Background
The cement truck dust remover removes dust by adopting an atomized liquid dust removal mechanism, has the advantages of irreplaceable dust removal of atomized liquid drops compared with other dust removal technologies, and is low in energy consumption, high in efficiency, safe and reliable in atomized dust removal. The effect of the atomized liquid droplets determines the quality of the dust removal effect. The dust remover adopts the atomizing nozzle to construct internal high-speed rotation in the rotational flow by liquid flow, so that the liquid flow has high angular momentum while flowing at high speed, and then the liquid drop is mixed with the pressure difference of air to realize the liquid drop breakage at the nozzle outlet, thereby achieving good atomizing effect.
However, the atomizing nozzles often become clogged during use. The main reason of analysis is due to the impurities in the cement truck water tank and the water tank of the drilling team. In construction, the water in the water tank is supplied to the water tank of the cement truck by using a submersible pump, and then the water in the water tank is pressurized by using a jet pump and is supplied to a nozzle of a dust remover, so that the water tank and the water tank of the cement truck are open, and various falling objects inevitably exist. In daily use, the manifold is usually required to be backwashed for better cleaning the manifold of the cement truck, so that residual cement slag in the manifold backflushs to the backwater tank to store the cement slag in the water tank, and the diameter of a nozzle of the dust remover is only 3mm, so that blockage in the using process cannot be avoided.

The outer filter screen is used for filtering impurities more than 10mm, the middle filter screen is used for filtering impurities more than 5mm, and the inner filter screen is used for filtering impurities more than 2 mm.
The length of the conical single-flow cylinder is at least three times of the cylinder diameter of the large diameter at the top, so that the conical single-flow cylinder cannot be completely ejected out during backflushing), and at the same time, the conical single-flow cylinder is reinserted into the water inlet pipeline under the action of gravity when the backflushing is finished.

The filter is installed in the water inlet pipe of the water tank, the whole filter screen is in a cubic shape, the size is 550m x 550mm x 110mm (the size can be adjusted according to actual conditions), the filter screen is divided into three layers, the outermost layer of filter screen can filter impurities more than 10mm, the middle layer of filter screen can filter impurities more than 5mm, and the innermost layer of filter screen can filter impurities more than 2 mm. The bottom of the filter screen is connected with a conical single-flow barrel, the diameter of the upper part of the conical single-flow barrel is 153mm, the diameter of the lower part of the conical single-flow barrel is 100mm, the bottom surfaces of the filter screen except for the part connected with the conical single-flow barrel are both blind plates, and a check valve is arranged at the lower part of the conical single-flow barrel, so that fluid can only flow into a water inlet pipe from a water tank through the filter screen when flowing forwards as shown in figure; during backflushing, as shown in fig. 2, due to the existence of the check valve, water cannot pass through the filter, the filter device is jacked up to a certain height and then flows into the water tank from the conical single flow cylinder at the lower part of the filter device and the space of the inner wall of the manifold, and when backflushing is finished, the conical single flow cylinder is inserted into the pipe again under the action of gravity. The conical single-flow cylinder is designed to be conical, and the conical single-flow cylinder is designed to be conical, so that linear sealing is adopted between the conical single-flow cylinder and the water inlet pipe, and the sealing effect is prevented from being influenced by impurities when the filter falls into the pipe after the back flushing of cement to the maximum extent. The outer wall of the bottom uniflow cylinder is made of elastic rubber, so that the sealing effect of the filtering device and the inner wall of the pipe is improved.
