Abstract
The invention discloses a power distribution cabinet, which comprises a plurality of bottom plates hinged from left to right in sequence, wherein the front end and the rear end of each bottom plate are symmetrically provided with two trapezoidal end plates; an electric element and a wiring box are arranged between the two end plates on each bottom plate; two ends of the hinged shaft of two adjacent bottom plates are respectively and rotatably connected with a first electric push rod, the telescopic ends of the first electric push rods are symmetrically hinged with two first connecting rods, and the two first connecting rods are respectively hinged with two adjacent end plates; when the first electric push rod extends out, the two first connecting rods pull the two adjacent bottom plates to approach around the hinge shaft, and when the first electric push rod contracts, the two first connecting rods push the two adjacent bending frames to separate around the hinge shaft; the bottom plate positioned at the leftmost end and the bottom plate positioned at the rightmost end are both provided with a moving assembly through a scissor assembly; the power distribution cabinet is simple in structure, and can be maintained and carried.

Technical Field

Background
The power distribution cabinet is common power supply control equipment, and is mainly used for assembling switch equipment, measuring instruments, protective electrical appliances and auxiliary equipment in a closed metal cabinet according to the electrical wiring requirement, so that the requirement of normal operation of a power system is met, and the safety of people and surrounding equipment is not endangered. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-4, a power distribution cabinet includes eight bottom plates 101 hinged from left to right in sequence, and two trapezoidal end plates 20 are symmetrically disposed at the front and rear ends of each bottom plate 101; an electric element 6 and a wiring box 7 are arranged between the two end plates 20 on each bottom plate 101, and the wiring harness of the whole electric control cabinet is connected out from the bottom of the wiring box 7 on the bottom plate 101 at the leftmost end; two ends of the hinge shaft of two adjacent bottom plates 101 are rotatably connected with first electric push rods 31, the telescopic ends of the first electric push rods 31 are symmetrically hinged with two first connecting rods 33, and the two first connecting rods 33 are respectively hinged with two adjacent end plates 20; when the first electric push rod 31 extends out, the two first connecting rods 33 pull the two adjacent bottom plates 101 to approach around the hinge shaft, and when the first electric push rod 31 contracts, the two first connecting rods 33 push the two adjacent bending frames to separate around the hinge shaft; when the first electric push rod 31 is completely contracted, the two adjacent bottom plates 101 are positioned in the same horizontal plane, and when the first electric push rod 31 is completely extended, the included angle between the two adjacent bottom plates 101 is 135 degrees; wherein, the bottom plate 101 at the leftmost end and the bottom plate 101 at the rightmost end are both provided with a moving component through the scissor component.
The upper end of the end plate 20 on one of the bottom plates 101 is provided with a circular convex plate 22, and the upper ends of the end plates 20 on the other bottom plates 101 are provided with arc-shaped grooves 23; when the first electric push rods 31 are all completely extended, the adjacent bottom plates 101 all drive the end plates 20 to turn over, so that the left side and the right side of the two adjacent end plates 20 are in parallel contact, and the outer sides of the circumferences of the circular convex plates 22 extend into the arc-shaped grooves 23. A motor 50 is fixedly installed at the center of one of the circular convex plates 22, and a heat dissipation fan blade 51 is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the motor 50.
The moving assemblies comprise moving plates 81 and rotating wheels 812 arranged below the moving plates 81; the scissor assemblies respectively comprise a left connecting rod 815 and a right connecting rod 814 which are arranged in an X shape; the lower end of the bottom plate 101 is provided with an upper guide sliding plate 102, an upper guide sliding groove 211 is arranged in each upper guide sliding plate 102, the upper end of the moving plate 81 is provided with a lower guide sliding plate 82, and a lower guide sliding groove 811 is arranged in each lower guide sliding plate 82; the upper left end of the left connecting rod 815 is hinged to the bottom plate 101, and the lower left end of the right connecting rod 814 is hinged to the moving plate 81; the right lower end of the left connecting rod 815 is provided with a lower convex column 104 extending into the lower guide sliding groove 811, the right upper end of the right connecting rod 814 is provided with an upper convex column 103 extending into the upper guide sliding groove 211, the moving plate 81 is provided with a second electric push rod 813 used for driving the lower convex column 104 to move left and right along the lower guide sliding groove 811, when the second electric push rod 813 extends, the bottom plate 101 moves towards the direction close to the moving plate 81, and when the second electric push rod 813 contracts, the bottom plate 101 moves towards the direction far away from the moving plate 81.
When the heat dissipation device is used, each first electric push rod 31 is controlled to extend out, the eight bottom plates 101 are closed to form the shape shown in fig. 4 through the two first connecting rods 33, at the moment, the adjacent side plates are parallel and contact, the outer sides of the circumferences of the circular convex plates 22 extend out of the arc-shaped grooves 23 of the other end plates 20, and at the moment, the motor 50 drives the heat dissipation fan blades 51 to rotate to dissipate heat of the electric elements 6 on the eight bottom plates 101.
When the movable plate 81 needs to be carried in use, the power distribution cabinet can be directly pushed from the position shown in fig. 4 to enable the power distribution cabinet to run by means of the four rotating wheels 812 arranged on the movable plate 81; or in the state shown in fig. 1, the power distribution cabinet is directly pushed to run by the rotating wheels 812 arranged on the two moving plates 81, so that the power distribution cabinet can be conveniently carried.
When the electric element 6 is installed or needs to be maintained, the first electric push rod 31 can be controlled to retract, the power distribution cabinet is unfolded to the state shown in fig. 1, then the second electric push rod 813 is controlled to extend, the heights of the eight bottom plates 101 are adjusted, and the assembly or maintenance is facilitated.
