Technical Field

For example, the invention with the patent number CN108160381B discloses a water curtain type paint spray booth, which is divided into a spray booth and a gas-liquid recovery booth by vertical partition boards, wherein the top of the paint spray booth is provided with three overflow troughs, an inclined water curtain board is arranged at the overflow port of each overflow trough, the three water curtain boards are parallel to each other, the bottom of the paint spray booth is provided with a water containing pool, a gas-liquid circulation passage is reserved between the lower end of the vertical partition board and the bottom board of the water containing pool, a spray workbench and a paint spray gun are arranged in the spray booth, a gas-water separator and an exhaust fan are arranged in the gas-liquid recovery booth, the spray booth is provided with an air inlet, and the gas flow sent by the air inlet sequentially passes through the three water curtains, then is sent into the gas-liquid recovery booth through the gas-liquid circulation passage at the lower end of the vertical partition board, and then is discharged outwards by the exhaust fan after. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to design a water curtain paint spraying room which can quickly clean paint floating on a water pool and can recycle the whole water body, aiming at the defects of the existing water curtain paint spraying room.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

When the water curtain paint spraying chamber disclosed by the invention is used for spraying paint on the surface of a water pump, along with long-time paint spraying treatment, the floating paint on the surface of a water body in a water pool can be gradually increased, and when the floating paint on the surface of the water body reaches a certain degree, an operator can open the second electromagnetic valve and enable an external air pump to fill air into the balloon, so that the balloon is expanded; then opening a first electromagnetic valve, enabling an external air pump to fill air into an air bag, expanding the air bag at the moment to enable the liquid level in the water pool to rise until the water level in the water pool covers most of the air ball, enabling paint floating on the surface of the water body to be adhered to the outer surface of the air ball, then starting the air pump reversely to pump out the air in the air bag, descending the liquid level at the moment, separating most of the paint floating on the surface of the water body from the water body, then opening a second electromagnetic valve to discharge the air in the air ball, finally starting a first motor, enabling a limiting sliding strip to be communicated with the air ball to extend out of a balloon replacement window through the meshing action between a gear and a tooth surface, and enabling an operator to clean the surface of the air ball and remove the paint on the surface; when the paint on the surface of the balloon is difficult to clean, only a new balloon needs to be replaced.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) according to the invention, the water level in the water pool can be raised and lowered by arranging the air bag in the water pool and inflating or exhausting the air bag through the external air pump, meanwhile, the balloon is inflated through the external air pump, so that the balloon is expanded, the expanded balloon extends into a water body, the paint floats on the upper surface of the water body due to hydrophobic groups in the paint and is adhered to the surface of the balloon, and then the water level in the water pool is lowered, so that the water body in the water pool is separated from the floating paint; its thinking is novel, convenient operation, design simple structure, but it can effectively will get rid of the water floating on surface paint in the pond, and its water after getting rid of paint can long-time cyclic use for whole cascade paint spray booth is environmental protection more.
2) The water curtain plate is different from the traditional water curtain paint spraying chamber, the angle adjustment of the whole water curtain plate can be realized through the rotation arrangement between the water curtain plate and the partition plate and the telescopic device, and in the actual paint spraying process, an operator can adjust the integral inclination angle of the water curtain plate according to the actual paint spraying amount and the water flow rate, so that the optimal effect of removing the sprayed paint is achieved; in addition, the water pump placing disc is driven to rotate by the second motor, and an operator does not need to manually rotate the water pump body in the process of spraying paint on the outer surface of the water pump, so that the paint spraying process of the water pump is more convenient, the workload of the operator is greatly reduced, and the practicability is higher.

Example 1
Embodiment 1 describes a water curtain paint spraying chamber for spraying paint on the outer surface of a water pump, which comprises a chamber body 1, a water curtain plate 2 and a circulating water pump 3, wherein a vertical partition plate 4 is arranged in the chamber body 1, the partition plate 4 divides the chamber body 1 into a paint spraying area 101 and a gas-liquid recovery area 102, the front side surface of the gas-liquid recovery area 102 is provided with a paint spraying chamber opening, the water curtain plate 2 is obliquely and fixedly arranged on the partition plate 4, and the whole water curtain plate 2 is positioned in the paint spraying area 101 and is arranged right opposite to the paint spraying chamber opening.
A water tank 5 is arranged on the upper surface of the chamber body 1 above the paint spraying area 101, a plurality of sewer pipes 6 are uniformly arranged on the lower surface of the water tank 5, the sewer pipes 6 are arranged right opposite to the water curtain plate 2, and water in the water tank 5 falls on the water curtain plate 2 from the sewer pipes 6, so that a waterfall-shaped water curtain is formed.
The bottom of the chamber body 1 below the water curtain plate 2 is provided with a water pool which is communicated with the lower ends of the paint spraying area 101 and the gas-liquid recovery area 102. The circulating water pump 3 is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the chamber body 1, the water inlet end of the circulating water pump 3 is communicated with the water pool, the water outlet end of the circulating water pump 3 is connected with a water pumping pipe 7 extending into the water tank 5, and the water body of the whole system is recycled through the circulating water pump 3.
In the embodiment, the bottom wall of the water pool is provided with the air bag 8, the air bag 8 is connected with the first inflation tube 9 extending out of the chamber body 1, the first inflation tube 9 is provided with the first electromagnetic valve 10, the first inflation tube 9 is connected with an external air pump (not shown in the figure), and the air bag 8 is inflated to increase the volume of the air bag, so that the water level in the water pool rises.
The lower end of the front side face of the partition board 4 positioned on the inner side of the water curtain board 2 is fixedly connected with a horizontal board 11, the lower surface of the horizontal board 11 is fixedly connected with a sliding rail 12, a limiting sliding strip 13 is arranged in the sliding rail 12, and the limiting sliding strip 13 is matched with the sliding rail 12. The lower surface of the limiting slide bar 13 is provided with a plurality of pipe clamps 14, a second inflation tube 15 is fixedly arranged in the pipe clamps 14, the end part of the second inflation tube 15 extending out of the chamber body 1 is connected with a second electromagnetic valve 16, and the second inflation tube 15 is also connected with an external air pump. Meanwhile, a plurality of inflation connecting pipes 17 are uniformly arranged on the lower surface of the second inflation pipe 15 positioned in the chamber body, and each inflation connecting pipe 17 is provided with a balloon 18. In addition, the present embodiment further includes a liquid level sensor 35 disposed on the sidewall of the pool, a controller 36 disposed on the outer surface of the chamber body 1 for electrically connecting the liquid level sensor 35 and the controller 36, and an alarm 37 disposed on the outer surface of the chamber body 1 for electrically connecting the alarm 37 and the controller 36. When the water level in the pool is reduced a lot, the liquid level sensor 35 sends a signal to the controller 36, and the controller gives an alarm by controlling the alarm 37, so as to remind an operator to add water; in addition, when the air bag 8 is inflated to raise the liquid level of the water pool, the operator can be automatically reminded when the liquid level exceeds a certain height.
Finally, the embodiment is also provided with a drain pipe 38 at the rear side of the water tank, the drain pipe 38 is provided with a manual valve 39, and when the water in the water tank is seriously polluted after being recycled for a long time, the manual valve 39 is opened to drain the water in the water tank, and the water is refilled into the water for operation.
