Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a store consumption evaluation method based on a blockchain, including:
s101, determining a blockchain platform which is created in advance based on a blockchain framework, wherein nodes in the blockchain platform comprise store nodes and consumer nodes, and the blockchain platform comprises relevant information of the store nodes.
The Blockchain (Blockchain) is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism, an encryption algorithm and the like, and is essentially a decentralized database.
A blockchain platform created based on the blockchain framework may first be determined. The blockchain frame may be any blockchain frame capable of implementing the corresponding function of the embodiment of the present application, for example, bitcoin, etherhouse, Fabric, Corda, and the like. A blockchain platform may refer to a platform that stores a blockchain, e.g., may be a distributed system, etc. Of course, the blockchain platform may also directly represent the blockchain itself, and is not limited herein.
For regional brand creation activities, a regional brand service platform based on blockchains may be established dominated by the relevant regulatory bodies. In the overall architecture of the regional brand service platform, the regional brand service platform mainly comprises 7 layers, namely an infrastructure layer, a network layer, a consensus layer, a data layer, an intelligent contract layer, an interface layer and an application layer.
And in the process of building the blockchain platform, blockchain nodes can be configured, and interaction with the system is realized through a blockchain wallet plug-in. In which a federation chain may be selected as the type of blockchain platform, then four servers are selected as four nodes in the blockchain network, and a node profile is defined before the nodes are enabled.
In the building process of the blockchain platform, the customer nodes and the store nodes can be deployed in the blockchain platform due to the fact that the evaluation is performed on the stores by the customers. After the blockchain platform is deployed, the relevant information of the store nodes can be written into the blockchain platform, so that the consumer nodes can conveniently acquire the relevant information.
S102, receiving the acquisition request sent by the consumer node, and sending the related information to the consumer node.
In general, a corresponding two-dimensional code may be provided at a door of a store or a corresponding place, and the two-dimensional code is used to represent store information of the store, such as a store number, a store name, and the like. Then, the consumer can scan the two-dimensional code through the corresponding client, namely, a corresponding acquisition request can be sent to the blockchain platform, after receiving the acquisition request, the blockchain platform can send the relevant information stored in the blockchain platform to the client, and the consumer can acquire the relevant information through the client, so that the consumer can check the relevant information and determine whether to go to the store for consumption.
In addition, after the blockchain platform is created, if there is a store node that wants to participate in the evaluation method in the embodiment of the present application, a corresponding declaration request may be sent through the enterprise node in advance. In actual life, each enterprise may be provided with a plurality of stores, and therefore, each enterprise node may correspond to a plurality of store nodes, or may correspond to only one store node, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, the declaration request may include store information of each store node corresponding to the enterprise node, enterprise information corresponding to the enterprise node, and declaration information. Wherein, the enterprise information includes: credit code, business name, business classification, business address, business scope, business LOGO, etc., and the declaration information includes: the system of the store node or the enterprise node for the consumer's rights, for example, when the consumer wants to refund or when the consumer purchases a counterfeit, the corresponding system of the store may be taken, and the system may be written into the declaration information in the form of text. Then, the related supervision organization nodes can check the declaration request, and the checking process can be online checking of declaration information and offline checking of stores. The specific auditing can comprise four stages of on-line auditing, on-site acceptance, identification and evaluation and enterprise public notice, wherein each stage bears different tasks, and the on-line auditing stage is used for primarily auditing store information and declaration materials; in the on-site acceptance stage, scoring is carried out based on store information and declaration materials; in the stage of identification and evaluation, the on-site acceptance and acceptance are combined, and the audit result is based on whether the vehicle enters the stage of public notice; in the enterprise public phase, the government can set a public period, after the enterprise passes the public period, the enterprise can automatically send a code to the store, and perform 'one store one code', and the store code is associated with the enterprise information and the declaration request. The supervision authorities can be governments, management departments, corresponding detection authorities and the like, and the credibility of the audit can be ensured.
S103, determining that the consumer node carries out consumption behaviors in the store node.
If the consumer determines that no problem exists after viewing the relevant information and can consume in the store, the blockchain platform can determine that the consumer node performs consuming action in the store node after the consumer node finishes consuming in the store node.
In particular, the blockchain platform, in determining consumption behavior of the consumer node, may deploy a corresponding device node in the blockchain platform, which may be a cash register device deployed in a store. When the cashier device determines the identity information of the consumer by swiping a card or inputting a member card number, the cashier device can determine the consumption information of the current consumption behavior of the consumer, and then sends the consumption information to the block chain platform through the internet of things technology or directly writes the consumption information into the block chain platform, wherein the consumption information can include the consumption commodity, the consumption price and the consumer information. After receiving the consumption information, the block chain platform can determine that the consumer node executes the consumption behavior at this time.
And S104, receiving evaluation information aiming at the consumption behaviors, which is sent by the consumer node, and writing the evaluation information into the block chain platform.
After determining that the consumer node executes the consumption behavior, if the consumer node wants to evaluate the current consumption behavior, the consumer node may send related evaluation information to the blockchain platform, and the blockchain platform may write the evaluation information into the blockchain platform after receiving the evaluation information. When other subsequent consumer nodes want to consume in the store node, the evaluation information can assist the store to select.
Further, when the consumption information includes information such as a consumed commodity, a consumption price, and consumer information, the evaluation information made by the consumer may include two parts, one part being store evaluation information and the other part being product evaluation information. The store evaluation information is mainly evaluation information of the consumer with respect to the entire store, for example, evaluation of the environment of the store, the service attitude of workers in the store, and the like, and the product evaluation information is evaluation of the quality, price, and the like of the purchased product. In this case, in order to prevent the goods that have not been purchased from being evaluated due to a mistake of the consumer, after the evaluation information sent by the consumer node is received, it may be determined whether the goods corresponding to the goods rating information are among the consumed goods in the consumption information, and if so, the evaluation information may be written in the blockchain platform, and if not, the evaluation information of this time may not be written in the blockchain platform.
In one embodiment, after receiving the rating information sent by the consumer node, the rating information may include two types of ratings, for example, rating information and text description, where the rating information may be a rating in a rating mode or a text description mode. Wherein the scoring may be in the form of a star rating, e.g. a different score for 1-5 stars. However, if the customer may not match the score of the shop or the product due to errors or the like during evaluation, the keyword may be extracted from the character model by the pre-trained character model, and then the additional score corresponding to the keyword is determined based on the preset rule. When the character model is trained, the input is character description, and the output is additional score. For example, relatively high additional points can be given for descriptions such as good eating, good use, good look and the like in the text description, and negative additional points can be given for keywords such as bad eating, overdue, damaged and the like. For example, the text model may be trained by CNN or DNN, but not limited thereto. Then, a final score corresponding to the evaluation information may be determined for the score information and the additional score, for example, the final score may be calculated by adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing or other ways, and then the evaluation information with the final score may be written into the blockchain platform for reference by other consumers, so as to prevent negative effects on the merchant due to errors of the consumers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the corresponding intelligent contracts may also be generated in advance and deployed in the blockchain platform. The intelligent contract comprises the steps of obtaining and sending the intelligent contract, consuming the intelligent contract and evaluating the intelligent contract. Obtaining a sending smart contract for: receiving an acquisition request sent by a consumer node, and sending related information to the consumer node; the consumption behavior intelligence contract is used for: determining that the consumer node carries out consumption behaviors at the store node; evaluating the intelligent contract for: and receiving evaluation information aiming at the consumption behaviors, which is sent by the consumer node, and writing the evaluation information into the block chain platform. Since the intelligent contracts on the blockchain platform are public, each node can check whether the intelligent contracts are in accordance with the preset agreement or not and deploy the intelligent contracts on the own node. The consumer can inquire the intelligent contract through a corresponding way, so that the degree of automation of the transaction is improved, and the trust degree of the consumer is further increased. The intelligent contract can only be changed in an upgrading mode, each node needs to be synchronously deployed, once the intelligent contract is deployed, the intelligent contract can only be executed through a program, interference of human factors is avoided, and the reliability of data is enhanced.
