Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery seeding equipment, relates to a seed metering device, and particularly relates to a disc type telescopic tooth seed metering device.
Background
The seed metering device is a core component of the seeder and is a main factor for determining the characteristics and the seeding quality of the seeder. The working efficiency of the seeder and the quality of crop emergence are directly affected by the working performance of the seed sowing device. The existing disc-type seed metering device cannot adjust the seed metering amount according to actual conditions. The number and the positions of the telescopic arc teeth are in one-to-one correspondence with the spiral sliding grooves.
The outer wall of the shell is provided with a chute corresponding to the adjusting rod, and the adjusting rod slides in the chute, so that the arc teeth are adjusted to stretch and retract, and the seed metering amount is adjusted.
And one side of each sliding groove is provided with three clamping grooves which respectively correspond to the three circular sliding grooves, and when the adjusting rod is clamped in the first clamping groove, the arc tooth convex blocks slide in the first sliding grooves.
The circular sliding grooves are provided with 3 circular sliding grooves, and the 3 circular sliding grooves are arranged at equal intervals in the same axis; the spiral sliding grooves are circularly arrayed on the circular sliding grooves by taking the axle center of the circular sliding grooves as the center, and each spiral sliding groove spans 3 circular sliding grooves.

As shown in fig. 1-4, in a disc type telescopic tooth seed metering device, the number and the positions of telescopic arc teeth 8 are in one-to-one correspondence with a spiral chute 10; the outer wall of the shell 3 is provided with a chute 13 corresponding to the adjusting rod 2, and the adjusting rod slides in the chute, so that the arc teeth are adjusted to stretch and retract, and the seed metering amount is adjusted; one side of the chute 13 is provided with three clamping grooves 14, three clamping grooves 14 respectively correspond to the three circular ring chute 11, and when the adjusting rod 2 is clamped in the first clamping groove, the arc tooth convex blocks 19 slide in the first chute; the circular sliding grooves 11 are provided with 3 circular sliding grooves 11, and the 3 circular sliding grooves 11 are arranged at equal intervals in the same axis; the spiral sliding grooves 10 are circularly arrayed on the circular sliding grooves 11 by taking the axle center of the circular sliding grooves 11 as the center, and each spiral sliding groove 10 spans 3 circular sliding grooves 11.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the working principle of a disc type telescopic tooth seed metering device is as follows: during operation, seeds fall into a seed filling area through the seed box 1, the seed metering shaft 15 drives the telescopic arc teeth 8 to rotate, the seed scraping plate 18 brushes off residual seeds in the telescopic arc teeth 8, then the telescopic arc teeth 8 drive the seeds to enter the seed falling area, the seeds enter the seed guiding device 12 under the action of dead weight, then the seeds fall onto the seed guiding spoon 12-1, and fall into a seed ditch through the seed guiding pipeline 12-4 under the drive of the seed guiding wheel 12-3. When the rotary adjusting rod 2 is respectively rotated to three circular sliding grooves, three-level adjustment of seed metering quantity can be realized.
