The three-channel drill bit can provide three relatively independent channels for transmitting different media, is suitable for the oil-gas drilling industry and is applied to the multi-medium multi-channel combined rock breaking and drilling technology.

Background
With the rapid development of national economy in China, the demand of oil and gas resources in China is continuously increased, oil and gas exploration and development are continuously developed towards deep strata, geological conditions are complex, the strata are buried deeply, lithology is compact, hardness is high, and grinding performance is strong, so that the mechanical drilling speed is low, the drill bit is seriously abraded, the service life of the drill bit is shortened, the drilling period is long, and the cost is high. In order to improve the rock breaking efficiency, reduce the drilling time and reduce the drilling cost, high-efficiency rock breaking front-edge drilling technologies such as a high-pressure water jet rock breaking technology, a rotary impact drilling rock breaking technology, a particle impact rock breaking technology, a laser drilling rock breaking technology, an electron beam rock breaking technology and the like are adopted by people, the new technologies require that a drill bit needs to realize medium separation through 2 or more media, and the traditional drill bit cannot meet the requirement. Therefore, a three-channel drill bit is designed, the drill bit can provide three relatively independent channels, and multi-medium multi-channel combined rock breaking and drilling are achieved. The three-channel drill bit is applied to the efficient rock breaking front-edge drilling technology, medium separation and transmission are realized, and a brand new method is provided for improving the drilling and rock breaking efficiency, shortening the drilling period and improving the drilling benefit.

The invention aims to solve the problem that a multi-medium multi-channel combined rock breaking and drilling technology needs to be realized by a drill bit in the oil-gas drilling and production process, and provides a three-channel drill bit which can form three mutually independent channels and transmit different media.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the invention discloses a three-channel drill bit which mainly comprises a drill bit body, a channel A, a channel B, a channel C, blades, cutting teeth and a circular truncated cone, wherein the blades are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the drill bit body, the cutting teeth are arranged on the blades and the circular truncated cone, the circular truncated cone is arranged in the center of a tooth part of the drill bit body, the channel A, the channel B and the channel C are arranged in the drill bit body and are mutually separated, the channel A is provided with 1 rectangular inlet and 2 rectangular outlets, the channel B is provided with 1 circular inlet and 2 circular outlets, the channel C is provided with 1 circular inlet and 2 circular outlets, the rectangular outlets or the circular outlets are arranged between every two blades, and the rectangular outlets and the blades are arranged in three different forms.
The further technical scheme is that the channel A is arranged at the center of the drill bit body, 1 rectangular inlet is divided into 2 rectangular outlets by a circular truncated cone at the center of the tooth part, and the 2 rectangular outlets are linearly arranged.
The further technical scheme is that the channel B and the channel C are mutually separated, inlets of the channel B and the channel C are segmental inlets, outlets of the channel B and the channel C are circular outlets, 1 segmental inlet is divided into 2 circular outlets, and the 2 segmental inlets are symmetrically arranged relative to the rectangular inlet.
The further technical scheme is that the circle center of the segmental inlet coincides with the center of the rectangular inlet, and the radius of the circular arc of the segmental inlet is exactly half of the long edge of the rectangular inlet.
The further technical scheme is that the rectangular outlets and the blades have three different forms of arrangement, wherein one form is that 2 rectangular outlets are arranged in front of the main blade, the other form is that 2 rectangular outlets are arranged in front of the auxiliary blade, the other form is that 1 rectangular outlet is arranged in front of the main blade and 1 rectangular outlet is arranged in front of the auxiliary blade.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the three-channel drill bit provided by the invention is provided with three relatively independent channels, can transmit three different media simultaneously, and can realize multi-medium multi-channel combined rock breaking.

The channel A, the channel B and the channel C are arranged inside the drill bit body and are mutually separated, the channel A is provided with 1 rectangular inlet and 2 rectangular outlets, the channel A is arranged in the center of the drill bit body, the 1 rectangular inlet is divided into 2 rectangular outlets by a circular truncated cone at the center of the tooth part, and the 2 rectangular outlets are arranged in a straight line.
