Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of reinforced PVC paste resin, and particularly relates to the technical field of PVC resin. The invention comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 100 parts of PVC paste resin, 80 parts of plasticizer, 1-3 parts of stabilizer and 20-50 parts of filler according to a certain ratio; vacuumizing and defoaming the prepared mixture by a small-sized vacuum pump; and pouring the prepared material into a mold, keeping the temperature at 170 ℃ for 7-10 min, and carrying out plasticizing molding. The preparation method of the reinforced PVC paste resin provided by the invention can improve the physical properties of the PVC paste resin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of polyvinyl chloride resin, and particularly relates to a preparation method of reinforced PVC paste resin.
Background
Polyvinyl chloride, abbreviated as PVC in English, is an initiator of vinyl chloride monomer in peroxide, azo compounds and the like; or a polymer polymerized by a free radical polymerization mechanism under the action of light and heat. Vinyl chloride homopolymers and vinyl chloride copolymers are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resins.
PVC is white powder with an amorphous structure, has small branching degree, relative density of about 1.4, glass transition temperature of 77-90 ℃, starts to decompose at about 170 ℃, has poor stability and physical properties to light and heat, and needs to be added with a stabilizer and a plasticizer in practical application to improve the stability and the physical properties to heat and light. Therefore, there is a need for a method of preparing reinforced PVC paste resins that can solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of reinforced PVC paste resin, which can improve the physical properties of the PVC paste resin.
The invention provides the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of reinforced PVC paste resin is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following steps of raw materials in parts by weight:
s1: uniformly mixing 100 parts of PVC paste resin, 80 parts of plasticizer, 1-3 parts of stabilizer and 20-50 parts of filler according to a certain ratio;
s2: vacuumizing and defoaming the mixture prepared in the step S1 through a small vacuum pump;
s3: and pouring the material prepared in the step S2 into a mold, keeping the temperature at 170 ℃ for 7-10 min, and performing plasticizing molding.
Preferably, the plasticizer is one or more of DOP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIIP, DOA and DOTP.
Preferably, the plasticizer is a mixture of the DOP and the DBP.
Preferably, the ratio of the amount of the substance of DOP to the amount of the substance of DBP is 1: 1.
Preferably, the stabilizer is one or more of dibutyltin dilaurate, liquid calcium-zinc, liquid potassium-zinc and liquid barium-zinc.
Preferably, the filler is one or more of talcum powder, heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, kaolin and wollastonite powder.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the PVC paste resin, the plasticizer, the stabilizer and the filler are uniformly mixed according to a certain proportion, wherein 100 parts of the PVC paste resin, 80 parts of the plasticizer, 1-3 parts of the stabilizer and 20-50 parts of the filler are mixed; vacuumizing and defoaming the prepared mixture by a small-sized vacuum pump; pouring the prepared material into a mold, keeping the temperature at 170 ℃ for 7-10 min, and after plasticizing and forming, wherein the ratio of the amount of the DOP substance to the amount of the DBP substance is 1:1, and the prepared PVC paste resin has high tensile strength and elongation at break.

s3: and pouring the material prepared in the step S2 into a mold, and keeping the temperature at 170 ℃ for 9min to be plasticized and molded.
The plasticizer is DBP, the stabilizer is dibutyltin dilaurate, and the filler is talcum powder.

The PVC paste resin materials prepared by the raw materials with different ratios in the embodiments 1-9 are detected, and as can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the PVC paste resin prepared by the embodiment of the invention with the ratio of the amount of the DOP substance to the amount of the DBP substance being 1:1 has excellent tensile strength and elongation at break, meets the use requirements, and can be widely applied to the application field with higher performance requirements.

Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

1. A preparation method of reinforced PVC paste resin is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following steps of raw materials in parts by weight:
s1: uniformly mixing 100 parts of PVC paste resin, 80 parts of plasticizer, 1-3 parts of stabilizer and 20-50 parts of filler according to a certain ratio;
s2: vacuumizing and defoaming the mixture prepared in the step S1 through a small vacuum pump;
s3: and pouring the material prepared in the step S2 into a mold, keeping the temperature at 170 ℃ for 7-10 min, and performing plasticizing molding.
2. A process for the preparation of a reinforced PVC paste resin according to claim 1, characterized in that: the plasticizer is one or more of DOP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIIP, DOA and DOTP.
3. A process for the preparation of a reinforced PVC paste resin according to claim 2, characterised in that: the plasticizer is a mixture consisting of the DOP and the DBP.
4. A process for the preparation of a reinforced PVC paste resin according to claim 3, characterized in that: the ratio of the amount of the substance of DOP to the amount of the substance of DBP is 1: 1.
5. A process for the preparation of a reinforced PVC paste resin according to claim 1, characterized in that: the stabilizer is one or more of dibutyltin dilaurate, liquid calcium-zinc, liquid potassium-zinc and liquid barium-zinc.
6. A process for the preparation of a reinforced PVC paste resin according to claim 1, characterized in that: the filler is one or more of talcum powder, heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, kaolin and wollastonite powder.
