The method of claim 1, wherein in step S2, the methanol is sequentially passed through a heat exchanger, a vaporizer, a superheater and a reactor in the alcohol cracking apparatus, wherein the vaporizer is used to heat and vaporize the methanol, the superheater is used to heat the vaporized methanol to a temperature required for a cracking reaction, the reactor is used to promote the cracking reaction of the vaporized methanol heated by the superheater to generate a combustible cracked gas, the combustible cracked gas is introduced into the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the methanol in the heat exchanger, which is referred to as a first cooled combustible cracked gas, and the first cooled combustible cracked gas is introduced into the gas inlet.

The combustion heating method of alcohol pyrolysis gas for a kiln as claimed in claim 3, wherein the combustible pyrolysis gas after the first temperature reduction is further cooled by a cooler and then is poured into the gas inlet, which is called as the combustible pyrolysis gas after the second temperature reduction.
5. The combustion heating method of alcohol pyrolysis gas for a kiln as claimed in claim 4, wherein the combustible pyrolysis gas after the second temperature reduction is injected into the gas inlet after gas-liquid separation.

The method for heating alcohol cracking gas in a kiln as claimed in claim 3, wherein the heat sources of the superheater and the reactor are both provided by an electrically heated heat-conducting oil furnace, or the heat sources of the superheater and the reactor are both provided by an electrically heated body, or the heat sources of the superheater and the reactor are both provided by a steam boiler.
7. The combustion heating method of alcohol pyrolysis gas for a kiln as claimed in claim 1, wherein the combustible pyrolysis gas is mixed with external air and then enters the gas inlet.

The alcohol cracking gas combustion heating device for the kiln is characterized by comprising the kiln and an alcohol cracking device for cracking methanol into combustible cracking gas, wherein the kiln is provided with a gas inlet, and an outlet of the alcohol cracking device is communicated with the gas inlet.

The combustion heating device of alcohol cracking gas for the kiln as claimed in claim 8, wherein the alcohol cracking equipment at least comprises a vaporizer, a superheater and a reactor which are sequentially communicated, the vaporizer is used for heating and vaporizing methanol, the superheater is used for heating vaporized methanol to a temperature required by cracking reaction, the reactor is used for promoting the vaporized methanol heated by the superheater to undergo cracking reaction so as to generate combustible cracking gas, an outlet of the reactor is communicated with the gas inlet, an exhaust gas outlet of the kiln is communicated with an inlet of the vaporizer, and an outlet of the vaporizer is communicated with the outside.

The alcohol cracking gas combustion heating device for the kiln as claimed in claim 9, wherein the alcohol cracking equipment further comprises a heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is used for heat exchange between high-temperature combustible cracking gas generated by the reactor and methanol introduced into the heat exchanger, a first inlet of the heat exchanger is used for being communicated with a methanol storage, a first outlet of the heat exchanger is communicated with a vaporizer, a second inlet of the heat exchanger is communicated with the reactor, and a second outlet of the heat exchanger is communicated with the fuel gas inlet.
