It should be understood that although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2, 4 and 5 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2, 4 and 5 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided an industrial control screen-based program burning device, including: a target burning graph obtaining module 802, a target burning graph identifying module 804, a target burning program matching module 806 and a target burning program sending module 808, wherein:
and a target burning graph obtaining module 802, configured to obtain a target burning graph displayed on the industrial control screen to which the connection has been established.
And a target burning graph identifying module 804, configured to identify the target burning graph based on a pre-stored burning graph information base.
And a target burning program matching module 806, configured to determine a target burning program matching the target burning graph from the pre-stored burning programs when the identification is successful.
And the target burning program sending module 808 is configured to send the target burning program to the industrial control screen, so that the burning of the target burning program is performed on the industrial control screen.
In the program burning device based on the industrial control screen, the target burning graph displayed on the industrial control screen with the established connection is obtained, and the target burning graph is identified based on the prestored burning graph information base. And when the target burning graph is successfully identified according to the burning graph information base, determining a target burning program matched with the target burning graph from the prestored burning programs, and sending the target burning program to the industrial control screen, so that the burning of the target burning program is carried out on the industrial control screen. The method improves the adaptability and universality between the burning tool and the industrial control screen, simplifies the operation process of program burning, avoids the instability of the traditional wired connection burning mode, and further improves the program burning efficiency based on the industrial control screen.
In one embodiment, the target burning graph identification module is further configured to:
analyzing the target burning graph and extracting an industrial control screen identification carried by the target burning graph; extracting a target burning information base corresponding to the industrial control screen identifier from a prestored burning graph information base according to the industrial control screen identifier; acquiring target graphic information corresponding to the target burning graph; and identifying the target graphic information based on the target burning information base.
In this embodiment, the industrial control screen identifier carried by the target burning graph is extracted by analyzing the target burning graph, and the target burning information base corresponding to the industrial control screen identifier is extracted from the prestored burning graph information base according to the industrial control screen identifier. And identifying the target graph information by acquiring the target graph information corresponding to the target burning graph and based on the target burning information base. The accurate and quick identification of the target graphic information can be realized based on the prestored burning graph information base, and the working efficiency of program burning on the industrial control screen is improved.
In one embodiment, the target burning program matching module is further configured to:
when the identification is successful, acquiring a target program version number carried by the target burning graph; acquiring a prestored burning program; and determining a target burning program matched with the version number of the target program from the prestored burning programs.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is provided an industrial control screen-based program burning device, including: a connection module 902, a target burning graph display module 904, a target burning program receiving module 906 and a burning module 908, wherein:
and a connection module 902, configured to establish a connection with the mobile device based on a wireless communication device built in the industrial control screen.
And a target burning graph display module 904, configured to, when detecting a program update operation of the display interface based on the industrial control screen, respond to the program update operation, and display a target burning graph to be burned on the display interface of the industrial control screen.
And a target burning program receiving module 906, configured to receive a target burning program matched with the target burning map and sent by the mobile device based on a receiving device built in the industrial control screen.
The burning module 908 is configured to respond to the burning command when detecting the burning command for the target burning program, and complete burning of the target burning program.
In the program burning device based on the industrial control screen, the connection with the mobile equipment is established based on the wireless communication device built in the industrial control screen, and the limitation of a single wired connection mode is not required. And when the program updating operation based on the display interface of the industrial control screen is detected, responding to the program updating operation, and displaying the target burning graph to be burned on the display interface of the industrial control screen. And receiving a target burning program which is matched with the target burning image and is sent by the mobile equipment based on a receiving device which is arranged in the industrial control screen, and responding to the burning instruction when detecting the burning instruction of the target burning program to finish the burning of the target burning program. The method improves the adaptability and universality between the burning tool and the industrial control screen, simplifies the operation process of program burning, avoids the instability of the traditional wired connection burning mode, and further improves the program burning efficiency based on the industrial control screen.
In one embodiment, the program burning device based on the industrial control screen further includes a burning command triggering module, configured to:
storing the target burning program into a preset storage folder, and displaying the storage file on a display interface of an industrial control screen; detecting a selected operation based on a target burning program in a storage folder; and when the selected operation is detected, triggering a burning instruction corresponding to the selected target burning program.
In the embodiment, the target burning program is stored in the preset storage folder, the storage file is displayed on the display interface of the industrial control screen, the selected operation based on the target burning program in the storage folder is detected, and the burning instruction corresponding to the selected target burning program is triggered when the selected operation is detected, so that the operation flow of program burning based on the industrial control screen is simplified, the selected operation of a worker on the target burning program can be directly responded, and the working efficiency of program burning is improved.
In one embodiment, the target burning graph showing module is further configured to:
when detecting the program updating operation of a display interface based on an industrial control screen, responding to the program updating operation and acquiring a combination mode of a programming graph corresponding to the program updating operation; determining the graph attribute information carried by the programming graph according to the combination mode of the programming graph; generating a target burning graph to be burned corresponding to the program updating operation according to the graph attribute information; and displaying the target burning graph to be burned on a display interface of the industrial control screen.
For specific limitations of the program burning device based on the industrial control screen, reference may be made to the above limitations of the program burning method based on the industrial control screen, which are not described herein again. All or part of each module in the program burning device based on the industrial control screen can be realized through software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a mobile device, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing the burning graph information base and the target burning program. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by the processor to realize a program burning method based on the industrial control screen.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be an industrial control screen, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer equipment comprises a processor, a memory, an industrial control screen main body, a wireless communication device and a receiving device which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The wireless communication device of the computer equipment is used for carrying out wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by the processor to realize a program burning method based on the industrial control screen. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configurations shown in fig. 10 or 11 are merely block diagrams of some configurations relevant to the present disclosure, and do not constitute a limitation on the computing devices to which the present disclosure may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a mobile device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor when executing the computer program implementing the steps of:
acquiring a target burning graph displayed on an industrial control screen with established connection;
identifying a target burning graph based on a prestored burning graph information base;
when the identification is successful, determining a target burning program matched with the target burning graph from the prestored burning programs;
and sending the target burning program to the industrial control screen, so that the burning of the target burning program is carried out on the industrial control screen.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
analyzing the target burning graph and extracting an industrial control screen identification carried by the target burning graph;
extracting a target burning information base corresponding to the industrial control screen identifier from a prestored burning graph information base according to the industrial control screen identifier;
acquiring target graphic information corresponding to the target burning graph;
and identifying the target graphic information based on the target burning information base.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
when the identification is successful, acquiring a target program version number carried by the target burning graph;
acquiring a prestored burning program;
and determining a target burning program matched with the version number of the target program from the prestored burning programs.
In one embodiment, an industrial control screen is provided, which includes an industrial control screen main body, a wireless communication device, a receiving device, a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor executes the computer program to implement the following steps:
establishing connection with the mobile equipment based on a built-in wireless communication device of the industrial control screen;
when the program updating operation based on the display interface of the industrial control screen is detected, responding to the program updating operation, and displaying a target burning graph to be burned on the display interface of the industrial control screen;
receiving a target burning program which is sent by the mobile equipment and matched with the target burning graph based on a receiving device which is arranged in the industrial control screen;
and when the burning command of the target burning program is detected, responding to the burning command to complete the burning of the target burning program.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
storing the target burning program into a preset storage folder, and displaying the storage file on a display interface of an industrial control screen;
detecting a selected operation based on a target burning program in a storage folder;
and when the selected operation is detected, triggering a burning instruction corresponding to the selected target burning program.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
when detecting the program updating operation of a display interface based on an industrial control screen, responding to the program updating operation and acquiring a combination mode of a programming graph corresponding to the program updating operation;
determining the graph attribute information carried by the programming graph according to the combination mode of the programming graph;
generating a target burning graph to be burned corresponding to the program updating operation according to the graph attribute information;
and displaying a target burning graph to be burned on a display interface of the industrial control screen.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring a target burning graph displayed on an industrial control screen with established connection;
identifying a target burning graph based on a prestored burning graph information base;
when the identification is successful, determining a target burning program matched with the target burning graph from the prestored burning programs;
and sending the target burning program to the industrial control screen, so that the burning of the target burning program is carried out on the industrial control screen.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
analyzing the target burning graph and extracting an industrial control screen identification carried by the target burning graph;
extracting a target burning information base corresponding to the industrial control screen identifier from a prestored burning graph information base according to the industrial control screen identifier;
acquiring target graphic information corresponding to the target burning graph;
and identifying the target graphic information based on the target burning information base.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
when the identification is successful, acquiring a target program version number carried by the target burning graph;
acquiring a prestored burning program;
and determining a target burning program matched with the version number of the target program from the prestored burning programs.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
establishing connection with the mobile equipment based on a built-in wireless communication device of the industrial control screen;
when the program updating operation based on the display interface of the industrial control screen is detected, responding to the program updating operation, and displaying a target burning graph to be burned on the display interface of the industrial control screen;
receiving a target burning program which is sent by the mobile equipment and matched with the target burning graph based on a receiving device which is arranged in the industrial control screen;
and when the burning command of the target burning program is detected, responding to the burning command to complete the burning of the target burning program.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
storing the target burning program into a preset storage folder, and displaying the storage file on a display interface of an industrial control screen;
detecting a selected operation based on a target burning program in a storage folder;
and when the selected operation is detected, triggering a burning instruction corresponding to the selected target burning program.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
when detecting the program updating operation of a display interface based on an industrial control screen, responding to the program updating operation and acquiring a combination mode of a programming graph corresponding to the program updating operation;
determining the graph attribute information carried by the programming graph according to the combination mode of the programming graph;
generating a target burning graph to be burned corresponding to the program updating operation according to the graph attribute information;
and displaying a target burning graph to be burned on a display interface of the industrial control screen.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (10)

1. A program burning method based on an industrial control screen is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a target burning graph displayed on an industrial control screen with established connection;
identifying the target burning graph based on a prestored burning graph information base;
when the identification is successful, determining a target burning program matched with the target burning graph from prestored burning programs;
and sending the target burning program to the industrial control screen, so that the burning of the target burning program is carried out on the industrial control screen.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein identifying the target profile based on a pre-stored profile library comprises:
analyzing the target burning graph and extracting an industrial control screen identifier carried by the target burning graph;
extracting a target burning information base corresponding to the industrial control screen identifier from the prestored burning graph information base according to the industrial control screen identifier;
acquiring target graphic information corresponding to the target burning graph;
and identifying the target graphic information based on the target burning information base.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining a target burning program matching the target burning graph from the pre-stored burning programs when the identification is successful comprises:
when the identification is successful, acquiring a target program version number carried by the target burning graph;
acquiring a prestored burning program;
and determining a target burning program matched with the target program version number from the prestored burning programs.
4. A program burning method based on an industrial control screen is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing connection with the mobile equipment based on a built-in wireless communication device of the industrial control screen;
when the program updating operation based on the display interface of the industrial control screen is detected, responding to the program updating operation, and displaying a target burning graph to be burned on the display interface of the industrial control screen;
receiving a target burning program which is sent by the mobile equipment and matched with the target burning graph based on a receiving device which is arranged in the industrial control screen;
and when the burning command of the target burning program is detected, responding to the burning command to complete the burning of the target burning program.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein after the receiving device built in the industrial control screen receives the target burning program matched with the target burning graph and sent by the mobile device, the method further comprises:
storing the target burning program to a preset storage folder, and displaying the storage file on a display interface of the industrial control screen;
detecting a selected operation based on a target burning program in the storage folder;
and when the selected operation is detected, triggering a burning instruction corresponding to the selected target burning program.
6. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the displaying the target burning graph to be burned on the display interface of the industrial control screen in response to the program update operation when the program update operation based on the display interface of the industrial control screen is detected comprises:
when detecting the program updating operation based on the display interface of the industrial control screen, responding to the program updating operation, and acquiring the combination mode of the programming graph corresponding to the program updating operation;
determining the graph attribute information carried by the programming graph according to the combination mode of the programming graph;
generating a target burning graph to be burned corresponding to the program updating operation according to the graph attribute information;
and displaying the target burning graph to be burned on a display interface of the industrial control screen.

10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
