Background
In the production process of the plastic bag, manufacturers can color-print patterns or marks on the surface of the plastic bag according to different requirements of customers, the traditional mode of color printing of the plastic bag is to manually place the plastic bag on a color printing device by one hand and press the patterns or marks on the surface of the plastic bag by the other hand, however, the mode of manual color printing is slow, the output requirement of the plastic bag cannot be met, the positions of the color printing of the patterns of the plastic bag are different, the color printing effect is poor, although the prior art has the equipment capable of continuously performing the color printing of the pattern marks on the plastic bag and can meet the requirement of mass production, the damage to the color-printed pattern marks can be avoided in the conveying process of the plastic bag, the product quality is reduced, therefore, the urgent need to develop a color printing machine which can automatically and equidistantly perform the color printing of the pattern marks on the two sides of the plastic bag and can perform thermosetting on color printing liquid after the color printing is completed, avoid the damage of color printing pattern sign, guarantee product quality, possess the two-sided plastic bag color press of supplementary hot dry ability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a double-sided plastic bag color printing machine which can automatically and equidistantly perform pattern mark color printing on double sides of a plastic bag and thermally fix color printing liquid, effectively avoids the damage of color printing pattern marks and has auxiliary hot drying capability, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
The technical scheme is as follows: a double-sided plastic bag color printing machine with auxiliary heat drying capacity comprises an installation concave rack, a first guide frame, support rods, a second guide frame, a plastic bag top surface color printing mechanism, a plastic bag winding mechanism and a color printing liquid auxiliary heat drying mechanism, wherein the first guide frame is fixedly installed on one side of the installation concave rack provided with a straight hole and a sliding groove and symmetrically arranged, the two support rods are fixedly installed on the other side of the installation concave rack and symmetrically arranged, the second guide frames are fixedly installed on one sides of the two support rods respectively, the plastic bag top surface color printing mechanism is installed on the installation concave rack, the plastic bag winding mechanism is installed on the support rods and connected with the plastic bag top surface color printing mechanism, and the color printing liquid auxiliary heat drying mechanism is installed on the second guide frame and connected with the plastic bag winding mechanism.

Further, the color printing liquid auxiliary hot drying mechanism comprises a movable frame, a movable block, a reset spring, a hot drying plate, a guide sleeve, a guide rod, a connecting rod, a push plate and a cam, wherein the movable frame is fixedly arranged on one side of a second guide frame, the movable block is slidably arranged on the movable frame, the reset spring is respectively fixedly connected with one side of the movable frame at one end and one side of the movable block at the other end, the hot drying plate is respectively fixedly arranged at one end of the two movable blocks, the guide sleeve is fixedly arranged on one side of the movable frame, the guide rod is slidably arranged on the guide sleeve, two ends of the connecting rod are respectively rotatably connected with the guide rod and one end of the two movable blocks through a rotating column, the push plate is fixedly arranged at one end of the guide rod, and the cam is fixedly arranged on one side of a belt pulley and intermittently contacts with the push plate.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the plastic bag top color printing mechanism and the plastic bag winding mechanism provided by the invention enable the plastic bag to intermittently move for equal distances, and automatically color print the pattern marks on the top surface of the plastic bag at equal intervals, so that each pattern mark can be color printed at the center of each plastic bag.
2. The second color printing plate and the second liquid supply hose can simultaneously perform pattern mark color printing on the bottom surface of the plastic bag on the basis of color printing on the top surface of the plastic bag, thereby meeting different production requirements of the color printing of the plastic bag.
3. The color printing liquid auxiliary heat drying mechanism provided by the invention can be used for carrying out auxiliary heat drying on the color printing liquid on the surface of the plastic bag in the process of winding the plastic bag by the winding roller, thereby effectively avoiding the phenomenon that the pattern mark is blurred or damaged due to friction in the winding process.

A double-sided plastic bag color printing machine with auxiliary heat drying capability is disclosed, as shown in figures 1-8, and comprises a mounting concave frame 1, a first guide frame 2, support rods 3, a second guide frame 4, a plastic bag top surface color printing mechanism 5, a plastic bag winding mechanism 6 and a color printing liquid auxiliary heat drying mechanism 7, wherein the two fixing first guide frames 2 are fixedly arranged at the left side of the mounting concave frame 1 provided with a straight hole and a sliding chute and are symmetrically arranged, the two supporting rods 3 are fixedly arranged at the right side of the mounting concave frame 1 and are also symmetrically arranged, the two fixing second guide frames 4 are respectively fixedly arranged at one sides of the two supporting rods 3 and are symmetrically arranged, the plastic bag top surface color printing mechanism 5 is mounted on the mounting concave frame 1, the plastic bag winding mechanism 6 is mounted on the support rods 3 and is connected with the plastic bag top surface color printing mechanism 5, the color printing liquid auxiliary hot drying mechanism 7 is arranged on the second guide frame 4 and connected with the plastic bag winding mechanism 6.
The plastic bag top surface color printing mechanism 5 capable of color printing pattern marks on the upper surface of a plastic bag comprises a servo motor 501, a rotating plate 502, a universal shaft connecting rod 503, a movable sleeve 504, a color printing plate I505, a liquid supply hose I506 and a driving shaft 507, wherein the servo motor 501 with a driving function is fixedly arranged on an installation concave rack 1, the driving shaft 507 with a transmission function is rotatably arranged on the installation concave rack 1, the upper end of the driving shaft 507 is fixedly connected with the output end of the servo motor 501, the rotating plate 502 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the driving shaft 507 and is close to the lower side of the installation concave rack 1, the movable sleeve 504 is slidably arranged on a chute of the installation concave rack 1, the color printing plate I505 with a stamping function is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the movable sleeve 504, one end of the liquid supply hose I506 used for transmitting color printing liquid is fixedly connected with the upper side of the color printing plate I505 and is communicated with each other, the upper end of the connecting universal shaft connecting rod 503 is movably connected with one end of the rotating plate 502, and the lower end is movably connected with the upper side of the movable sleeve 504.
The plastic bag winding mechanism 6 capable of intermittently winding the plastic bag comprises a rotating shaft 601, a winding roller 602, belt pulleys 603, a flat belt 604, a driving gear 605, a bevel gear 606, a sector gear 607, a fixing plate 608, a rotating shaft 609 and a transmission roller 610, wherein the rotating shaft 601 is rotatably mounted at the right ends of two support rods 3, the winding roller 602 for winding is fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft 601 and is arranged between the two support rods 3, the fixing plate 608 for fixing is fixedly mounted on the mounting concave frame 1, the two belt pulleys 603 are respectively fixedly mounted at the rear end of the rotating shaft 601 and rotatably mounted at the front side of the fixing plate 608 through the rotating shaft, the flat belt 604 for transmission is wound on the two belt pulleys 603, the rotating shaft 609 is rotatably mounted on the mounting concave frame 1 and is close to the fixing plate 608, and the driving gear 605 for transmission is fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft 609, the two bevel gears 606 are fixedly installed on the front side of the belt pulley 603 close to the driving gear 605 and on the upper end of the rotating shaft 609 respectively and are meshed with each other, the sector gear 607 between the servo motor 501 and the installation concave frame 1 is fixedly installed on the driving shaft 507 and is intermittently meshed with the driving gear 605, and the two conveying rollers 610 for conveying are rotatably installed on the first guide frame 2 and the second guide frame 4 respectively.
The color printing liquid auxiliary heat drying mechanism 7 capable of thermally fixing the color printing pattern mark on the surface of the plastic bag comprises a movable frame 701, movable blocks 702, reset springs 703, heat drying plates 704, a guide sleeve 705, a guide rod 706, a connecting rod 707, a push plate 708 and a cam 709, wherein the movable frame 701 is fixedly arranged on the right side of a second guide frame 4 on the rear side, the two movable blocks 702 are arranged on the movable frame 701 in a sliding manner and are arranged symmetrically, one end of each of the two reset springs 703 for resetting is fixedly connected with the inner side of the movable frame 701, the other end of each of the two reset springs 703 is fixedly connected with one side of the movable block 702, the two heat drying plates 704 for assisting heat drying are fixedly arranged at the front ends of the two movable blocks 702 and are positioned below a winding roller 602, the guide sleeve 705 for guiding is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the movable frame 701, the guide rod 706 is slidably arranged on the guide sleeve 705, the two ends of the connecting rod 707 for assisting heat drying are respectively connected with one ends of the guide rod 706 and the two movable blocks 702 through rotating columns, the push plate 708 for pushing is fixedly installed on the upper end of the guide rod 706 close to the take-up roller 602, and the cam 709 is fixedly installed close to the rear side of the pulley 603 of the take-up roller 602 and intermittently contacts with the push plate 708.

When patterns and marks on two sides of a plastic bag are required to be printed in a color mode, one end of an unformed banded plastic bag is manually penetrated through the lower sides of two transmission rollers 610 and wound on a winding roller 602, a color printing template is installed on a first color printing disc 505 and a second color printing disc 14, pigment is conveyed into the first color printing disc 505 and the second color printing disc 14 through a first liquid supply hose 506 and a second liquid supply hose 15, then a servo motor 501 is started to rotate anticlockwise, the servo motor 501 rotates anticlockwise to drive a driving shaft 507 and a sector gear 607 to rotate anticlockwise so as to drive a rotating plate 502 to rotate anticlockwise, when the rotating plate 502 rotates anticlockwise for a quarter of a circle, a movable sleeve 504, the first color printing disc 505 and the first liquid supply hose 506 move upwards to the highest point under the action of a universal shaft connecting rod 503, and simultaneously, the sector gear 607 is meshed with the driving gear 605 to drive the rotating clockwise, under the driving action of the rotating shaft 609 and the bevel gear 606, the belt pulley 603 mounted on the fixing plate 608 rotates counterclockwise, and the flat belt 604 drives the other belt pulley 603 to rotate counterclockwise, so that the winding roller 602 is driven by the rotating shaft 601 to rotate counterclockwise for one circle and wind the plastic bag, and the plastic bag between the first color printing plate 505 and the second color printing plate 14 moves rightwards for a certain distance.
The rotating plate 502 continues to rotate counterclockwise, at the same time, the sector gear 607 is disengaged from the driving gear 605, the winding roller 602 stops winding the plastic bag, when the rotating plate 502 rotates counterclockwise three quarters of a circle, the movable sleeve 504, the first color printing disk 505 and the first liquid supply hose 506 move downward to the lowest point under the action of the universal shaft connecting rod 503, and the first color printing disk 505 starts to contact with the upper surface of the plastic bag, while the L-shaped rod 11 fixedly connected with the movable sleeve 504 also moves downward in the downward movement process of the movable sleeve 504, and the sliding rod 9, the second color printing disk 14 and the second liquid supply hose 15 move upward under the action of the swinging grooved rod 12, and color icons or logos are imprinted on the upper and lower surfaces of the plastic bag under the action of the first color printing disk 505 and the second color printing disk 14. Through setting up plastic bag top surface color printing mechanism 5, automatically with pattern sign color printing on the plastic bag surface, improved the color printing efficiency of plastic bag.
After the color icon or logo is printed, the rotating plate 502 continues to rotate counterclockwise one half of a circle to return to the initial position, the movable sleeve 504, the first color printing plate 505 and the first liquid supply hose 506 move upwards to the initial position under the action of the universal shaft connecting rod 503, the second color printing plate 14 and the second liquid supply hose 15 also move downwards to the initial position under the action of the L-shaped rod 11, the swinging groove rod 12 and the compression spring 10, then the rotating plate 502 continues to rotate counterclockwise, in the same way, the sector gear 607 is re-meshed with the driving gear 605, the winding roller 602 rotates counterclockwise again to wind the plastic bag, the plastic bag printed with the logo between the first color printing plate 505 and the second color printing plate 14 moves rightwards for a certain distance, and the operation of printing the double-sided logo is continuously performed on the plastic bag. By arranging the plastic bag winding mechanism 6, the plastic bag is automatically and intermittently wound, so that the plastic bag can intermittently move for equal distances between the first color printing plate 505 and the second color printing plate 14, the equidistant color printing effect is achieved, and pattern marks can be printed on the central position of the surface of the plastic bag.
In addition, in the process of counterclockwise rotation of the pulley 603, the cam 709 is driven to rotate counterclockwise, so that the cam is intermittently contacted with the push plate 708, the guide rod 706 is intermittently pushed to move downwards, the two hot drying plates 704 reciprocate up and down in the plastic bag winding process under the combined action of the connecting rod 707, the movable block 702 and the return spring 703, the plastic bag is prevented from being melted by concentrated heat generated by the hot drying plates 704, the plastic bag product is prevented from being damaged, and the servo motor 501 is manually turned off after all the work is finished.
