Description

Ultrahigh-performance concrete joint mixture
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to an ultra-high performance concrete gap filler.
Background
The ultra-high performance concrete is a high performance cement-based material developed at the end of the 20 th century, and has ultra-high strength and ultra-high durability, the compressive strength is usually over 100MPa, and the electric quantity value is lower than 40C.
The method for preparing the prefabricated member from the ultra-high performance concrete is the main using method at present, and the splicing seam of the prefabricated member usually adopts a wet seam mode. For smaller size patchworks, however, the wet seam approach is difficult to implement. For the seam with smaller size, organic materials or common gap fillers are mostly adopted for filling at present. However, the joint mixture has insufficient durability life (for example, the joint mixture has poor durability in the environment of sunshine, ocean and other chlorine salts), cannot reach the same service life as the structure, and is difficult to maintain; the properties such as compressive strength and the like need to be improved. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a caulking material that matches ultra-high performance concrete.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the ultra-high performance concrete gap filler for filling the abutted seams among ultra-high performance concrete products.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the ultra-high performance concrete joint mixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a cementing material, 90-120 parts of sand, 5-8 parts of an expanding agent, 0.08-0.2 part of cellulose ether, 0.15-0.25 part of a defoaming agent, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent, 16-19 parts of water and 0-2.5 parts of a redispersible latex powder.
The cementing material comprises, by weight, 10-20 parts of silica fume, 0-10 parts of fly ash, 0-15 parts of granulated blast furnace slag powder, 0-10 parts of limestone powder and the balance of cement; the total amount of the raw materials in the cementing material is 100 parts by weight.
The grain diameter of the sand is less than or equal to 0.6mm, preferably less than or equal to 0.3 mm.
The expanding agent comprises calcium oxide type, ettringite type and the like, and composite expanding agents can also be adopted.
The weight portion of the redispersible latex powder is preferably 1.5 to 2.5 portions.
The ultra-high performance concrete gap filler also comprises PVA fibers (polyvinyl alcohol), and the weight fraction of the PVA fibers is preferably 0.4-0.8 part.
The cellulose ethers of the present invention may be any cellulose ethers commonly used in cement-based materials.
The redispersible latex powder in the invention can be any commonly used dispersible latex powder in cement-based materials. In particular, the redispersible latex powder with good compatibility with gelled materials and the like can be selected.
The water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, and can be powder or an aqueous agent, and when the aqueous agent is adopted, the water content is recorded in the water consumption of the joint mixture.
The fluidity of the ultra-high performance concrete gap filler is controlled to be 160-180mm when in use, and is controlled by adjusting the using amount of the water reducing agent and the water consumption. The fluidity adopts a fluidity determination method in a cement mortar fluidity determination method (GB/T2419-2005), and tools are a truncated cone circular mold (the inner diameter of an upper opening is 70mm, and the inner diameter of a lower opening is 100mm) and a square glass plate of 500 multiplied by 500 mm; fluidity determination test procedure: and (3) loading the mixed ultra-high performance concrete slurry into a test mold at one time, tamping by using a tamping bar, scraping the surface of the test mold by using a plaster knife, and slightly lifting the test mold by using hands. And after the concrete is basically stable and unchanged, measuring the maximum diameter and the diameter in the direction vertical to the maximum diameter by using a straight ruler, and taking the average value of the maximum diameter and the diameter as the fluidity of the batch of the joint mixture.
The ultra-high performance concrete gap filler is used for filling the abutted seams among ultra-high performance concrete products.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the joint mixture further improves the binding force between the joint mixture and the ultra-high performance concrete product on the premise of keeping the ultra-high strength (the compressive strength is more than 100MPa) and the durability of the ultra-high performance concrete.
(2) The anti-cracking performance of the anti-cracking agent is further improved by adding the expanding agent and the PVA fiber, and the anti-cracking agent can effectively prevent the invasion of external corrosive substances.
