Due to the limiting function of the nut 17 in the axial direction, the problem that the air tightness of the connector 15 is poor due to the forced retraction when the connector 15 is in butt joint with the connector seat 16 can be prevented, and the sealing effect between the connector 15 and the connector seat 16 can be improved.
Preferably, referring to fig. 8-10, the ozone generator 11 includes an upper cover 113 and a lower cover 114, an air inlet and outlet pipe, an ozone generating pipe 115, and a high-voltage package 116 for supplying power to the ozone generating pipe 115, the air inlet and outlet pipe includes an air inlet pipe 111 and an air outlet pipe 112, the air inlet pipe 111 and the air outlet pipe 112 are both provided with the connector 15, the upper cover 113 and the lower cover 114 are combined to form a housing, the ozone generating pipe 115 and the high-voltage package 116 are all disposed in the housing, the air inlet pipe 111, the ozone generating pipe 115, and the air outlet pipe 112 are sequentially connected along a gas flow direction, the high-voltage package 116 is electrically connected with the ozone generating pipe 115 and the male contact piece 13, and the male contact piece 13 is disposed on the lower cover 114. When high voltage generated by the high voltage package 116 is introduced into the ozone generating tube 115, the air in the ozone generating tube 115 is ionized to generate ozone.
When the ozone generator 11 is in operation, the ozone generating tube 115 generates heat, and therefore, it is preferable that the cooling fin 117 is provided outside the ozone generating tube 115, and a plurality of cooling holes 118 are provided in the upper cover 113. It can be appreciated that the number and shape of the heat dissipation holes 118 are set according to actual needs, and if the heat dissipation effect needs to be enhanced, more heat dissipation holes 118 are provided, and the specific number of the heat dissipation holes 118 is not limited in this embodiment.
Further preferably, the upper cover 113 is provided with an air outlet 120, the lower cover 114 is provided with an air inlet 119, the air inlet 119 and the air outlet 120 are arranged on the casing 2 in a manner of being opposite to each other, and the fan 22 is located right above the air inlet 119. When the fan 22 works, wind is blown into the cooling fins 117 and the surface of the high-pressure bag 116 from the air inlet 119, heat of the cooling fins 117 and the high-pressure bag 116 is taken away, and hot wind is blown out from the air outlet 120, so that the area through which the wind flows is large, air convection is enhanced, heat of all corners in the shell can be taken away in time, the temperature in the shell is reduced rapidly, overheating is prevented effectively, the heat dissipation effect of the ozone generator 11 is guaranteed, and the service life is prolonged.
In order to enhance the overall aesthetic property, the casing 2 is provided with a groove 23 for accommodating the ozone generator 11, the shape of the groove 23 is matched with the shape of the ozone generator 11, and the mounting post 24 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the groove 23. The ozone generator 11 is fixedly arranged through the groove 23, so that the ozone generator 11 can be arranged at the bottom of the purifier to form a hidden mounting structure, the purifier is compact and small in structure, and the whole attractive appearance is better.
Preferably, referring to fig. 9, in order to facilitate the installation and the removal of the ozone generator 11, the upper cover 113 is provided with a grip portion 121 for facilitating the grasping by a human hand.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a food purifier, referring to fig. 11, the food purifier includes a casing 2, a purifier 3 detachably connected to the inside of the casing 2, and a quick-dismantling ozone generating device as described above, where the purifier 3 is connected to the quick-dismantling ozone generating device through a pipeline. Ozone generated by the quick-dismantling type ozone generating device is conveyed into the purifier 3 through a pipeline to form ozone bubbles, the purifier 3 is placed into water, ozone and water are mixed to generate ozone water, and the ozone water disinfects food materials. The specific structure of the pipeline is not shown in the drawings in the specification, but a person skilled in the art should understand that a common ozone-resistant hose is adopted.
Compared with the prior art, the food purifier has the advantages of the quick-dismantling type ozone generating device, and the quick-dismantling type ozone generating device is not repeated here.
It will be appreciated that the connector 15, the connector 16, the sealing ring 163, the pipe, the air inlet pipe 111 and the air outlet pipe 112 described above are all made of ozone resistant materials, or may be in direct contact with ozone. Optionally, the connector 15 and the connector base 16 are made of an ozone-resistant PC material, and the sealing ring 163, the pipeline, the air inlet pipe 111 and the air outlet pipe 112 are made of an ozone-resistant fluorine rubber material.

Claims (9)

1. The quick-dismantling type ozone generating device is characterized by comprising an ozone generator (11), a male contact piece (13) and a female contact piece (14), wherein the ozone generator (11) is suitable for being detachably connected to the outer side of a shell (2) of a purifier, the male contact piece (13) and the female contact piece (14) are respectively arranged on the ozone generator (11) and the shell (2), and the male contact piece (13) and the female contact piece (14) are suitable for being matched with each other to switch on and switch off a circuit so as to provide power for the ozone generator (11);
The ozone generator further comprises a connecting seat (16) and a connector (15) arranged on an air inlet and outlet pipe of the ozone generator (11), wherein the connecting seat (16) is suitable for being arranged on the shell (2) and is in butt joint with the connector (15) so as to be communicated with the air inlet and outlet pipe;
The connecting seat (16) comprises a socket part (161) and an air outlet column (166) which are connected with each other, the socket part (161) and the air outlet column (166) are of hollow structures and are mutually communicated, one end of the socket part (161) deviating from the air outlet column (166) is provided with an opening, and the connecting head (15) is suitable for being inserted into the opening to be communicated with the air outlet column (166).
2. The quick release ozone generating device of claim 1, wherein the connection base (16) further comprises a sealing ring (163), the sealing ring (163) being disposed at an inner side wall of the socket portion (161).

The quick-release ozone generating device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the connection base (16) further comprises a guide post (162), the guide post (162) is of a hollow columnar structure, and the inner cavity of the guide post (162) is respectively communicated with the inner cavities of the socket part (161) and the air outlet post (166).

The quick release ozone generating device of claim 1, characterized in that the connection base (16) further comprises an ear plate (164), the ear plate (164) being arranged at the outer side wall of the socket part (161), the connection base (16) being adapted to be connected with the housing (2) through the ear plate (164).

The quick-dismantling ozone generating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ozone generator (11) comprises an upper cover (113), a lower cover (114), an ozone generating tube (115) and a high-voltage bag (116) for supplying power to the ozone generating tube (115), the upper cover (113) and the lower cover (114) are combined to form a shell, the ozone generating tube (115) and the high-voltage bag (116) are arranged in the shell, the high-voltage bag (116) is electrically connected with the ozone generating tube (115) and the male contact piece (13), and the male contact piece (13) is arranged on the lower cover (114).
6. The quick release ozone generating device of claim 5, characterized in that a heat sink (117) is provided outside the ozone generating tube (115).

The quick-dismantling ozone generating device as claimed in claim 5, wherein an air outlet (120) is formed in the upper cover (113), an air inlet (119) is formed in the lower cover (114), the air outlet (120) and the air inlet (119) are arranged oppositely, a fan (22) is arranged on the casing (2), and the fan (22) is located right above the air inlet (119).
8. The quick-dismantling ozone generating device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a groove (23) for accommodating the ozone generator (11) is arranged on the casing (2).

A food purifier, characterized in that the food purifier comprises a casing (2), a purifier (3) detachably connected to the inside of the casing (2), and a quick-dismantling ozone generating device as set forth in any one of claims 1-8, wherein the purifier (3) is connected with the quick-dismantling ozone generating device through a pipeline.
