and the wireless communication module is used for establishing connection with mobile terminals of other users and sending emergency information and warning display information.
The information processing unit also comprises an information judgment module which is communicated with a system background database and used for verifying emergency information; and when the emergency level is one level, the system directly notifies the relevant department.
The information processing unit also comprises a positioning module, and when the emergency information does not contain the geographical position information, the positioning module acquires the geographical position information of the information issuing user based on the satellite positioning technology and sends the geographical position information to the wireless communication module and the information storage module.
When the level of the emergency event is one level, the positioning module is also used for monitoring all related users in the preset range of the geographical position information, carrying out prejudgment according to the action routes of the related users, and if the system prejudges that related personnel can pass through the event occurrence place, sending emergency information and warning display information to the related users.

the information processing unit receives the emergency information, checks and processes the emergency information, and comprises an information receiving module, an early warning indicating module, a wireless communication module and an information storage module, wherein the information receiving module is used for receiving the emergency information, the early warning indicating module comprises a grade selecting module for a user to select the grade of the emergency event and a warning information output module of warning display information matched with the grade of the emergency event, the warning display information comprises ringing information, vibration information, flash lamp information, video information and/or color information output on the mobile terminal through the wireless communication module, and the emergency information, the grade of the emergency event and the warning display information are stored in the information storage module;
and the wireless communication module is used for establishing connection between the mobile terminals of other users and sending the emergency information and the warning display information.

The information distribution system capable of issuing emergency events according to claim 1, wherein said information processing unit further comprises an information determination module, said information determination module is connected to a system background database for verifying said emergency information.
