Abstract
A three-way drawing device for an oil collecting pipe of a transformer belongs to the field of transformer production and comprises a connecting pipe, a base, a drawing die and a pull rod, wherein the drawing die is installed on the base, the pull rod is installed on the drawing die, and the base is arranged inside the connecting pipe. The connecting pipe is provided with a pre-opened opening, and the tee joint is drawn on the opening. The base comprises a semicircular seat and an upper opening, the upper part of the semicircular seat is provided with the upper opening, and the shape of the upper bayonet is matched with the shape of the cushion block of the drawing die. The drawing die comprises a cushion block, a top arc surface, a flaring area, a shaping area, a fillet area and a center hole, wherein the shape of the cushion block is the same as the shape of an inner hole of the connecting pipe, the cushion block is arranged on the upper opening, and the top of the cushion block is respectively provided with the top arc surface, the flaring area, the shaping area and the fillet area from top to bottom. Referring to fig. 1-4, the three-way drawing device for the transformer manifold comprises a manifold 10, a base 20, a drawing die 30 and a pull rod 40, wherein the drawing die 30 is installed on the base 20, the pull rod 40 is installed on the drawing die 30, and the base 20 is arranged inside the manifold 10.
The connecting pipe 10 is provided with a pre-opened opening 11, and a tee joint is drawn on the opening 11.
The base 20 comprises a semicircular seat 21, an upper opening 22 and a guide rod 23, the semicircular seat 21 is in the shape of two thirds of the inner hole of the connecting pipe 10, the upper part of the semicircular seat 21 is provided with the upper opening 22, the shape of the upper opening 22 is matched with the shape of a cushion block 31 of the stretching die 30, the upper opening 22 is provided with a pair of guide rods 23, and the guide rods 23 play a role in guiding the movement of the stretching die 30.
The drawing die 30 comprises a cushion block 31, a top arc surface 32, an expanding area 33, a shaping area 34, a fillet area 35, a guide hole 36 and a central hole 37, the shape of the cushion block 31 is the same as that of an inner hole of the connecting pipe 10, the cushion block 31 props against the inner surface of the connecting pipe 10 in the final stage of the three-way drawing operation, the cushion block 31 is installed on an upper opening 22, the top of the cushion block 31 is respectively provided with the top arc surface 32, the expanding area 33, the shaping area 34 and the fillet area 35 from top to bottom, the shape of the top arc surface 32 is the same as that of the inner surface of the connecting pipe 10, the heights of the top arc surface 32 and the cushion block 31 are mutually coordinated with the base 20, and when the cushion block 31 is installed on the upper opening 22, the base 20 and the drawing die 30 can be placed into the connecting pipe 10 from the end of the connecting pipe 10 together. An expanding area 33 is arranged below the top arc surface 32, the reserved opening 11 is gradually expanded by the expanding area 33, a shaping area 34 is arranged below the expanding area 33, and the shaping area 34 gradually fixes the inside of the tee joint into a straight cylinder shape at the later stage of tee joint drawing operation. The joint of the shaping area 34 and the cushion block 31 is provided with a fillet area 35, and the fillet area 35 forms a fillet to the bottom of the tee joint at the last stage of drawing the tee joint. The horizontal projection diameter of the top cambered surface 32 is equal to the projection diameter of the opening 11, and the diameter of the shaping area 34 is equal to the inner diameter of the drawn tee joint. The drawing die 30 is provided with a pair of guide holes 36, and the guide holes 36 and the guide rods 23 together complete the guiding operation of the drawing die 30. The center of the drawing die 30 is provided with a through center hole 37, the center hole 37 is a threaded hole, and a pull rod 40 is installed.
The pull rod 40 comprises a threaded rod 41, a handle 42 and a boss 43, the threaded rod 41 is installed in the central hole 37 through threads, the boss 43 is arranged at the bottom of the threaded rod 41, the boss 43 is spherical, when the pull rod 40 rotates to the bottom of the central hole 37, the boss 43 abuts against the upper surface of the base 20, the handle 42 is arranged at the top of the threaded rod 41, and the pull rod 40 can be driven to rotate by rotating the handle 42. Initially, the pull rod 40 is rotated downward, the pull rod 40 is fitted into the central hole 37, and when the pull rod 40 reaches the bottom of the central hole 37, the pull die 30 is pulled upward by continuing to rotate the pull rod 40, and when the pull die 30 is raised to the uppermost position, the three-way drawing operation is completed.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, the pull rod 40 is taken down, the drawing die 30 is installed on the base 20, positioning is completed through the guide hole 36 and the guide rod 23, the base 20 and the drawing die 30 are placed into an inner hole of the connecting pipe 10 together, the drawing die 30 and the opening 11 are aligned, the upward pull rod 40 is installed in the central hole 37, the pull rod 40 is rotated until the bottom is the lowest part, the pull rod 40 is continuously rotated until the drawing die 30 reaches the highest part, and then the three-way drawing work is completed. Of course, the top of the tee after drawing needs to be trimmed, and the operation can be more conveniently completed if the connecting pipe 10 is clamped on the bench clamp. Further, if necessary, a proper lubricating oil may be applied to the drawing die 30 to facilitate the completion of the operation and to prevent the opening 11 from being torn.
