Abstract
The invention discloses a replacing device for a ladle turret revolving arm of a continuous casting machine, which comprises two hydraulic cylinder brackets, a lifting top cap and a frame-shaped supporting arm, wherein the lifting top cap is respectively connected to the hydraulic cylinder brackets through a bolt assembly; the main lifting lug and the balance yoke lifting lug device are connected with a balance beam above the main lifting lug and the balance yoke lifting lug device through steel wire ropes in a hanging mode. The invention enables the whole revolving platform to form a rigid whole, avoids the hydraulic cylinder from being damaged due to stress caused by the action of the connecting rod of the continuous casting machine in the hoisting process, improves the balance in the equipment hoisting process because the two balance fork arm lifting lug devices are connected with the balance beam in a hanging manner through the steel wire rope, realizes safe and effective hoisting and replacement of the revolving arm of the ladle revolving platform of the continuous casting machine, reduces the influence of the revolving arm on production, and improves the maintenance efficiency.

In this embodiment, the cylinder bracket 6, the balance yoke lifting lug device 5 and the frame-shaped support arm 4 are all made of Q345 steel. The connecting beam 2 and the balance beam 7 are both made of I-steel.
