Abstract
The invention discloses a system and a method for exchanging available resources based on a block chain, wherein the system for exchanging the available resources based on the block chain comprises the following steps: a block chain node and a client; the block chain node comprises a management node, an object node and a user node; and the management node, the object node and the user node form a content network of the user block chain.
