Abstract
本发明公开一种静电可擦写白板膜,包括可擦写层、PET白膜层、静电层和离型层,且静电层采用PVC材质制成,可擦写层的下表面设置PET白膜层,PET白膜层的下表面设置静电层,静电层的下表面设置离型层,可擦写层上表面设置PE保护膜,可擦写层、PET白膜层、静电层、离型层和PE保护膜均缠绕在缠绕纸筒上。本发明结构合理、使用方便;采用亚克力UV涂层便于擦写,提高使用的实用性;采用PE保护膜对亚克力UV涂层进行保护,也就是先进行裁剪粘贴后,再撕掉PE保护膜;静电层采用PVC材质制成,离型层便于从静电层上分离,提高使用的便利性;静电层可以方便的贴在普通墙体、木板和玻璃上,实用性和适用性较强,操作方便,使得普通墙体、木板和玻璃更加整洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及白板技术领域,具体涉及一种静电可擦写白板膜。
背景技术
白板是人们日常生活和工作学习中常见的书写工具,传统的白板多由木材、硬质塑料、金属制成,制造成本高、占用空间大,且笨重不易实施和更换。
随着科技的不断进步,白板膜的出现解决了传统白板所存在的缺点,但是自身也存在以下问题:1、现有的窗贴采用PET材质打底,在分离保护膜的时候不是很方便,从而在使用的时候会造成一定的麻烦。2、现有的窗贴一般采用胶水粘贴在墙体、木板和玻璃上,操作麻烦,且不易清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种静电可擦写白板膜。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种静电可擦写白板膜,其创新点在于:包括可擦写层、PET白膜层、静电层和离型层,且静电层采用PVC材质制成,所述可擦写层的下表面设置PET白膜层,所述PET白膜层的下表面设置静电层,所述静电层的下表面设置离型层,所述可擦写层上表面设置PE保护膜,所述可擦写层、PET白膜层、静电层、离型层和PE保护膜均缠绕在缠绕纸筒上。
进一步的,所述可擦写层为亚克力UV涂层。
进一步的,所述离型层为PET离型膜、离型纸或铜板淋膜纸中任意一种。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:
本发明结构合理、使用方便;采用亚克力UV涂层便于擦写,提高使用的实用性;采用PE保护膜对亚克力UV涂层进行保护,也就是先进行裁剪粘贴后,再撕掉PE保护膜;静电层采用PVC材质制成,离型层便于从静电层上分离,提高使用的便利性;静电层可以方便的贴在普通墙体、木板和玻璃上,实用性和适用性较强,操作方便,使得普通墙体、木板和玻璃更加整洁。

参看图1,一种静电可擦写白板膜,包括可擦写层1、PET白膜层2、静电层3和离型层4,且静电层3采用PVC材质制成,可擦写层1的下表面设置PET白膜层2,PET白膜层2的下表面设置静电层3,静电层3的下表面设置离型层4,可擦写层1上表面设置PE保护膜5,可擦写层1、PET白膜层2、静电层3、离型层4和PE保护膜5均缠绕在缠绕纸筒6上。具体的,可擦写层1便于擦写,提高使用的实用性;静电层3采用PVC材质制成,离型层4便于从静电层3上分离,提高使用的便利性;静电层3可以方便的贴在普通墙体、木板和玻璃上,实用性和适用性较强,操作方便,使得普通墙体、木板和玻璃更加整洁;使用时先对白板膜进行裁剪,然后进行粘贴,最后撕掉PE保护膜,PE保护膜5对亚克力UV涂层进行保护。
本实施例中,可擦写层1为亚克力UV涂层。亚克力UV涂层具备优良的可擦写性能,因此优选亚克力UV涂层。
本实施例中,离型层4为PET离型膜、离型纸或铜板淋膜纸中任意一种。可根据实际情况进行选择。
本实施例中,静电层3为白色,也可以为其它颜色,不受颜色限制。

1.一种静电可擦写白板膜,其特征在于:包括可擦写层、PET白膜层、静电层和离型层,且静电层采用PVC材质制成,所述可擦写层的下表面设置PET白膜层,所述PET白膜层的下表面设置静电层,所述静电层的下表面设置离型层,所述可擦写层上表面设置PE保护膜,所述可擦写层、PET白膜层、静电层、离型层和PE保护膜均缠绕在缠绕纸筒上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种静电可擦写白板膜,其特征在于:所述可擦写层为亚克力UV涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种静电可擦写白板膜,其特征在于:所述离型层为PET离型膜、离型纸或铜板淋膜纸中任意一种。
