Abstract
The invention discloses a method for combining an IM (instant messaging) and an audio-video network conference, which comprises the following steps of: s1: determining the conference type, and making conference appointment or initiating an instant conference; s2: a sender initiates a conference and sends an IM message; s3: and after receiving the IM message, the receiver selects whether to participate in the conference. The method can make the association between the instant messaging IM and the audio and video, and the video conference becomes more convenient.

Background
The mature IM clients of the current products on the Internet are many, such as WeChat, QQ and the like, but at present, the products only have a video call function and do not have a desktop sharing function required by a conference. s1: determining the conference type, making conference appointment or initiating an instant conference, when selecting to initiate an appointment conference, firstly editing the conference name at a PC terminal, selecting the conference starting time, the conference type, whether to enter the conference in advance or not, whether to need a password or not, selecting participants in the conference, and sending a conference invitation to all the participants through an IM message after the selection is finished;
s2: a sender initiates a conference, sends an IM message, a home page obtains related contents of the conference, reads a message type field, splices information and puts the information into an IM message body, the sender sends the IM message, then pops up a waiting conference interface, a receiver receives the IM message and pops up an answering interface;
s3: after receiving the IM message, a receiver receives the IM message, an invited person clicks the IM message, different conference invitation state popup UI interfaces are displayed according to the state of a current reserved conference, whether the conference is participated in is selected, if a call is incoming in an audio and video conference and a user answers the call, the app interrupts the current conference, related information of the conference is stored, then when the app interface is in a session list or a chat interface, the state of the current conference is requested through the stored information, if the current conference is still in progress, a shortcut entrance of the conference is displayed, the user can click to directly enter the conference, and if the state of the current interrupted conference is not in progress, the stored information related to the conference is deleted.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein step S2 includes 3 cases:
the receiver receives the meeting and the sender then;
the sender automatically enters the meeting after 60s under the condition that the receiver does not accept nor reject;
the receiver refuses to answer the call.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein when the receiving party refuses to answer the call, the method comprises 2 cases:
the sender and the receiver are in single chat, and if the receiver refuses to answer, the waiting interface of the sender disappears;
