Referring to FIGS. 3-4: the position of a heavy object can be adjusted to be above the installation position by rotating the hollow suspension arm 4 in the horizontal and lifting directions through the universal hoisting mechanism 1 according to the installation position of the suspension object. A steel wire rope 7 is sent out through the winding mechanism 5 to drive the fixed pulley 6 to rotate, so that a heavy object is placed at the installation position. After the work is finished, the universal hoisting mechanism 1 is detached from the connection position of the equipment top plate, and then the special hoisting tool can be recovered.
