Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of non-woven fabric preparation, and particularly relates to a preparation process of a non-woven fabric containing a biological antibacterial component, which comprises the following specific steps: s1: preparing a spinning solution: adding a biological material with antibacterial and antibacterial activities into polyvinyl alcohol to obtain a spinning stock solution; s2: preparing polyvinyl alcohol fibers; s3: and (4) preparing the non-woven fabric. Background
Nonwoven fabrics, also known as nonwovens, are composed of oriented or random fibers and are referred to as fabrics because of their appearance and certain properties. Most of the traditional non-woven fabric products have single function. With the improvement of medical level, the application of non-woven fabric production technology having multiple functions such as bacteriostatic and bactericidal functions has received much attention. The traditional non-woven fabric preparation process is characterized in that the non-woven fabric is produced by a continuous one-step method of high-temperature melting, spinning, laying a line and hot-pressing and coiling of a high polymer material. The polyvinyl alcohol is a polyhydroxy polymer, has good water solubility and high biocompatibility, is nontoxic and biodegradable to a human body, is an environment-friendly material, and has great application prospect in the market of non-woven fabrics. The biological active material with antibacterial effect is added into polyvinyl alcohol, and the prepared non-woven fabric has antibacterial and bactericidal effects. Generally, the biological active material with the functions of bacteriostasis and sterilization does not resist high temperature, and the biological active material can lose activity by adopting the traditional preparation process.

Preferably, the temperature for preparing the polyvinyl alcohol fiber in the step S2 is 35-45 ℃.
Preferably, the shaping in step S3 specifically includes: gluing and shaping by using glue, preparing the polyvinyl alcohol 0588 with low alcoholysis degree into a glue solution, solidifying the fiber web of the polyvinyl alcohol fiber by using the glue solution, and finally washing off the redundant glue solution by using water.
Preferably, the polyvinyl alcohol fiber prepared in the step S2 has a length of 32mm-40mm and a fineness of 1.1dtex-1.6 dtex.
Preferably, the gram weight of the prepared composite polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric obtained in the step S3 is 20g/m2-300g/m2。
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

s3: preparing a non-woven fabric: obtaining the polyvinyl alcohol fibers in the step S2, and preparing the non-woven fabric by using the polyvinyl alcohol fibers: cutting, opening, combing, overlapping, shaping, coiling and slitting the prepared polyvinyl alcohol fiber to form the composite polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric, wherein the difference of the shaping process and the conventional heat shaping is as follows: adopting glue for bonding and shaping, preparing polyvinyl alcohol 0588 with low alcoholysis degree into glue solution, adopting the glue solution to solidify the fiber web of the polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and finally washing off the redundant glue solution by water to obtain the prepared composite polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric with the gram weight of 20g/m2-300g/m2。
