Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Based on the content recorded in the background art, no measure for identifying the large expenditure risk of the old people aged 60 years and older is provided in the current online channel, so that the possibility that the old people without risk identification capability are cheated to take money is high, and money loss is easily caused.
The transaction control method provided by the invention can identify people without risk identification capability or with very low risk identification capability in advance, and in the condition, the expenditure of the people is further subjected to limit confirmation of a preset limit, for example, secondary confirmation of direct relatives and the like, so that the transaction risk is reduced to the minimum.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a transaction control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The transaction control method comprises the following steps:
s101: and acquiring the identity information of the user based on the online channel.
In this step, the identity information at least includes the age, name, sex, family information, and the like of the user.
S102: and judging whether the user is a user to be protected or not according to the identity information.
S103: and if so, acquiring the fund financial information of the user to be protected.
In this step, the financial information of the fund includes at least: financial information, etc., such as whether the user to be protected has frequently purchased the corresponding financial product in the recent period of time.
And if the user is not the user to be protected, ending the process.
S104: and judging whether the user to be protected has risk identification capability or not according to the financial information of the fund.
S105: if not, the expenditure of the user to be protected is subjected to the confirmation limit of the preset limit.
In this step, if the user to be protected has the risk identification capability, the process is ended.
In this embodiment, the transaction control method may identify in advance the people who have no risk identification capability or very low risk identification capability, in which case the expenditure of such people is further subject to a limit of confirmation of a preset amount, for example, by secondary confirmation of the immediate relatives, etc., to minimize the transaction risk.
Further, based on the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another transaction control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Step S102, according to the identity information, determines whether the user is a user to be protected, specifically:
s1021: and judging whether the age of the user is greater than or equal to a preset age.
In this embodiment, for example, the predetermined age is 65 years. The preset age may be obtained by analyzing current big data, and is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, based on the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another transaction control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Step S104, according to the financial information of the fund, judging whether the user to be protected has risk identification capability, specifically:
s1041: and judging whether the user to be protected purchases the currently purchased product within a preset time period.
In this embodiment, the criterion for determining whether the user to be protected has the risk identification capability includes, but is not limited to, whether the currently purchased product is purchased within a preset time period, for example, whether the user to be protected has purchased the currently purchased product within the last month.
If the user does not purchase the card, judging that the user to be protected does not have the risk identification capability or indicating that the risk identification capability is low, and confirming and limiting the expense of the user to be protected by a preset limit.
Further, based on the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of another transaction control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Step S105, the expenditure of the user to be protected is subjected to limit confirmation of a preset limit, specifically:
s1051: and judging whether the expense quota of the user to be protected exceeds the preset quota.
In this step, the preset credit may be determined according to information such as the total fund condition of the user to be protected, and the preset credits of different users to be protected may be different, for example, the preset credit of some users is defined as 5000 yuan, the preset credit of some users is defined as 20000 ten thousand, the preset credit of some users is defined as 1000 yuan, and the like.
S1052: and if so, adding the direct family contact person to the user to be protected, and sending transaction prompt information to the direct family contact person.
In this step, if the user to be protected needs to pay a large amount, that is, the payment amount exceeds the preset amount, the user to be protected needs to add the identity information, the contact way and the relationship of the direct relative contact, and after the user to be protected fills in such information, the background system informs the direct relative contact through a short message or a telephone or the like.
S1053: and the direct family contact person carries out identity verification on line.
In the step, the identity information of the direct family contact person is verified on line, and face verification is carried out.
S1054: and judging whether the identity authentication of the direct family contact person passes or not.
S1055: and if so, sending transaction confirmation information to the direct family contact person.
S1056: and judging whether normal transaction confirmation information of the direct family contact person is received or not.
S1057: if yes, the transaction is completed under the condition that the user to be protected confirms the transaction again.
In this step, after receiving the normal transaction confirmation information of the direct contact, the transaction can be performed only when the user to be protected needs to confirm the transaction again.
When one of the direct relatives contact person and the user to be protected does not confirm the transaction, the transaction is terminated.
