Abstract
本发明是汛期江河浮水垃圾的捕捞船或捕鱼船,主要目的是解决洪灾浮水垃圾的打捞及捕捉冲走塘鱼两个问题,以及解决驱动用电的问题,主要通过拦河浮船和打捞垃圾鱼群的输送弯钩网将垃圾或鱼打捞上船,然后通过在江中安装浮轮发电机组发电供给浮船打捞垃圾鱼群的设备用电,非常适合国家投资建设使用。

技术领域:本发明提供的是汛期江河浮水垃圾的捕捞船或捕鱼船,属特种船泊领域。
背景技术:每年汛期都会下大雨发洪水,许多垃圾杂物,凡是浮水的都会被冲到江河流道之中,遇到有桥柱的桥其柱杆经常会拦阻垃圾挂于柱上,从而造成阻碍行洪而涌涨洪水成灾。有的挂在岸边的植物上或浮进被淹的田地里压坏农作物,洪灾发生时冲走鱼塘养鱼,把民宅家具冲走,因而浮水垃圾百害而无一利。怎么办?本发明便是专为此问题而创新设计的技术装置。
发明内容:若想在汛期洪灾期间把数量很多的浮水垃圾打捞上岸或上船,并且又人船安全,可采用拦河浮船,输送网弯钩链带,打捞上船,并结合捕鱼和发电用电。也可采用拦江浮筒伸缩板弯钩输送带打捞上岸,并结合发电供电捕捞鱼群卖钱!何谓是:拦河浮船、输送网、弯钩链带打捞上船?并结合捕鱼发电用电?答案是:拦河浮船是两岸有桩柱,用钢丝绳拉扣住河中的浮船。输送网弯钩链带是安装在拦河浮船迎水面上的输送网弯钩链带,该输送网系捕鱼和拦阻打捞细小的浮水垃圾的用途,弯钩链带系用于打捞钩起大型成堆漂浮来的垃圾物件!分别由捕鱼网,两边是齿轮链条。链条面上安输送带,带面安装弯钩组成弯钩链带网,然后将弯钩链带网套装于输送架上,最后将整个输送网弯钩链带安装在拦河浮船迎水面的侧边深入水中1-2米固定。该装置的工作原理是:由于该网钩输送装置系拦在河道面上并深入水中可把浮来的鱼和垃圾物件全部拦住输送到船上,然后由人工打捞捕捉上岸或另设一套从船至岸上的输送网带来接输送到岸上。由于输送需要动力或电力,可采用柴汽油机带动或用电动机来驱动,然而最合算的是采用流水的动力来直接驱动浮轮转动又带动该系统运转最为划算,或用来带动发电机发电供电更加理想。所述的浮轮驱动系统和发电供电装置都系传统常用的装置,浮轮由带轴带轮浮筒周边安三叶至六叶的向水弯起45度的叶片组成。然后在浮轮两端轴头安装整套轴承座,轴承座安装在浮船背水侧边船头和船尾两端预装伸出的固定架上,浮轮浮于水面或吊于空中叶片深入水中1-6米。其中浮轮的转轴轮用传动带或链条与浮船另一侧的输送装置的轴轮套装调合使用。或用传统带链与装在船头的发电机组的轴轮套接,用于发电供电给输送装置中的电动机使用。此外,拦江浮筒,伸缩板,弯钩输送网带的结构由在江河两岸较宽河道的地点、位置较高交通方便的两岸建二个平台,平台上安装二个大型储物网仓,在储物网仓向江面平台临江边立二条超历史水位还高10米的轴承槽柱,在两条轴承槽柱中间横跨河道安装由一条长轴穿过直径6米以上的长圆筒、圆筒两端的轴头轴承钦入两岸两条槽柱的轴承槽中,圆筒周边安装4-8片半圆型叶片,该叶片应采用高强度轻质碳素板或类似板材制造,该长圆筒分别开四-八条叶片槽口,槽口至主轴是弯型夹心密封槽,用于装入半圆型带有卡脚的叶片,该叶片可随长圆筒转动至对天空上面时滑落槽底,转到对地面时又滑出槽外的可伸可缩的活动叶片。用于减少叶片转动时不受空气及风力的阻碍,但又可受到水力及风力的推动转动带动发电机发电。该装置的工作原理是:在平时或洪水来临时没有船只过往时,把吊起在空中的长浮轮放下水面,浮轮的叶片深入到水中受水流的冲压向下游转动,过了一片又一片叶片,浮轮便连续转动带动发电机组发电,然后供电给前述第一方案使用或作为第三方案拦江浮轮打捞浮水垃圾或同时捕鱼方案驱动使用。该第三方案是由一轴一浮筒两个轴承座,两条升降槽柱两台吊机和4-8叶叶网及一条跨江运输网带组装构成。
具体实施方案:本发明的实施方案有三个,第一方案是拦河浮船打捞垃圾或捕鱼发电方案,其特征是:两岸安装两条柱杆、柱杆用两条拉绳扣拉住河中间的浮船,浮船逆水方向安装输送网弯钩链带,用柴汽油机或电动机带动输送网弯钩链带的主轴轮。第二方案是拦江浮筒伸缩叶片水推发电装置,其特征是:在两岸安装两条升降槽柱,槽柱中间安装长加油筒浮轮,浮轮周边安装可伸缩的活动半圆型叶轮,安装整套浮轮后两端安两台升降浮轮的吊机,然后浮轮的传动轮带动发电机组发电,供给第一方案的电动机使用。第三方案其特征是:两岸边立两条槽柱,中间一条大轴穿过浮筒,两轴头安装轴承座,将整套浮轮装入两升降槽柱的槽中,然后在浮轮周边对称安装四片半圆型叶网。该叶网系由半圆型网框和鱼网固定在网框面上构成。用于随浮轮转动时捞起浮游来的鱼和垃圾物件送上上方安装的运输网带运至岸上平台的储物网仓内待运走。

1.汛期江河浮水垃圾的捕捞船或捕鱼船,第一方案是拦河浮船打捞垃圾或捕鱼发电方案,其特征是:两岸安装两条柱杆、柱杆用两条拉绳扣拉住河中间的浮船,浮船逆水方向安装输送网弯钩链带,用柴汽油机或电动机带动输送网弯钩链带的主轴轮。
2.汛期江河浮水垃圾的捕捞船或捕鱼船,第二方案是拦江浮筒伸缩叶片水推发电装置,其特征是:在两岸安装两条升降槽柱,槽柱中间安装长加油筒浮轮,浮轮周边安装可伸缩的活动半圆型叶轮,安装整套浮轮后两端安两台升降浮轮的吊机,然后浮轮的传动轮带动发电机组发电,供给第一方案的电动机使用。
3.汛期江河浮水垃圾的捕捞船或捕鱼船,第三方案其特征是:两岸边立两条槽柱,中间一条大轴穿过浮筒,两轴头安装轴承座,将整套浮轮装入两升降槽柱的槽中,然后在浮轮周边对称安装四片半圆型叶网;该叶网系由半圆型网框和鱼网固定在网框面上构成。用于随浮轮转动时捞起浮游来的鱼和垃圾物件送上上方安装的运输网带运至岸上平台的储物网仓内待运走。
