Abstract
The invention discloses a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment service management platform and an information acquisition terminal, wherein the platform comprises a plurality of user terminals, a server and a plurality of doctor terminals, and the user terminals and the doctor terminals are in signal connection with the server; the user terminal is used for collecting patient information data or electronic medical records of a patient and sending the collected patient information data or electronic medical records to the server; the server receives patient information data or electronic medical records sent by the user terminal, and medical experts matched with symptoms are used as doctors according to the patient information data or the electronic medical records, and the patient information data or the electronic medical records are sent to doctor terminals corresponding to the doctors; and the doctor terminal receives and displays the patient information data or the electronic medical record sent by the server to the medical doctor. The platform improves the searching and matching efficiency of patients and doctors, realizes the shunting of patients between big hospitals and basic medical institutions, and greatly improves the flow of medical resources and the reasonable layout of the medical resources.

connecting edges according to the magnitude of the word co-occurrence degree, and establishing an edge set between nodes in the word co-occurrence graph;
adding new nodes into the word co-occurrence graph to generate a conversion co-occurrence graph, and calculating the information content of each word in the conversion co-occurrence graph;
and sequencing the words in the conversion co-occurrence graph according to the information quantity, and outputting the first k words as keywords.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment service management platform, which is characterized by comprising a plurality of user terminals 1, a server 2 and a plurality of doctor terminals 3, wherein the user terminals 1 and the doctor terminals 3 are in signal connection with the server 2; the user terminal 1 is used for collecting patient information data or electronic medical records of a patient and sending the collected patient information data or electronic medical records to the server 2; the server 2 receives the patient information data or the electronic medical record sent by the user terminal 1, and matches a medical specialist for symptomatic treatment according to the patient information data or the electronic medical record to serve as a medical doctor, and sends the patient information data or the electronic medical record to a doctor terminal 3 corresponding to the medical doctor; and the doctor terminal 3 receives and displays the patient information data or the electronic medical record sent by the server 2 to the medical doctor.
Specifically, the patient information data comprises patient name, age, sex, living address and physical condition data, and the physical condition data comprises height data, weight data, body temperature data, disease text description, patient picture and patient screen.
Specifically, the server 2 specifically includes, as a medical doctor, a medical specialist who matches a medical condition according to the patient information data or the electronic medical record:
extracting keywords in the physical condition data or the electronic medical record;
matching the extracted keywords with pre-stored medical expert descriptions;
selecting the medical experts with the matching number exceeding a threshold value as preselected medical doctors;
and screening the preselected diagnosis and treatment doctors according to the screening conditions to confirm the diagnosis and treatment doctors.

Wherein, the extracting the keywords in the physical condition data or the electronic medical record specifically comprises:

By adopting the method to extract the key words in the physical condition data or the electronic medical record, the extraction stability and precision are higher, thereby ensuring that the matching with doctors can be more accurate.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the user terminal 1 includes a first housing 3 and a first electronic system disposed in the first housing 3; the first electronic system comprises a first controller 4, a first touch display screen 5, a first camera 6, a first microphone 7, a first loudspeaker 8 and a first wireless network module 9, wherein the first touch display screen 5, the first camera 6, the first microphone 7, the first loudspeaker 8 and the first wireless network module 9 are in signal connection with the first controller 4. A first power source 10 is further disposed in the first housing 3, and the first power source 10 is a rechargeable lithium battery.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the doctor terminal 3 includes a second housing 11 and a second electronic system disposed in the second housing 11; the second electronic system comprises a second controller 12, a second touch display screen 13, a second camera 14, a second microphone 15, a second loudspeaker 16 and a second wireless network module 17, wherein the second touch display screen 13, the second camera 14, the second microphone 15, the second loudspeaker 16 and the second wireless network module 17 are connected with the second controller 12 in a signal mode. A second power source 18 is also arranged in the second casing 11, and the second power source 18 is a rechargeable lithium battery.
Further, the first wireless network module 9 and the second wireless network module 17 are both 5G communication modules. The user terminal 1 and the doctor terminal 3 are connected with the server 2 through the 5G communication module, so that the communication efficiency can be improved, smooth communication between a doctor and a patient is guaranteed, and the doctor can diagnose the patient conveniently.
After knowing the illness state of the patient, the medical doctor can communicate with the user terminal 1 through the second camera 14 and the second microphone 15 on the doctor terminal 3 to perform online video communication, so that the communication efficiency and the information accuracy between the medical doctor and the patient are improved. Moreover, the diagnosing doctor can communicate with different doctors through the doctor terminal 3, and diagnosis accuracy is improved.
In a second aspect, as shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an information acquisition terminal, which includes a video screen information acquisition module, an image information acquisition module, a voice information acquisition module, a display module, a control module, and a 5G communication module, where the video screen information acquisition module, the image information acquisition module, the voice information acquisition module, the display module, and the 5G communication module are all electrically connected to the control module.
The screen information acquisition module is used for acquiring screen image data of a patient, the image information acquisition module is used for acquiring picture information of the patient, some surgical diseases can be recorded by picture or screen shooting, then the surgical diseases are uploaded to the server through the 5G communication module, and the server stores the pictures or screens and sends the pictures or screens to the doctor terminal 3, so that wireless communication between the patient and the doctor is realized.
