Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an embodiment of a control method of a wearable device of the present application, where the control method includes:
s110: the wearable device receives a triggering instruction for taking a picture or recording a video.
Wearable equipment is a portable equipment of directly wearing on one's body, or integrate to user's clothes or accessory, and it is not merely a hardware equipment, and it can realize powerful function through software support and data interaction, high in the clouds interaction, brings powerful transformation to people's life, perception. The head support may be glasses, a helmet, a headband, a wrist watch, a bracelet, a wrist band, shoes, socks, or the like.
Wearable equipment in this application is equipped with the camera, and it possesses and shoots or record a video function, and among the prior art, after receiving trigger command, wearable equipment can directly shoot or begin to record a video. Unlike the prior art, in the present embodiment, after receiving the trigger instruction, the wearable device does not immediately take a picture or record a video, but proceeds to step S120.
S120: the wearable device sends the current preview picture of the camera to the communication terminal, wherein the communication terminal establishes communication connection with the wearable device in advance.
The communication terminal that establishes communication connection with the wearable device in advance may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook, or the like, or may be another wearable device, which is not limited herein.
After the wearable device is in communication connection with the communication terminal, interaction can be carried out between the wearable device and the communication terminal. The wearable device can be connected with the Communication terminal in a wired or wireless manner, and the connection manner includes but is not limited to bluetooth, WIFI (wireless fidelity), NFC (Near Field Communication) and other connection manners.
S130: the communication terminal receives the picture sent by the wearable device and judges whether preset features exist in the picture.
The communication terminal can identify the picture sent by the wearable device, judge whether the preset characteristics exist in the picture to be shot by the wearable device currently, and when the preset characteristics exist in the picture, indicate that the content to be shot by the wearable device currently does not meet the shooting requirement. The preset feature may be an identifier for prohibiting shooting, for example, an identifier for prohibiting shooting in a museum, or content that is stored in a communication terminal or a database and is continuously updated, for example, content that is currently being shielded by a network, non-civilized content, custom content, and the like.
The communication terminal identifies the features in the picture sent by the wearable device one by one in the identification and judgment process, compares each identified feature with a preset feature, and judges that the preset feature exists in the picture sent by the wearable device if the similarity between the features in the picture and the preset feature exceeds a similarity threshold (the similarity threshold can be designed by designers, for example, 80%), or otherwise judges that the preset feature does not exist in the picture sent by the wearable device.
S140: and the communication terminal returns a control instruction.
And the communication terminal returns a control instruction according to the judged result.
S150: and the wearable equipment takes pictures or records the pictures according to the control instruction.
In the prior art, after receiving trigger command, wearable equipment can directly shoot or record a video, and the user of wearable equipment can freely shoot or record a video to there is following defect: if the finally taken photos or videos relate to sensitive topics or vulgar contents, when the photos or videos are published on the network, the network environment can be polluted, or the user of the wearable device is a minor, and if some photos or videos which are harmful to physical and mental health are taken, the growth of the user can be adversely affected. Therefore, in the embodiment, after the trigger instruction is received, the wearable device sends the current preview image of the camera to the communication terminal, the communication terminal performs identification and judgment, and then the wearable device is controlled to take a picture or record a video, so as to ensure that the image or video taken by the wearable device meets the regulations. In addition, the embodiment gives the process of identification and judgment to the communication terminal instead of the wearable device for processing, thereby avoiding slowing down the processing speed of the wearable device, and particularly improving and shortening the time of the whole processing process when the processing capacity of the communication terminal processor is far greater than that of the wearable device processor.
In an application scene, the communication terminal controls the wearable device to normally shoot or prohibit shooting according to whether preset characteristics exist in a picture or not. In the application scenario, if the communication terminal determines that the preset features exist in the picture sent by the wearable device, the wearable device is controlled to prohibit photographing or recording, otherwise, if the communication terminal determines that the preset features do not exist in the picture sent by the wearable device, the wearable device is controlled to normally photograph or record.
Optionally, when the communication terminal determines that the preset feature exists in the picture sent by the wearable device, the control instruction is returned, otherwise, the control instruction is not returned, that is, for the wearable device, if the control instruction returned by the communication terminal is received within a preset time (for example, 2 seconds), the photographing or the recording is prohibited, and if the control instruction returned by the communication terminal is not received within the preset time, the photographing or the recording is performed normally.
Optionally, when the communication terminal determines that the preset feature exists in the picture sent by the wearable device, the communication terminal returns the first control instruction, otherwise, the communication terminal returns the second control instruction, that is, for the wearable device, the wearable device may normally shoot or prohibit shooting according to the type of the returned control instruction.
Particularly, in the application scenario, when the wearable device receives a trigger instruction of a video, since the video is a persistent process, when the trigger instruction is received, a currently previewed picture of the camera may not have preset features, and when the trigger instruction is received, the previewed picture of the camera may have preset features in a subsequent process, the whole process of the video is determined as receiving the trigger instruction of the video, that is, the currently previewed picture of the camera is sent to the communication terminal in real time in the process of the video, and the communication terminal controls the video recording process of the wearable device terminal as long as the preset features exist in the recorded picture at a certain time point.
In another application scenario, the communication terminal controls the wearable device to normally shoot or mosaic-process the shot image/video according to whether preset features exist in the picture. In the application scenario, if the communication terminal determines that the preset feature exists in the picture sent by the wearable device, the communication terminal returns a control instruction carrying preset feature information, the communication terminal takes a picture or records a video according to the returned control instruction and performs mosaic processing on a second feature in the finally formed image or video, and if the communication terminal determines that the preset feature does not exist in the picture sent by the wearable device, the communication terminal does not return the control instruction or returns different control instructions, that is, for the wearable device, if the control instruction is not received within the preset time or the received control instruction is different from the control instruction carrying the preset feature information, the wearable device takes a picture or records a video normally.
Further, in the application scenario, the communication terminal may further classify the preset features according to parameters such as a sensitivity level, an invisibility level, and the like, so as to classify the preset features into a mosaic feature and a shooting prohibition feature, for example, classify the preset features into a high-sensitivity feature and a low-sensitivity feature according to a level of the sensitivity level, where the high-sensitivity feature is a shooting prohibition feature, and the low-sensitivity feature is a mosaic feature, when the communication terminal determines that the preset feature exists in a picture sent by the wearable device, further determine whether the preset feature existing in the picture is the mosaic feature or the shooting prohibition feature, when the preset feature is the mosaic feature, the communication terminal controls the wearable device to shoot or record a video, and performs mosaic processing on the mosaic feature existing in the image or the video, and when the preset feature is the shooting prohibition feature, the communication terminal controls the wearable device to prohibit shooting or recording, of course, when the communication terminal determines that the preset features do not exist in the picture, the wearable device normally shoots.
Further, in this application scenario, in order to determine that the mosaic-processed image or video meets the requirement, the wearable device may further send the mosaic-processed image or video to the communication terminal.
Specifically, after the wearable device performs mosaic processing on the shot pictures or videos, the wearable device does not automatically store the final images or videos, but sends the processed images or videos to the communication terminal, and after the user of the communication terminal determines that the final shot images or videos meet requirements, the wearable device stores the images or videos.
In another application scenario, considering that not all users need to supervise photographing or video recording, for a user with good reputation, the wearable device has autonomy, and the probability of photographing or shooting bad content in a scene in which photographing is prohibited is low, so in the application scenario, after receiving a trigger instruction of photographing or video recording, the wearable device acquires the identity of the user, and if the identity of the user meets a preset requirement, the wearable device directly performs photographing or video recording after receiving the trigger instruction, otherwise, the wearable device performs a step of sending a picture currently previewed by a camera to a communication terminal.
The identity of the user can be obtained through the data filled in by the user in advance, face recognition, normal credit integration of the user and the like, and how to obtain the identity of the user is not limited herein.
In another application scenario, considering the habits of the user, for example, the user basically shoots the content related to work during working hours, so that the probability of shooting inappropriate content during working hours is low, or the probability that the user is exposed to inappropriate content at home is low, so in this application scenario, after receiving a triggering instruction of taking a picture or recording a video, the wearable device acquires the current time and/or position, according to the living habits of the users, big data is used for analysis to judge the current application scenes of the users, such as whether the current users are in a working state or a tourism state, or the wearable device is in a rest state, when the user is judged to be in a tourism state at present, the wearable device executes the step of sending the current preview picture of the camera to the communication terminal, and the wearable device of the user can directly take pictures or record videos after receiving the trigger instruction.
Optionally, in the application scenario, the wearable device may further determine, according to the current location, which tourist attraction the current user is specifically located in, determine, according to a record about the tourist attraction on the network, whether the tourist attraction has an application scenario that cannot be shot or content that is not suitable for shooting, and finally determine whether the wearable device needs to send a picture currently previewed by the camera to the communication terminal.
In another application scenario, in order to clean the unsuitable shot content from the root, when the communication terminal determines that the preset features exist in the picture sent by the wearable device, the communication terminal acquires the positioning information of the wearable device and feeds the positioning information back to the police related system, so that police officers can clean the wearable device in time.
In another application scenario, after the wearable device is prohibited from shooting by the communication terminal or the content finally shot needs to be mosaic-processed, the wearable device uploads the current location to the server, and the server performs statistics, so that when other wearable devices need to shoot, the server determines whether to execute the step of sending the current preview picture of the camera to the communication terminal according to the result of the statistics.
In another application scenario, when the communication terminal determines that the preset feature exists in the picture sent by the wearable device and prohibits the wearable device from prohibiting taking pictures or recording videos, the wearable device pops up prompt information for prompting. Optionally, the communication terminal returns control information carrying the preset feature, and the prompt information popped up by the communication terminal includes the preset feature information, that is, the reason why the user prohibits photographing or recording is explicitly notified at this time, so as to avoid panic for the user.
In another application scenario, the wearable device counts the number of times of forbidden photographing or video recording, or counts the number of times of mosaic processing of a photographed image or video, and when the number of times reaches a number threshold, it is determined that a user of the wearable device is a key supervising user, and after receiving a triggering instruction of photographing or video recording, the wearable device executes a step of sending a current preview picture of the camera to the communication terminal.
In another application scenario, the probability that the user opens the front camera for self-shooting is high, so that in the application scenario, only after a trigger instruction for opening the rear camera for shooting or recording is received, the step of sending the current preview picture of the camera to the communication terminal is executed.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another embodiment of a control method of a wearable device according to the present application, in which the control method of the wearable device includes:

S260: the wearable device judges whether the identity of the user meets preset requirements.
S270: if the preset requirements are met, the wearable device takes a picture or records a video, and adds a watermark carrying the user identity to the taken picture or video; otherwise, the wearable device stops taking pictures or recording videos.
Unlike the above embodiments, in the present embodiment, when the identity of the user meets a preset requirement, for example, the identity of the user is a teacher, a police officer, a news reporter, or the like, even if the communication terminal determines that content unsuitable for shooting exists in the picture shot by the current wearable device, the wearable device continues shooting, but a watermark indicating the identity of the user is added to the finally shot image or video, for example, the name, work units, or the like of the user is added, so that the responsibility of the shooting person can be followed in case that the image or video is released to the network at a later time.
It should be noted that, in any of the above embodiments, if the communication terminal determines that the picture sent by the wearable device has the identifier for prohibiting photographing, the wearable device is prohibited from photographing or recording absolutely regardless of the identity of the user or other conditions.
