The bending butt joint assembly comprises a pair of fixed supporting blocks 71, a wire clamping assembly 72 arranged at the front end of each fixed supporting block 71, a translation cylinder 73 fixed at the rear end of each fixed supporting block 71 and a turnover assembly 74 connected with the wire clamping assembly 72.
Referring to fig. 8, the fixing support block 71 includes a fixing block body 711 and a support plate 712 extending upward from a top end of the fixing block body 711. The fixed support block 71 has through holes 713 penetrating through front and rear surfaces thereof.
Referring to fig. 8, the wire clamping assembly 72 includes a wire clamping cylinder 721, and an upper wire clamping plate 722 and a lower wire clamping plate 723 connected to an output end of the wire clamping cylinder 721. Referring to fig. 10, the upper clamp plate 722 and the lower clamp plate 723 respectively comprise an L-shaped connecting section 7221 and an L-shaped clamp section 7222, one end of the L-shaped connecting section 7221 is connected with the clamp cylinder 721, the other end of the L-shaped connecting section 7221 is vertically connected with one end of the L-shaped clamp section 7222, and the other end of the L-shaped clamp section 7222 is provided with a clamp claw 72221 for clamping a fixing strap. The L-shaped connecting segment 7221 and the L-shaped clip segment 7222 lie in two mutually perpendicular planes. The upper clamp plate 722 and the lower clamp plate 723 are arranged in parallel, wherein a groove 72222 is formed by cutting off a side surface of a wire clamping claw of the upper clamp plate 722, the upper clamp plate 722 and the lower clamp plate 723 are clamped, and a wire clamping claw 72221 of the lower clamp plate 723 abuts against the bottom of the groove 72222 and is used for clamping a fixing strap. In addition, the inner end of the wire clamping claw 72221 of the lower wire clamping plate 723 is cut off to form an avoiding part 72223, so that the situation that two wire clamping claws 72221 are not clamped tightly is avoided. The end of the thread clamping cylinder 721 is fixed with a rotating plate 724.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the flipping unit 74 includes a flipping cylinder 741, a connecting rod 742, and a swinging rod 743 sleeved on an outer surface of the connecting rod 742. The non-output end of the turnover cylinder 741 is coupled to the support plate 712, the output end of the turnover cylinder 741 is coupled to the swinging rod 743, and specifically, the swinging rod 743 is tightly sleeved to the connecting rod 742.
One end of the connecting rod 742 is fixed to the rotating plate 724, and the other end of the connecting rod 742 penetrates into the through hole 713 of the fixed supporting block 71 and is connected with the fixed supporting block 71 in a bearing mode, so that the connecting rod 742 rotates in the through hole 713.
The overturning cylinder 741 is provided with a piston rod, the tail end of the piston rod is connected with the swinging rod 743, the piston rod of the overturning cylinder 741 is retracted, the swinging rod 743 drives the connecting rod 742 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the upper clamp plate 722 and the lower clamp plate 723 are overturned by 90 degrees, and the upper clamp plate 722 and the lower clamp plate 723 are overturned from the first state 100 to the second state 200.
The working process of the invention is as follows: referring to fig. 13, a conveying chain 12 drags a mask model assembly 14 covered with a mask to be conveyed between a left welding assembly and a right welding assembly; after the fixing belt clamping jaw is in place, the telescopic cylinder drives the telescopic plate 43 to slide on the sliding rail 45, and the fixing belt clamping jaw 41 is driven to be close to the feeding mechanism 5; then, the telescopic rod 422 of the clamping jaw cylinder 42 is recovered to drive the two clamping plates 411 to clamp the fixing belt extending out of the wire hole seat 51; the jacking cylinder 53 lifts the fixed belt pressing plate 52, the fixed belt clamping jaws 41 move in the direction away from the wire hole seat 51 and pull out a section of fixed belt, after the fixed belt is pulled out to reach a preset length, the translation cylinder 73 pushes the fixed supporting block to move to drive the wire clamping assemblies 72 to be close to the fixed belt, the two sets of wire clamping assemblies 72 clamp two ends of the fixed belt, and the cylinder body 62 is driven to control the scissors 61 to be closed, so that the fixed belt is sheared; thereafter, the fixing band is released by the fixing band holding jaw 41; the turnover cylinder 741 drives the connecting rod 742 to rotate by 90 degrees through the swing rod 743, the two groups of wire clamping assemblies 72 are turned over towards the directions close to the two sides of the mask model assembly 14 and clamp the mask, so that the fixing band is folded in half and the two ends of the fixing band are aligned with welding points on the two sides of the mask; the welding cylinder pushes the guide rail seat 35 to slide on the guide rail 36, so that the welding head 32 can weld the fixing band and the mask.

Claims (6)

1. A mask fixing band welding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1, the fixing belt clamping jaws clamp the fixing belt extending out of the wire hole seat and move in the direction far away from the wire hole seat, and a section of fixing belt is pulled out of two groups of fixing belt clamping jaws;
step S2, after the fixing straps are pulled out to reach the preset length, two groups of wire clamping assemblies clamp two ends of one fixing strap, the fixing strap is cut off by a shearing mechanism, two groups of wire clamping assemblies are arranged at two ends of the mask model assembly, and two fixing straps are clamped synchronously;
step S3, the fixing belt clamping jaws release the fixing belt, the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate of the wire clamping assembly drive the fixing belt to turn over towards the two sides of the mask model assembly, and the fixing belt is clamped to be attached to the mask.
2. The mask fixing band welding method according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 includes:
step S11, the telescopic cylinder drives the telescopic plate to slide along the slide rail, and the fixing belt clamping jaw is close to the wire hole seat;
step S12, a fixing belt extending out of the outer end of the wire hole seat penetrates between the two opened clamping plates, and the telescopic rod of the clamping jaw cylinder is recovered to drive the two clamping plates to clamp the fixing belt;
and step S12, the jacking cylinder lifts the fixing belt pressing plate covering the upper end of the wire hole seat, and the fixing belt clamping jaws clamp the fixing belt to return to the initial position along the sliding rail.
