the filtering piece) with the antibacterial function is obtained by adopting mould forming. The addition amount of the antibacterial material is not specially limited, and the premise is that the material processing or the service performance of a finished product sample piece is not influenced. The antibacterial and bactericidal function is an optional function and is within the protection scope of the application.
The front end of the bracket (i.e. the filter element) is provided with a water flow channel for allowing water flow to pass through, and the shape, the hole structure and the like of the water flow channel are not limited, so that the water flow can meet the design requirement. Meanwhile, the position of the water flow channel is not particularly limited, so that the water flow can normally pass through the water flow channel.
The bracket (i.e. the filter element) is internally provided with a cavity (i.e. a filter cavity) which is used for filling a filter material, the filter material can be a single filter material with a scale inhibition function, or can be formed by compounding the scale inhibition filter material, one or more materials with a residual chlorine removal function, PP (i.e. melt-blown filter element), PAC (PAC) and other filter elements with a purification function, or can be a composite material combining one or more active ingredients such as fragrance, essential oil, water supplement and the like, and the compounding mode, the functional type and the like of the composite material are not specifically limited. Before the filling, a magnet (i.e., a second magnet) is placed at the innermost end of the holder (i.e., the filter member), and the material and structure of the magnet are not particularly limited. For preventing the filter material from dropping after loading, adopt magnet (being first magnet) to carry out the shutoff, the structure and the material etc. of magnet do not specifically limit, can realize the shutoff function and keep self assembly after the rigidity can. The two magnets (namely the first magnet and the second magnet) form a magnetic field, and can carry out magnetization treatment on the water flowing through the water flow channel. In order to realize the magnetization treatment effect, a magnetic ring (i.e., a magnetic device) can be optionally placed in the water flow path at the positions shown in fig. 3 and 4 to realize the scale inhibition effect. In addition, still can place the position between pressure release subassembly and cavity (being the filter chamber) with the magnetic ring (being the magnetism device), specific structure does not do the restriction, realizes that the magnetization function all is in this application protection range.
The bracket (i.e. the filter element) is connected with the pressure relief functional component through a connecting component, the connecting mode shown in the figure is internal and external thread connection, and the sealing gasket is sealed. Besides, the device can be in clamping connection, quick connection and the like so as to facilitate the taking out and the replacement of the bracket (i.e. the filter element). According to the structure shown in figure 1, the water flow direction of the device is from bottom to top when the device is used. The stainless steel filter screen is sleeved on the outer side of the water flow channel of the bracket (i.e. the filter element) to remove large particles in water and further purify the water quality, and the stainless steel filter screen can also be replaced by other materials with the filtering function, such as non-woven fabrics and the like. The stainless steel filter screen has an optional filtering function, and can be used or not used.
Pressure release function block contains pressure relief device and the cavity (being the filter chamber) of being connected with support (being filter piece), because of it undertakes the function of being connected with other spare parts, consequently sets up internal thread and external screw thread structure respectively in its top and bottom, and for being connected, other connected mode and structure are also in the protection scope of this application. Generally, the structure needs to bear pressure, and in order to prevent water flow from going backwards, the pressure relief device has the function of a one-way valve. The pressure relief device is an optional structure, and the position of the pressure relief device is not particularly limited.
As shown in fig. 1: the bracket (i.e. the filtering piece) added with the antibacterial material is characterized in that a magnet is firstly filled in a cavity (i.e. a filtering cavity), then the scale-inhibiting filtering material is filled in the cavity, then the magnet is used for plugging, and a stainless steel filtering net is sleeved on the outer part of the cavity to complete the partial assembly of the bracket (i.e. the filtering piece). After the assembly is completed, the support (i.e. the filter element) is partially connected with the pressure relief function module through threads, and the sealing ring is sealed, so that the assembly of the whole device is completed. When water flows, the water is firstly roughly filtered by the stainless steel filter screen and then enters the cavity (namely the filter cavity) of the bracket (namely the filter element) from the bottom of the water flow channel shown in the figure. The water entering the cavity (i.e. the filter cavity) is processed by the following processes: 1. the water flow contacts the scale inhibition filter material, and scale inhibition components are continuously dissolved in the water; 2. the water flow contacts with the cavity (filter cavity) of the bracket (filter element) to continuously kill bacteria contacting the cavity; 3. two magnets form a strong magnetic field to magnetize water flow. And then, water flows out from the top of the water flow channel shown in the figure, passes through the pressure relief functional module and enters the water heater.
In the process of using the filter material, if no diversion structure or special water flow path design exists, the filter material at the end of the water flow path is consumed preferentially, and the filter material at the inner end of the cavity (filter cavity) of the bracket (filter piece) is slowly soaked and consumed. The addition of two magnets will solve this problem. The two magnets have mutual attraction, when the filter material at the end of the water flow channel is consumed to form a gap, the magnet for plugging is fixed, and the magnet (4-2) at the inner end moves to the magnet (4-1) due to the mutual action force to reach the position shown in figure 4. The filter material is pushed to move in the moving process, and automatic sample introduction of the filter material is realized. When the filter media is completely consumed, the two magnets contact and attract together as shown in FIG. 5. When the automatic sample feeding function is not needed, the direction of the magnet at the inner end or the water flow channel end can be replaced to realize the automatic sample feeding function.
The device realizes the integration of four functions of rough filtration, scale inhibition, magnetization and sterilization, and meanwhile, a pressure relief function module in the device has the function equivalent to that of a safety valve of a water heater. Therefore, the invention integrates five functions, saves more space, is only one part during actual assembly and is convenient to install. Because the pressure relief functional component (namely the pressure relief component) has the function of a one-way valve, the water inlet angle valve, namely the detachable plastic bracket (namely the filter element) can be directly closed. When the scale inhibiting filter material reaches the service life, the magnet is taken out, and the filter material is refilled after being separated, so that the replacement can be realized; when the silver ion sterilization reaches the service life, the plastic bracket (i.e. the filter element) is replaced.
In summary, in the valve body provided by the present invention, the valve body main body is provided with the water inlet and the water outlet for the fluid to flow in and out, the connector is disposed at one side close to the water inlet, the filter element is connected to the valve body main body through the connector, the filter element is hollow and is provided with the filter material for dissolving the scale-inhibiting component in the fluid, at least part of the filter element is communicated with the water inlet (i.e., the filter element can be partially communicated with the water inlet or completely communicated with the water inlet), so that the fluid can flow in from the water inlet and flow through the filter element, the fluid flowing through the filter element contacts with the filter material, so that the scale-inhibiting component is dissolved in the filter element, thereby achieving the scale-inhibiting effect, and the connector is disposed at one side close to the water inlet, so that the scale-inhibiting component preferentially contacts with the filter material at a position close to the water inlet, which is beneficial to prolong the contact time of the scale-inhibiting component with the filter material, so that the scale-inhibiting component is sufficiently dissolved in the filter element, thereby effectively improving the scale-inhibiting effect of the product.

Claims (8)

1. A valve body, comprising:
the water inlet and the water outlet are arranged on the valve body main body;
the connecting port is arranged on one side, close to the water inlet, of the valve body main body;
the filtering piece is connected with the valve body main body through the connecting port, the filtering piece is hollow and is provided with a filtering material,
wherein at least a portion of the filter element is in communication with the water inlet through which fluid flows into the filter element and out through the water outlet; the filter member includes: the filtering main body is internally provided with a filtering cavity communicated with the water inlet;
first magnetism is inhaled the device, locates filter the intracavity, first magnetism is inhaled the device and is specifically included:
the first magnet is fixedly arranged on one side of the filter cavity;
a second magnet movably arranged at the other side of the filter cavity,
wherein the filter material is filled between the first magnet and the second magnet;
the filter body specifically includes:
the filter part is communicated with the filter cavity and the water inlet, fluid flows into the filter cavity from the filter part, and the fluid flows out of the filter cavity from the filter part;
the filtering part specifically includes:
the flow guide grid is arranged at one end, close to the water inlet, of the filtering main body, and is not parallel to the axis of the water inlet on the axial section of the water inlet;
the flow guide grids can be a plurality of water flow channels which are arranged along the circumferential direction and are communicated with the filtering cavity and the water inlet, or a plurality of through grooves which are arranged along the radial direction and are communicated with the filtering cavity and the water inlet;
the valve body main part specifically includes:

3. The valve body of claim 1, wherein the first magnet and the second magnet are disposed on opposite sides of the water inlet, and the first magnet is spaced from the axis of the water inlet by a distance less than the second magnet.
4. The valve body of claim 2, further comprising:
the second magnetic attraction device is arranged in the filter cavity and/or the water inlet, and a magnetic attraction channel is arranged in the second magnetic attraction device so as to magnetize fluid flowing through the magnetic attraction channel.
5. Valve body according to claim 2, characterized in that said filtering body comprises in particular:
the connecting part is connected with the filtering part and is provided with a connecting structure connected with the connecting port;
the portion of gripping, with connecting portion link to each other, just the portion of gripping with the part that connecting portion link to each other outwards the protrusion has the backstop muscle, with through the backstop muscle restriction filter stretches into the distance of connector.
6. The valve body of claim 5, further comprising:
the filter screen is sleeved outside the filter part;
