The roof operation protective net and the roof operation platform form a relatively closed roof climbing operation environment, so that maintainers in the temporary turning wheel garage are prevented from falling off, and the safety of the maintainers is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2-3 and 8-9, the bogie exchanging device comprises a bogie exchanging equipment foundation pit 501, a bogie exchanging equipment 502, a bogie bracket sliding block 503 and a bogie storage track 504.
The bogie replacing equipment 502 is arranged on the zero ground and on two sides of the temporary repair station track 1 and used for lifting one end of a braided train body under the condition that a motor train unit in the urban area is not braided; the bogie storage track 504 is arranged at the side edge of the temporary repair station track 1, and the track top is also at zero elevation; the bogie replacement equipment foundation pit 501 is a sunk foundation pit based on zero ground, is cast by reinforced concrete, and is subjected to leakage-proof water treatment. The temporary repair track 1 is transversely communicated with the bogie storage track 504; the bogie bracket slide 503 can be lifted up and down and moved laterally along the bogie replacement equipment foundation pit 501 for the lateral movement replacement of the bogie between the temporary repair runway 1 and the bogie storage track 504. When the fault bogie is replaced, the bogie bracket sliding block 503 is driven by the motor to slide in a translational manner to convey the fault bogie to the bogie storage track 504 for storage, and meanwhile, a new bogie can be conveyed to the position of the bogie of the motor train unit in the city area in a translational manner for replacement and installation. The bogie replacing device meets the requirement of replacing the bogie in urban vehicle section on line. The auxiliary tool can be suitable for similar operations of other types of trains, and can also be used for replacing equipment, hangers and the like under the trains.
As shown in fig. 2-3 and 4-7, wherein the lathe apparatus includes a lathe apparatus pit 601, a lathe apparatus 602 and a chip remover 603.
The non-falling wheel turning lathe equipment foundation pit 601 is a sunk foundation pit based on the zero ground, and is cast by adopting reinforced concrete and is subjected to water leakage prevention treatment; the non-wheel-turning lathe device 602 is arranged in a foundation pit 601 of the non-wheel-turning lathe device, and automatically positions and cuts the bogie shaft of the motor train unit in the market by means of a self-contained measuring device, a computer system and a machine tool cutting system; the chip remover 603 is used for conveying the iron chips generated by turning processing to a specified chip collector on the ground in a sealing manner. The turning machine device is suitable for repairing and processing the wheel rim and the tread of an undetached wheel set of a city train of a city railway line and a locomotive, an engineering vehicle and the like attached to a train section, so that the wheel rim and the tread meet the technical requirements, and the running quality of a train is ensured.
As shown in fig. 3, the convertible bus 701 is a matching device of the turning lathe device without wheel drop, the convertible bus is provided with a coupler adapter matching with the coupler of the motor train unit in the city area, and has three control modes of manual driving, wire control and wireless remote control, and the convertible bus can run on roads and tracks, is used for drawing trains when turning wheels of the motor train unit, and is accurately aligned on the turning lathe device without wheel drop. The combined car can also be used for other shunting and alignment operations in the overhaul base.
Preferably, a switch (not shown) is arranged between the temporary repair station 1 and the turning wheel station 2 outside the temporary repair and non-drop wheel turning warehouse plant, so that shunting operation between the two stations is facilitated directly, and shunting time is saved.
As shown in fig. 11, to achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for replacing a bogie of a temporary repair lathe base structure based on a zero-ground-city railway repair base, comprising the following steps:
s1, driving the motor train unit in the city area into the repair and non-wheel turning warehouse factory along the repair station track 1;
s2, stopping the fault bogie at a temporary repair station of the bogie replacing device;
s3, removing all connections of the bogie and the vehicle body;
s4, lifting the bogie replacing equipment 502 at one end of the train body under the condition that the city motor train unit is not untwisted;
s5, taking out the fault bogie by the bogie bracket sliding block 503, and horizontally sliding the fault bogie to the bogie storage track 504;
s6, the bogie after the bogie bracket sliding block 503 lifts and maintains slides to the position of the vehicle body;
s7, the bogie exchanging apparatus 502 dropping the vehicle body;
and S8, connecting the bogie and the vehicle body, and finishing the operation.
As shown in fig. 12, in order to achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a non-drop turning operation method based on a zero-ground-city-region railroad-repair-site temporary-repair-lathe garage structure, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, preparation:
opening a door of a repair-imminent and wheel-turning-free garage workshop in advance, and inspecting and confirming that a vehicle entering condition is met;
s2, start check:
carrying out pre-operation inspection on the turning lathe device without turning wheels, the workload tools and the operation field according to the operation regulation requirement of the turning lathe device without turning wheels;
s3, motor train unit warehousing:
the motor train unit in the market area drawn by the road-rail dual-purpose vehicle is driven into the in-repair and non-drop wheel turning warehouse workshop along the turning wheel strand 2, and is accurately aligned on the non-drop wheel turning machine device;
s4, prediction:
carrying out wheel pair pre-measurement, and inputting modification parameters to the turning lathe device without turning wheels;
s5, wheel set turning:
starting the turning lathe device without wheel falling to carry out wheel pair modification;
s6, wheel set inspection:
carrying out supplementary inspection and measurement on the size parameters of the wheel set, and carrying out repair recording after the inspection is correct;
s7, turning and finishing:
clearing scrap iron, and stopping the turning lathe device without dropping the wheel;
s8, vehicle delivery:
the road-rail dual-purpose vehicle pulls the motor train unit in the urban area to exit from the temporary repair and non-drop wheel turning warehouse plant along the turning wheel track 2;
s9, equipment maintenance:
and maintaining the turning lathe device without turning wheels.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the scheme of the invention has the following significant advantages:
1. compared with the traditional temporary repair warehouse, turning wheel warehouse and maintenance base which are separately arranged, the temporary repair stock channel and turning wheel stock channel are arranged at one position, so that the floor area and the construction cost for separately arranging the warehouse for two operations are greatly reduced. In addition, the conventional replacement device for the bogie of the motor train unit in the urban area and the turning device without wheel falling are usually provided with overhead track bridges, so that the occupied ground space is large, the in-warehouse maintenance engineering trolley cannot span the station tracks, and the effective maintenance space on the ground in the warehouse is reduced. The invention relates to a temporary repair turning wheel warehouse structure of a zero-ground urban railway overhaul base, which is characterized in that a zero-ground field is adopted in the warehouse as a whole, the manufacturing cost of a track is lower, an operation area does not sink, trenches and slopes are not required to be arranged in the warehouse, and the operation flow in the warehouse of maintainers is facilitated.
2. The invention relates to a temporary repair turning wheel warehouse structure of a zero-ground urban railway overhaul base, which combines the temporary repair warehouse and the turning wheel warehouse into a warehouse, arranges a bogie replacing device in a pit, adopts flat zero ground as the whole body in the warehouse, has no slope in the warehouse, can meet the requirement of the smooth passing of a maintenance tool trolley in the warehouse, can properly reduce the length of the temporary repair turning wheel warehouse and save the land.
3. The temporary repair turning wheel warehouse structure of the zero-ground urban railway overhaul base effectively improves the temporary repair and turning wheel operation efficiency of urban motor train units, and can play a role in guiding and reference the design of the structural schemes of other urban railway temporary repair and turning wheel warehouses.

the electric double-beam crane is arranged in the air and spans the temporary repair track (1) and the turning wheel track (2);
the car roof operation platform and the car roof operation protective net are respectively arranged on two sides of the temporary repair station (1), and the bogie replacing device is arranged at the temporary repair station of the temporary repair station (1) and is positioned at one end of the car roof operation platform and one end of the car roof operation protective net;
the turning station of the turning wheel strand (2) is provided with the turning lathe device without wheel falling, and the turning wheel strand (2) is also provided with the male-iron dual-purpose vehicle in a running mode and used for drawing a train when turning wheels of the motor train unit in the market area are drawn and accurately aligned on the turning lathe device without wheel falling.

the temporary repair and non-wheel-falling rotary warehouse factory building is a steel structure factory building and comprises steel columns (101), steel beams (102), a steel structure foundation (103) and steel roof trusses (104);
the steel columns (101) on the two sides are supported on the steel structure foundation (103) in the ground, and the steel beams (102) and the steel roof truss (104) are arranged on the top ends of the steel columns (101) in a spanning mode.
3. The zero-ground-city railroad-repair-site-repair-lathe wheel-garage structure of claim 2, wherein:
the electric double-beam crane comprises a driver operating room (201), a lifting hook (202), a traveling rail (203) and a hanging beam (204);
the walking rails (203) are fixed on the inner sides of the steel columns (101) on two sides and support the cross hanging beams (204), and the hanging beams (204) move longitudinally on the walking rails (203) along the temporary repair and non-drop wheel turning house;
the driver operating room (201) is fixedly arranged at one end below the hanging beam (204), and the lifting hook (202) capable of moving transversely is further arranged below the hanging beam (204).

the roof operation platform comprises a top layer platform (301), a protective guard (302), an electric turning plate (303) and a climbing ladder (304);
the top-layer platform (301) is arranged on the inner side of the steel column (101) on one side through a cantilever frame, and the pedal is made of a patterned steel plate; the guard rails (302) are arranged on two sides of the top platform (301), and a detachable movable chain type is adopted on one side facing the vehicle body; one side of the non-vehicle body adopts a fixed guardrail; the electric turning plate (303) is arranged on one side, facing the car body, of the top platform (301); the top landing ladder (304) from zero ground to the top is arranged at the longitudinal end part of the top platform (301).

the roof operation protective net and the roof operation platform form a relatively closed roof climbing operation environment, so that maintainers in the temporary turning wheel garage are prevented from falling off, and the safety of the maintainers is ensured.

the bogie replacing device comprises a bogie replacing equipment foundation pit (501), bogie replacing equipment (502), a bogie bracket sliding block (503) and a bogie storage track (504);
the bogie replacing equipment (502) is arranged on the zero ground and on two sides of the temporary repair station track (1) and used for lifting one end of a braided train body under the condition that a motor train unit in the urban area is not braided;
the bogie storage track (504) is arranged on the side edge of the temporary repair station track (1), and the track top is also at zero elevation;
the bogie replacement equipment foundation pit (501) is a sunk foundation pit based on zero ground, is cast by reinforced concrete and is transversely communicated with the temporary repair station track (1) and the bogie storage track (504);
the bogie bracket sliding block (503) can be lifted up and down and can move transversely along the bogie replacing equipment foundation pit (501) and is used for transversely moving and replacing the bogie between the temporary repair station track (1) and the bogie storage track (504).
7. The zero-ground-city railroad-repair-site-repair-lathe wheel-garage structure of claim 1, wherein:
the non-falling wheel turning lathe device comprises a non-falling wheel turning lathe device foundation pit (601), a non-falling wheel turning lathe device (602) and a chip remover (603);
the non-falling wheel turning lathe equipment foundation pit (601) is a sunk foundation pit based on the zero ground and is cast by adopting reinforced concrete;
the non-wheel-turning lathe device (602) is arranged in a foundation pit (601) of the non-wheel-turning lathe device, and the axle of the bogie of the motor train unit in the city area is automatically positioned and cut by means of a self-contained measuring device, a computer system and a machine tool cutting system;
the chip remover (603) is used for conveying the iron chips generated by the turning machining to a specified chip collector on the ground in a sealing manner.
