through APP remote operation, a control signal instruction with a shielding wire controller, a remote controller and a panel key is sent, after an air conditioner or an equipment controller with the remote controller or the wire controller receives the instruction, the remote controller or the wire controller instruction is subjected to independent shielding processing, any signal sent by the remote controller or the wire controller is not processed, a remote control mode only receiving the APP is entered, only the APP remote instruction is processed, and the equipment startup and shutdown actions are controlled;
through infrared remote control instruction, send and have shielding APP remote terminal control signal instruction, the air conditioner or have the equipment controller of remote controller or drive-by-wire ware receive the instruction after, shielding remote control terminal control, get into and only receive local control signal mode, do not handle remote control terminal signal.

The method for remotely setting control authority according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of local control signals are controlled by the APP terminal in a combined shielding manner, and the local control signals are combined arbitrarily; the local control signal comprises a wire controller operation instruction, an APP instruction, a remote controller instruction and a panel key instruction are received and processed.

the combination 3, 1100 shields the remote controller and panel key instructions, and receives and processes APP and line controller instructions;
the combination 4, 1000 shields the wire controller, the remote controller and the panel key instruction, and receives and processes the AP instruction;
where 0 represents masking and 1 represents unmasking.
4. The method for remotely setting control authority according to claim 1, wherein the APP side sends on/off, switching mode, temperature plus or minus, timing instruction to control load action through WLAN protocol.
5. The method for remotely setting control authority according to claim 1, wherein the entering only receives the remote control mode of the APP, only processes the remote command of the APP, and the method for controlling the on/off action of the device comprises:

(4) after the step (3) is executed, the APP remote terminal controls a signal mode, when receiving a remote operation instruction from an APP terminal or other unshielded control signal instructions, the air conditioner and the intelligent household appliance with a remote controller or a wire controller control the load to start and stop running according to the operation instruction, and at the moment, the shielded control signal is not processed;
(5) after the step (4) is executed, receiving an operation shielding removal control signal instruction from the APP remote terminal, recovering shielded control signals of the line controller, the remote controller and the panel keys, and executing load operation according to the control signals when the control signals of the line controller, the remote controller and the panel keys are received;
(6) and (5) after the step (5) is executed, when the air conditioner and the intelligent household appliance receive the APP remote control terminal instruction and the line controller, the remote controller and the panel key control signal appear alternately in a short time, executing according to the last operation instruction, and displaying and starting and stopping the load.
