The invention relates to a novel wind-resistant and skid-resistant safety protection device for a hoisting machine, which comprises a clamping arm connecting seat, a left clamping arm, a right clamping arm, a reset spring, a special-shaped electromagnet, a special-shaped armature, a clamping gasket, a control box and the like, wherein the clamping arm connecting seat is connected with the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm so that the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm can symmetrically swing around a guide rail; the reset spring is connected with the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm, so that the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm are opened by a certain angle under the condition that the special-shaped electromagnet is powered off; the special-shaped electromagnet and the special-shaped armature are respectively connected with the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm; the clamping gasket is connected with the clamping inner sides of the special-shaped electromagnet and the special-shaped armature, and a clamping force strain gauge is embedded into the clamping gasket; the control box is fixed on the clamping arm connecting seat. The invention is linked with a hoisting machinery control system, can effectively and automatically clamp the guide rail under the condition that the hoisting machinery stops, controls the clamping force within a certain range through the feedback of the strain gauge, and can be applied to the fields of hoisting machinery, elevators, three-dimensional parking garages and the like.

Preferably, the upper part of the clamping arm connecting seat is provided with a blocking block for controlling the opening angles of the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm.
Preferably, the clamping arm connecting seat is connected with the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm in a mode of rotating the pin shaft and the cotter pin.
Preferably, the upper parts of the special-shaped electromagnet and the special-shaped armature are provided with tenon end faces, the lower parts of the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm are provided with tenon end faces, and the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm are combined with the special-shaped electromagnet and the special-shaped armature through the corresponding tenon end faces and are connected through a plurality of high-strength hexagon bolts, spring washers and nuts.
